We had a great time. The terrace has an enviable view. The house is very comfortable, and Eli's help with cleaning and support during our stay was excellent. It has a very nice spa. Probably, the risk issues with the glass railings that are loose and adjacent to the house below (10 meters high) should be addressed to prevent any accidents, especially in the presence of children. For everything else, we are very grateful.

We had an extraordinary stay, the house is great, it has a beautiful design, it is in excellent condition, certainly the best view of the lake in Valle de Bravo. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious, the living and dining room are very pleasant and it has two terraces of excellent size that make the house extraordinarily enjoyable. The service that the house has is unbeatable with Mrs. Eli and Pablo always attentive. The condominium where it is located feels safe and the people at the door and security are very friendly. Highly recommended!

Hello! The place is very clean and the house is identical to the photos in the listing. It has a spectacular view and the service staff's attention was excellent. The jacuzzi could not be used because it did not heat the water and it was a little cold to put our children in, but everything else was in excellent condition.

Everything was great. For some questions we had, Esteban responded quickly and his service team was very friendly. The house is very nice and conveniently located. I would only recommend maintenance on the jacuzzi. Other than that, everything was perfect and the padel court in the subdivision is hardly used, so we could play two hours a day without a problem.

Our stay at this Airbnb house was generally very pleasant. The house is very nice, cozy and well decorated, which made it an ideal place to rest. From the beginning, the service from the owners was very good, always attentive and willing to help us with any questions. In addition, the support staff was extremely friendly and always available for whatever we needed, which we greatly appreciated. However, there are certain aspects of the property that require a little more maintenance. Some details such as cleaning sheets, humidity, and cleaning bathrooms and slightly damaged things could be improved to ensure a perfect experience. In short, it is a comfortable and conveniently located place, with very good service, but with some points for improvement in terms of maintenance. With these small adjustments, the stay would be perfect.

We were impressed with this place. It's beautiful!! I don't think the photos do justice to how beautiful it is. All the bedrooms have a beautiful view, it is superbly laid out, and the spaces are perfect. But what we liked the most was Eli's service. Eli is an excellent addition to the experience of staying at this house. She cooks delicious food and is super friendly and helpful with the guests. She made all the difference during our stay. We hope to come back soon! We were impressed with this place. It's stunning! I don't think the pictures do it justice. All bedrooms have amazing views. It's all perfectly distributed, and the spaces are great. What we loved the most was Eli's service. Eli is an excellent addition to the overall experience. She cooks delicious food and is super respectful and attentive to guests. She made a huge difference to our stay. We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Valle. Waking up to a gorgeous view from the home was so nice. The cooking and cleaning were great. Easy access to towns nearby for groceries and all other needs. The whole home was lovely, clean, and we enjoyed use of the jacuzzi as well.

The house is beautiful, unfortunately due to weather and constructions nearby, there was a lot of dust in the air which caused us allergies. The service from Sofia and Eli was amazing. The cooking was extraordinary. There was a lack of instructions from the host when we checked in. We had an issue and spotted a gas leak that thankfully was repaired a day later. But because we asked the gas to be shut down on the day we arrived we ended up with cold water the morning after and no gas to cook. Had to figure out ourselves a way to solve it.

- jacuzzi didn’t warm up for 2 days - very dangerous jacuzzi for kids (next to a cliff without protection) - no hot water in 3 out of 5 bedrooms - bad painting (with lots of humidity) in one of the largest rooms - limited wifi reception

The house is very spacious, bright, warm and pleasant. It is quite well located, a few minutes from downtown and Avandaro. The service people are not so good, they have no good disposition and they neglected a lot of detail. We were touched by many careless parts of the house (cast spotlights, loose shower floors, broken pool mosaics, etc.) and with accumulated dirt, apparently for lack of use.

I will offer you a commercial gesture due to unacceptable things like the burnt-out bulbs. Regarding the service people, I find it strange, since I always receive very good comments about them. The shower floors were expressly designed that way, anyway, an apology for the inconvenience generated. And my best wishes for 2022!

Everything was a father. The house staff was very friendly and Esteban was always available to help us with anything. The house is very nice but a little neglected! Some walls had mold from the humidity and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

The place is fine and the views are good. In the photos it looks like they are well done but it gives the impression that the place is bigger, especially the garden. Not appropriate for young children if they don't have a caregiver. The interior is fine but is missing a lot of little details like water in the kitchen, salt coffee or pepper, basic things. The main bedroom does not have air conditioning and if they open the window you eat the mosquitoes, they need to put mosquito nets. In winter if it is cold the fireplace is just decoration cannot be used or they do not want us to use it. The people who took care of are simple people and good attitude. Value is not enough.

The house is spectacular and the service of the cook is very good. I would just add that they put on TVs and finish fixing the room at the top of the kitchen (which is in progress) otherwise highly recommended accommodation. Spectacular view and very tasteful house.

Amazing house! We went to Valle de Bravo for the first time, and rented this beautiful home. The view was amazing, the housekeeping staff are wonderful as well. My family and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay in the same property over and over again. Esteban is a great person and a great host. Highly recommended!!!
