Great place to stay!

Excellent accommodation for tranquility and relaxation! My family and I were very comfortable! Beautiful beach and sunsets!

Jordan was very responsive and laid out all the directions you needed to a T. Ideal location and beautiful home.

The location and property are gorgeous. Far enough away to be peaceful yet close enough to get to town quickly. Would definitely recommend this amazing home.

We go to Puerto Penasco several times a year, but this was our first time staying on the northern side of town. Jordan’s home was perfect for our party of 7 adults and one teenager. Jordan was very communicative and helpful with directions and questions. Personal insights: * swim in the ocean or the pool * canal great for paddle boarding * home is beautiful * gas grill was very clean * WiFi signal is strong * enjoyed drinks on one of the balconies, talking late into the night in the upper family room, and playing board games on the roof. * the house water pressure is better than most * flushing tp is a nice bonus * kitchen is well stocked with trash bags, pans, utensils, dinnerware - the upper front bathroom shower door doesn’t close, but the shower works just as well as a walk in shower - avoid using multiple showers at once - ocean is more like lake water & clay rather than clear water and sand - roof door has no outer handle - steep slippery slope to canal, no steps Lived it tho.

The host was great, responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The home had all the amenities and comforts of a hotel, making it a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a great stay with no issues at all.

We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the beds, so comfortable! Jordan was super helpful and I really liked having all the information about check in and directions explained in detail!

The house is very large, and all the spaces are very comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, and it has everything you need for your stay. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Great location

This place was a fantastic trip. Jordan was awesome and very responsive to the tiny items and questions that we had. This area is so quiet and peaceful, we love it so much. Got some fun time in at the local golf course. Spent some time in the kayak. Of course the family and kids had a fun time in the pool. The multiple balconies allowed people to have their own space and to also stay in the shade when the sun was cooking.

Had an amazing stay at Puerto Penasco. Everything was as expected. House was amazing and had a heated pool. My family had the best time. Jordan was very quick on the spot with communication. 10 out of 10 recommend. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you Jordan!!

Great home in great location. It’s on the quieter side of town and a little further out but easy to get to and great for relaxation. Bars and restaurants are still only 10-15 min away

We had a lovely family vacation at Jordan’s property! It was just what we were looking for with plenty of room, beautiful views, and easy access to the lagoon and beach. We had everything we needed and have wonderful memories from our Puerto Peñasco trip! Loved the pool too! Thank you, Jordan, for great communication before and during our stay whenever I had a question.

Jordan was an excellent host! Always communicated and very friendly. The house was clean and beautiful. We loved that he had the kayaks to use and it is so close to the water! We loved our stay. And hopefully we can rent it again in the future!

Great property, the access to the lagoon was stunning, it was a peaceful neighborhood, the private beach was a couple of steps away, nothing wrong with our stay, only a issue with water but host quickly respond for it, I bearly recommend this place

This property is very comfortable and spacious, one point that should be highlighted is the cleanliness of the pool, which was excellent, congratulations on that, very good maintenance.

The home itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and just as pictured. However, it’s important to note that there is a very strict noise policy after 9pm. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space, especially the pool, during the evening. We were asked to keep noise to a minimum due to neighbor complaints, which made it feel more restrictive than relaxing. I wouldn’t recommend this property for families with kids or for anyone looking to unwind outside later in the evening. It’s a lovely home, but best suited for a quieter, low-key stay.

My family and I spent the weekend at the host Jordan's house, we loved the house, its beautiful views and it had more things than we imagined. The host was very friendly and we felt very comfortable, we definitely recommend everything!

Amazing spot, would totally reserve it again, great location and nice backyard to chill with everyone, enjoyed all the included games, didn’t have no crazy cleaning rules like these other airbnbs that charges you a cleaning fee and you still have to deep clean the the whole house lol Amazing host

We had a great time. Kayaks, fishing, swimming, super quiet area. Only a 15 min drive into town. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the place, it was spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely be back.

I enjoyed the stay in this home. I felt right at home and clutter free. The beds were super comfortable, I slept like a baby every single day. We were able to grill and make our meals with no problem. We arrived at night so it was a little hard to find but there are great neighbors that helped us find our way. This stay was very relaxing for our family. The pool was great, my children had a great time.

This house was absolutely perfect for our 2 families! We had teenagers who loved the pool, cornhole, kayaking and shell hunting while the tide was out. We had some issues with the pool heater but Jordan was helpful and responsive. We had a great time and would book again.

