The house is perfect for staying in Ballena and have the best of both worlds: be in the mountain with great views and get to the beach in 15 minutes. Communication was easy and friendly, accomodation let us have lovely vacations

Our stay in Uvita was absolutely incredible, and this Airbnb exceeded every expectation. The property itself was stunning, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully put together, making it both comfortable and memorable. Andrea was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Whether it was recommendations, coordination, or just making us feel welcome, she went above and beyond in every way. This was one of those rare stays where everything just feels easy and elevated at the same time. We would come back without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Uvita.

We were very happy with this property and Loren, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The home is just as it looks in the photos. It’s a very special place with an incredible view! We also enjoyed the birds and other local creatures on the property. It felt wonderful to be in nature with such an incredible view of the whale’s tale!! I was nervous to book because of the road up, but it’s 100% worth the view!!! Absolutely requires 4 x 4 though!! You do get used to it after a couple of trips.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Lots of birds and monkey sounds to greet you in the morning. Very close to fantastic restaurants by car.

Probably the best place we have ever stayed with Airbnb. The panoramic view of the ocean, immersed in nature, with countless birds, including several species of toucan every morning and evening. The sunsets over the infinity pool, forest and ocean were unmatched. Every day an inspiration and meditation.

It was a wonderful time in this villa in Uvita. The accommodation was very well located, in the middle of the jungle, very clean, the place is secure, very pleasant to live in. Everything was clean and well laid out. We saw many animals and even a colony of Coatis! The host was charming, very well organized and very responsive. I would recommend 100%.

We really liked the house. The view is fabulous. We enjoyed just sitting on the terrace and looking into the distance. We really liked the decor. In particular, the kitchen block made of stone and the open living space concept as well as the showers that were half outside. Overall great interior design and very good amenities.

Beautiful house up high above Uvita. Million dollar view. House was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved it. Easy to get to the town but must have a 4x4.

Beautiful place and a simply unmatched view! Situated on a mountain with unpaved roads but still easily accessible with a 4-wheel drive. Only the bedrooms are air conditioned, but that’s not a problem if you spend your day seeing all this place has to offer. As you should!
