We really enjoyed the house as a family, surrounded by nature and in a quiet, private and inspiring place.

We loved this house – we have stayed in many weekend houses near Mexico City, and this is probably our new favorite. We particularly liked the location, the garden, the solar-powered (not gas-powered) heated pool, and the sauna.

The place is beautiful, and the gardens and social areas are super well maintained and pleasant. Overall, the house is very nice, simple and very tastefully decorated. It is a space for total relaxation

The house is a DREAM. One weekend is a very short time to enjoy it. Everything works perfectly, the barbecue is amazing, the space is relaxing, we will definitely be back!!

The house is more than you can imagine. Three days are not enough to fully enjoy the house. It has lovely areas, such as the pool and hot tub, which are at the perfect temperature (no extra charge). For children, it's an entertainment paradise; there's a large garden and safe places to explore. Thanks to Charlie’s attentiveness, the stay is relaxing. This house is definitely among my favorites in Malinalco.

We had a great stay at Casa Adobe. The house is beautiful and very peaceful, surrounded by nature and lovely gardens. The pool, jacuzzi and lovely interior made it extra special for relaxing with family. Everything was comfortable and communication with Charlie was easy. We would gladly come back.

Casa Adobe is an amazing place, the best house in Malinalco where we have stayed. Ideal for relaxing and relaxing. The highlight is the perfect temperature of the jacuzzi and the pool. Everything was very clean and the garden is better than the photos. Also ideal for pets, it has a fenced and very large garden where they can run with absolute freedom. Charlie was very attentive to everything, a great host. We'll be back without hesitation

This is a gorgeous, tranquil oasis away from the big city life of Mexico City. Charlie was extremely communicative, which I am especially grateful for given that I had many questions before our arrival and during our stay due to the fact that I was organizing a mini family reunion and I wanted everyone to be happy. It was very helpful to have Isabel cook for us for our lunches, as this stay is not right in town so it’s not as walkable to restaurants. But it’s incredibly peaceful with sprawling lawns, a playhouse, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ area and indoor/outdoor concept. I love this place. Thank you!

What an incredible place! The house is so stylish, cozy and well equipped and the garden is such a paradise that we didn’t want to leave. The house and kitchen are super will equipped, it’s also extremely generous of the host to have all the basics available like spices, olive oil and more. The grill zone is a piece of art, the territory is super spacious and fully isolated with security making it safe and private, the water in the pool - perfect and on top of it all there is a person who comes daily to keep the house sparkling clean. We had a beautiful breakfast in the terrace with fruits from the local market and watched colibríes and then for dinner we enjoyed the grill area. The host shared with us some recommendations on restaurants and places to explore in Malinalco. We will definitely come back, thank you for a truly amazing stay!

Amazing place in a beautiful pueblo mágico of Malinalco. Great location: remote enough if you want to be away from town noise, close enough if you’d like to enjoy the walk around the town. We were lucky enough to be able to return to this amazing house and the experience was as good as the first time. An excellent place to spend time together, have fun and rest with our dogs, enjoying the excellent climate of Malinalco. Isabel was always attentive to us and made our stay even better with her delicious food. Charlie is a great host, friendly, polite, cultured and always available. Couldn't ask for more.

This house is incredible - we took our 1 year old and enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very easy and accommodating to our needs. The outside spaces were great for kids. Really well designed home, very comfortable mattresses, and easy place for a family weekend away. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and we appreciated the fresh juice the host left for us.

We had a lovely stay at Charlie's place for a weekend getaway! It had everything we needed and was close to town. I really appreciate how clean everything was from the bathrooms to the kitchen! The sauna and Jacuzzi were definitely a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we stayed at Charlie's place and had an amazing time again. The jacuzzi takes a while to reach 38 degrees, which is the ideal temperature. The service is very good, they help you clean and there is someone from maintenance who could turn on the jacuzzi for us.

A very nice and clean house, the view of the hills and the garden is excellent, the kitchen utensils in perfect condition and it helps a lot that they provide water and cooking utensils (salt, oil), Isabel's support is a plus to fully relax.