The overall stay was fantastic my group had a ton planned and did so many things while we were out there and were able to always come back and get some good R&R after a super busy morning or afternoon before doing more at night the security in the area is super welcoming and very helpful as well and the over all aesthetic of the house was perfect for this trip thanks again

Very nice house, and very attentive the landlord with any needs that were offered in the services of the house. Excellent location, it is a very peaceful place to rest and have fun with the family. A pool, lagoon and easy access to the beach, what more can you ask for? We did it all and none of them disappointed. Jordan & Brutus were very responsive to questions as well. It’s an ideal choice for families with kids.

One of the best stays 🫶 pool was always at right temperature for the kids.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the desert oasis! It’s a beautiful house in a gorgeous and safe neighborhood. We’ve stayed in the area before but not at Jordan’s place, and we would definitely absolutely return and recommend it to others. We got a little lost on the way in because the signage isn’t super clear in the dark and there’s no real address to punch into a GPS. Exact coordinates would genuinely make it easier to find. And since the whole neighborhood is still building up it was a little annoying to have a construction crew right across the lagoon from us while we’re swimming, but that won’t last forever! It’s a beautiful spot and when the neighborhood is all done being built it’s going to be the new hottest spot in Rocky Point. Thanks for having us! We had a total blast.

Everything excellent

A very nice, private place with lots of space and highly recommended for a relaxing family vacation

This place was exactly what I was looking for for my large family vacation trip. I will say that initially the place was a little hard to find, but thats mainly because the private community where it’s located is quite large. The residences is located a short drive outside the city. The home includes everything you could need and is beautiful. Jordan was excellent at communicating during our entire stay. We would definitely come back and stay here again, and we would recommend this place to any large parties of up to 16.

Beautiful and fully equipped house! It’s spacious and it was super clean. It’s a little far from the Malecón (around 20 minutes) and the city area, but it is a safe area and the drive is not bad. It has a private lagoon which was nice for kayaking. :D

Jordan’s communication and attentiveness made this first trip with my extended family so enjoyable and easy. The house was beyond spacious and offered a space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We brought a ton of our own groceries but there is a grocery store about twenty minutes away. As well as a gas station about 8 minutes away that also has plenty of options. We all enjoyed the kayaks and pool as well as the golf course. We will definitely be back!

We booked this place for our first venture south of the border and are so glad we did. There were a total of three families (10 people) that traveled so it was a challenge to find a place that accommodated all of us but this place was large, spacious and the amenities were perfect. A few takeaways: This is Mexico,- not Miami. If you travel internationally and expect your place to be the same as something you'd pay twice for in the states, you're going to be disappointed. Have realistic expectations and they'll be exceeded :) This is a beach house- that means it's been built/furnished for beachgoers. We have rented Airbnb beach homes in California, Florida and Hawaii and this is right up there with the level of cleanliness. We especially enjoyed the many large hang out areas the home offered and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The views are amazing- we spent our mornings soaking up the sunrise over the lagoon and our evenings watching the sun set over the beach. Thanks Jordan!

House was huge and beautiful! It was nice to have privacy unlike staying at the condos on Sandy Beach and just an easy 20 minute ride from everything. Overall a great experience and exactly what we were looking for.

Absolutely gorgeous space, inside and out! Everything was extremely well maintained, very clean and cared for. Only downside was the construction noise, though we didn’t mind at all. Overall an incredible stay!

The place was amazing brought some friends from Scotland to experience the beach in Mexico and this was just far enough from town that we could have some time to unwind and get peaceful rest. The beach was right there and private and the home was incredible. Getting into the community was simple and quick and we had no trouble coming and going as we pleased. Definitely recommend

Excellent: This is a New house very spacefull, with all tne amnenitties. The bigger Inpression to Us was the View, pool, and the option to go to the man made lagoon (back yard) or walk to the beach.

Jordan’s home BEAUTIFUL and we enjoyed our week in this peaceful space. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The youngsters thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor amenities. Jordan is extremely responsive and answers inquiries usually within minutes. I highly recommend this property and we would gladly return! If there is one tip I can pass on, it is to pick up groceries before entering Mexico.

Very spacious for a family of 16. Not once did we ever felt like we were stepping on each others toes… beautiful location and very peaceful. We had great views for days! Loved every moment of it. Thank you!!! We’ll definitely be back.
