Great place As advertised

The ease of checkin was fantastic. The condo was exactly seen as in the pictures and we really enjoyed the fireworks on New Years Eve from our balcony. We would very highly recomment this condo.

Was perfect for our family of 7! Very spacious, with beautiful views. Dina answered all my questions and was very helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

The place is just outstanding. The view is unreal and the location is great.

A must stay for bigger families or groups! We loved our 2 Week Christmas Family (6 Adults + 2 kids) getaway here. The Condo has everything you need and it’s incredible amount of space allowed us to have our own spaces when needed. Check in was seamless and the property manager Joshua was helpful and responsive during our stay. The view from this unit is 10/10! We seen many firework displays, watched the whales daily, sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking! We also enjoyed watching the activities happening on the beach each day! The over all property is awesome! Pools are great, ample seating and no issues getting chairs at any time of day. The restaurant on the property is also SO good + the staff are amazing! Grocery stores are walking distance & we really enjoyed the shopping next door! All good things to say about this condo, the property as a whole and the area! You will not be disappointed and we cannot wait to return! Thank you Dina for an amazing stay!

Based on location and size of this condo I felt it was a great value. The pictures on Airbnb were not capturing the property. Reading other reviews I went with the stay here. The area beach is public but was interesting. Daily there were multiple proposals and gender reveals and saw a few weddings. The resort itself is well guarded with security so the best of both worlds and made for great people watching. There are 5 large pools and ample seating for all visitors. You can get a massage on the beach for cheap. There are some local beachside restaurants right next door as well. There is a restaurant connected to the condo which is okay for lunch and drinks. With the large stocked kitchen we made our own breakfasts. So plan on a grocery run. We did Walmart which was kind of a pain point. I’d find something else. I’ll miss the sea breeze and waves putting me to sleep and the nightly fireworks from the beach. We’d stay here again without a doubt. The owner should get better pictures.

Absolutely perfect location, amazing view, great communication, will return!

This is a treasure in a fantastic property. You can read about all the amentities, but to appreciate and enjoy how much care is taken to maintain this property in all ways - safety, convenience, cleanliness, and peacefulness is a great experience. Incredible staff. A wonderfully comfortable spacious unit with a cabinlike feel of heavy wood and leather, grounding while literally sitting on top of the Bay. Just lovely.

What a wonderful vacation and the condo did not disappoint! Dina was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Josh met us upon arrival. No problems! The photos are dated and do not do the condo justice! Plenty of room for our family of 8. And if you get to the pool early enough you’ll snag the perfect chairs with the best view! Another memorable vacation at the Grand Venitian, but this time our view was the best! Front row seats for the fireworks too!

This is a huge (!), clean, spacious condo with stunning and unparalleled views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. A corner unit with wraparound decks. As a family of 6 (four kids 9-16), we were super appreciative to have such extraordinary space. The kitchen was fully stocked and Dina’s property managers were immediately responsive and very flexible- helped us register and enable our friends to visit for the day, offered us late check-out, and more. The Grand Venetian property is private, secure and beautiful. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, the beach, and the on-site snack bar/restaurant. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in PVR.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, the facilities of the towers are excellent. Several restaurants nearby that could be reached without a car. Highly recommended

Good apartment, perhaps better than what you see in the photos, all the services 100%, clear and direct communication, the Venetian complex is super nice and the location is perfect... I highly recommend it...

TOP NOTCH!!! Beautiful condo with spectacular views from every balcony and floor to ceiling windows! Every day felt like an excursion watching all the whales and dolphins while sitting on the huge balcony overlooking the bay, full of life and action. If you want to feel like a “billionaire “ while on vacation, I suggest staying here, grounds and pools also unbelievable!

The condo was clean and beautiful! Th communication was a little rough with Dina but the manager Josh was amazing.

Photos don’t t do this place any justice, beautiful view, ample space, no issues checking in, best views of PV, property is hella strict on guests tho, so make sure you you list all the guests that are traveling with you or meeting up when you initially reserve,i failed to do so, but other than that, no issues staying here and would definitely stay here again , condo and the whole property is superb

Location! location! location! And the views!!! This place amazingly located close to EVERYTHING! downtown, the marina, restaurant, shops, the airport... Everything! The apartment is clean, warm with amazing view of the ocean. The complex had a resort feel with well kept ground, pool and beach. My only regret is not staying longer.

The apartment is spectacular, very spacious, clean, with an incredible view and with all the amenities. It's very central, and the host provides excellent service.

Excellent view, very good location, ideal for resting

Wow! This is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed! The 24th floor offers amazing views of the open ocean. We saw fireworks, sunsets, and dolphins swimming. There are 5 pools so plenty of space for swimming. There is an on site restaurant with poolside service and the prices are great! ($1.50-$2 USD for a beer!). There is a COVID testing place right across the street that costs $30 per person in case you are worried about getting your COVID test to get back into your home country. It is a drive through but we just walked through. This place has so much space inside. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. It is so peaceful to have your breakfast and dinner on the patio while the sun is setting. There is also a mall right next door if you want to shop or dine. Everything about this place, including the owners, is awesome!