Excellent house. Everything was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The sauna and jacuzzi are a must. The garden is super well cared for. Very convenient distance from downtown. I highly recommend it.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to spend this Christmas. The amazing design, beautiful views, open spaces, jacuzzi, sauna… everything worked 100%. Our dogs enjoyed the gardens a lot and my parents, who are older, had a great time. Isabel is lovely, always attentive to us and keeps the place impeccable. Thanks Charlie, we'll be back for sure.

Charlie's house is located in a beautiful garden with lots of trees and flowers. Everything is lush and green and the house super clean. Also a very cosy option during rain season as the living room and open kitchen are comfortable and tastefully equipped and decorated. You do need a car to get into the center of town.

Clean, well equipped, and lovely design. Lots of spaces to relax in and a very nice garden. Just know you’ll need bug spray… And we had a little less privacy than we expected. There’s a kind of public stream that runs through the garden. It’s nice, but sometimes the people from adjacent properties can go into the garden without previous warning to adjust the water flow.

Charlie's house is an amazing space. Each of the spaces is clean. The land is huge and they have a small soccer field. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted, the pool is delicious and he is unbeatable. I would come back without thinking.

An excellent place, the connection with nature is incredible, from the fruit that falls from the trees to the water channel that crosses the property. Just take into account that in the rainy season many insects come to the house to take refuge, but there is nothing else to do but ignore them. An excellent house.

Very clean place, very friendly service by Victor and Isabel. Great amenities, the pool, spa and sauna are just awesome. Great view all around, private and peaceful.

The house is exactly as we imagined it. The photos perfectly reflect the atmosphere and style of the house. The big plus is the garden, which is beautiful!! The decoration of the house is also very nice. Another advantage is that the kitchen is large and has absolutely everything to cook!! Nothing is missing! And the attention of Isabel who cleans the house is spectacular!!

The place is amazing, I went for a few days with my husband and my three teenagers. We had a really happy time. The garden is full of trees and birds of all kinds, which you can hear singing and see. The pool was delicious, they enjoyed it until the last moment; the kitchen, utensils etc. everything functional. Isabel, the girl who helps with the cleaning, is very attentive and friendly, as is Victor, the young maintenance man. The only downside is that the days flew by; I hope we can return soon.

It is a paradise of fruit trees, grass, sun and water. The decor and architecture are very beautiful. Wonderful!

The Adobe House is beautiful, impeccably clean and well equipped, it comes with everything you need. The beautiful gardens, the house is extremely functional and full of thoughtful touches. Isabel, the person who takes care of the house was very kind, punctual and attentive. Excellent option to spend a few wonderful days, beautiful house, with everything you need. Very nice sized pool, whirlpool working normally, beautiful garden, in the middle of nature, full of fruit trees. Amenities: 100 mb stable internet, super full kitchen, the cleanliness is incredible, everything shines, 100% positive experience. The house is in a condominium, close to everything but super quiet. Totally recommended.

Thanks Charlie for an amazing month stay, we loved staying at your house and it was much more than expected. Was a perfect Covid escape from CDMX. Charlie must be the nicest man I have ever (virtually) met. He was very keen we had the best experience and was very responsive with any questions we had. We had an issue with the internet provider in the house about a week in (fairly common in Mexico) to our stay and Charlie was fabulous in addressing it, so much so that when the internet service provider was too slow in fixing the issue, he arranged for a new internet service with another provider to be installed. The house and grounds have a lovely vibe, the kitchen is well equipped and the pool area a lovely place to hang out during the day. The cleaner Isabel keeps the place spotless and the garden is amazingly maintained by Victor. Can’t wait to come back again!

Very nice and well-kept place, extremely comfortable and cozy. The garden and plants are spectacular, the photos don't reflect how special the place is. Nothing is missing and everything works as expected. The attention of the caretaker and the lady who cleans the house is 1st. Charlie is a great host who's always on the lookout and with very good communication.
