The place is even more beautiful than in the photos; it would simply make a beautiful movie set! It's huge and very comfortable. We loved every moment there. It was a good stay, but very pleasant. Unfortunately, the water filter wasn't working, but it wasn't a huge issue. We went to a nearby market and bought water. It is important to know that there is a charge for the ecobag, so please remember to bring your own bag. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I had no problems and didn't feel in danger at any time. We didn't use the parking space, but everything seemed fine.

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood with beautiful views! The place was exactly as described and fit our group very well. It’s very spacious and beautiful! The host is very strict on guest limits so, though we were visiting friends in the city, they were not allowed to come into the building even to drop off food for us. So overall this place was really great, but keep that in mind if you need some flexibility in that.

Great place to stay!

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, very safe, places nearby for breakfast, shops nearby, transportation nearby. Everything was great. And Guillermo was very attentive and responded very quickly, although we did not have any setbacks.

An incredible experience, because even though there were 10 of us, the Airbnb perfectly covered the needs and spaces for that number of guests, we felt right at home and Guillermo was always attentive to making sure our stay was pleasant

We loved the property. There was room for everyone. The view was spectacular. The super well equipped apartment. There was very good water pressure and the water heated up very quickly. The area is very nice, full of restaurants and shops. We had a great time this weekend.

Overall, everything was perfect! They allowed us to check in two hours early, always a very calm and quiet building. The doorman is very friendly.

We had a great stay at Guillermo’s place. Our group each had plenty of room and bathroom space. The location feels safe and is located in a nice area. There is a person at the front desk area. They were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a comfortable time here with my family. The place is on the top floor so it offers a nice view. Guillermo was very responsive throughout our stay.

The location is perfect to be able to walk around and explore. I personally felt very safe, comfortable, and clean. The space of the apartment is great. Only concern I had was the hard beds but the views compensate for it.

Overall experience was very good, the location is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, the house has everything to be functional. It has all the toiletries, the views are amazing Guillermo's service and the service is very close and friendly. The only thing deficient is that at the time of bathing at the same time in the bathrooms, the water was cut in one of the bathrooms there in more I highly recommend and would return the place

Guillermo is a great host - he was always on the lookout for my arrival. Communication and treatment was respectful. We were very comfortable - the showers work perfectly, large and well equipped kitchen, very cozy beds, bathrooms work properly. The views are amazing!!! Guillermo: Thank you for the coffee, it's my favorite drink. I will definitely be staying with Guillermo in the future.

The house has everything you need, we really liked it and it helped us to optimally organize our itineraries why it is very well located. You will have large spaces for large groups, spectacular views from its terraces. The description is faithful, what you see is what you will find. Our host is always attentive and attentive. Guillermo place was beautiful and had a wonderful scenery. Location was quiet and safe location with tons of restaurants and coffee shops near by. The house clean and up kept. Guillermo was responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great place, location, price and very comfortable I'd definitely be back

The condo is very spacious. We had a family of 9 and everyone had their own room/bathroom and an amazing view of the city. The unit did not have AC/heat which is written but I didn’t realize it until the day before. It was cool enough outside that it was okay most of the time and each room had a fan. We had a big truck and unfortunately it did not fit in the parking space provided to us, but we did find reliable and inexpensive public parking down the street. The neighborhood was great. Easy walk to coffee shops and tacos!!! Would stay again w a big group!

Guillermo was an attentive, flexible and well prepared host, I had an inconvenience 1 hour earlier in another Airbnb rental apartment and within minutes Guillermo resolved those that in a month the other host could not. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them.

Excellent stay. Very good neighborhood and the Airbnb is as described and in the photos. The only downside we had is that we arrived very early in the early morning (4am) and there was no janitor. We had to contact Guillermo to get in and it took about 10 minutes. Also, the rule of not having more than 10 people is quite limiting, but they made an exception so that 2 more friends could enter (we were 9). Of course, we had to say which days and times would come. Without that they wouldn't have let them in. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Great peaceful location. Beautiful views on all the terraces! For our group, we were happy there were plenty of bathrooms available to all.

The location is amazing, very safe to walk, Oxxo and 7 Eleven half a block away. Pharmacy block and a half. Starbucks or great local coffee shops a block away. Only mishap we experienced was last day the hot water went out

We went to spend Christmas the entire family (2 kids, 2 teenagers and 7 adults). We had a great time. The place is conditioned with absolutely everything, it is spacious. Guillermo provided us with the information for a pension/parking, because we brought two cars and answered all our doubts right away. Definitely recommend, our experience was super enjoyable!

Conveniently located apartment, nice and with an excellent view

Guillermo's place was a great apartment for a big group. We really enjoyed the open space with all of the different balconies. The building's front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had one difficulty that they were able to resolve quickly. The hosts provided fresh bread, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood itself was also very calm and residential and we felt comfortable at all times. There were also a good number of food options within a walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here unless I am in town and beat you to it :)

Nice place, quiet and secure. Great view and WiFi for working. Had a nice stay. Only downside was at one point the boiler room and kitchen smelled strongly of gas so much that an alarm started going off, we opened the windows and it was fine after that. They said they'd look into it.

Very good treatment from the host, of course, caring and helpful. Easy access to the apartment, good view of the city from its balconies, very comfortable and clean beds, as well as the furniture.

This is a spacious apartment with lots of lounging room. Our host communicated very well about any concerns or issues we had. One item of note (and we were advised of this when we booked): this is a great place for adults, not the best for little children due to the circular staircase, abundant furnishings to make it aesthetically pleasing that little hands might get into or damage, and a couple bedroom windows that a child could potentially fall out. We had one well behaved 2 year old with lots of adult supervision so we were able to enjoy the experience. The unit is very secure with a locked gated entrance and the area seemed like a pleasant city neighborhood.

The area was very nice due to the variety of food or service businesses, all the nice and helpful staff.

Super spacious place. Many couples can go, and it is very well located. Four bathrooms make it incredible. The only thing is that there is no Netflix in one of the rooms. It would be good to have it :P And that same room does not have much privacy because it does not have a wall, but it depends on what each person likes. Everything is excellent. Great service and a super comfortable place.
