The house was beautiful, and the beds were so comfortable! Such a great view, and felt very private. Christin was a wonderful host and helped make our stay feel very special.

Enjoyed our stay here with my family. The rooms were spacious, views were stunning, and the home was clean. We had fun at the beach club nearby and appreciated Christians quick responses. Only complaint was the golf cart we were provided died twice while we had about 50% battery left though it was through a rental company it seems. Highly recommend for larger groups and would return again!

Christian was exceptionally easy and lovely to work with. We were able to work out all of the details, from transportation, to hiring chefs to cook dinners, and details for the pool club. This was our 5th trip to Punta Mita and we love this area. Christian was very accommodating of our situation with some last minute travel delays on the day of departure -- so kind, so nice, and made what could have been a stressful situation, not stressful at all. He was an absolute delight. In terms of the home, it was fantastic! One of the bathrooms had a minor issue and without us reporting it, it was noticed and fixed the next day. We love the Encanto area and this home did not disappoint.

A getaway to remember! We stayed in this beautiful Punta Mita home for four days to celebrate a friend’s 40th, and it could not have been more perfect. There were 10 of us, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and absolutely stunning. The pool was amazing — we spent hours there relaxing, laughing, and soaking up the sun. Christian was incredible from start to finish — responsive, kind, fun, and always available. He helped organize everything, from extra golf carts and beach club info to dinner and massage reservations. He was always there and so enthusiastic! The staff was outstanding — our dinners and breakfasts were some of our favorite memories, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless and stress-free. We loved not having to do a thing — no cooking, no cleaning, just relaxing and enjoying time together. It was perfection! We can’t wait for another excuse to escape to Punta Mita!

Punta Mita is one of the best resort destination out there, and this property, along with Christian’s dedication to a unique flawless experience, made this birthday trip memorable. This is a dream house, with a dream team. Thank you Christian !

Casa Amor was impeccable. We stayed 6 nights and it was a vacation to remember. The house was outstanding in every aspect. The crew were wonderful. We felt like we're at home, and everything we needed was right there. Thank you so much for a phenomenal time. Will return for sure.

The house is amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating and reliable. We wish the listing made a few things more clear; there is no fitness center available before 12 noon. Huge loss for active Colorado folks. The beach clubs are often full by 11 am, only owners can make reservations and therefore you cannot get seats. We would definitely go the resort route next time for access to both of these desired amenities.

This a special property with a spectacular view. The cooking and cleaning duo were friendly. Our family was able to practice our Spanish. This was our 5th time to Punta Mita and we will be sure to return for a 6th trip.

Beautiful home in a prefect, clean, central location within the development. The home was clean, everything worked and Javier and Diana did a top-notch job with all of our needs. Very well done.

This place is truly amazing! The location is perfect within the gates of Punta Mita, it was an quick golf cart ride to the beach clubs or into town. The view from the house is incredible and everything looks just like the photos. Our concierge, Diana, was wonderful. She helped us set up transportation from the airport and had the house stocked with groceries prior to arrival. She was also very responsive if we had any questions or needed restaurant recommendations or reservations. Overall it was a wonderful trip, the house and amenities are exactly as described, if not better. We’re already planning our next trip!

We were a group of 5 women and we loved this house. Highlights were: The views!! Hanging around by the pool with coffee in the mornings or cocktails in the evening. The living room when it was too hot to be outdoors. Breakfasts/brunch served to us every morning by warm and caring staff. Having a chef come in and cook us a gourmet dinner one night. Golf carting around to all the different beach clubs, the pickle ball courts and into town for shopping and dinners right on the beach. And having a concierge at our beck and call to help make arrangements and answer questions. A perfect relaxing and fun vacation.

Absolutely amazing spot. Both Javier and Diana were quickly available via messaging app to answer any questions. Perfect location, unbelievable access to all the Punta Mita beach clubs, beautiful sunsets - what more could you ask for!?

Great property in a good location (El Encanto). Very clean property with nice rooms and furnishings. We used for some R&R with just 2 people but this is ideal for 2 families to share. Great hosts and service while on site. Highly recommend.

Everything about this home and the staff that guide you along the way, are phenomenal. Gorgeous house. Beautiful views. Cooks and cleaning team. A personal Concierge to take care of every details. I want to go back tomorrow. We even had a chance to meet the owners. The most kind helpful people you can imagine.

This house is amazing, it's a beautiful house with ocean view, and has all the amenities you could want. Excellent breakfasts, and excellent cleaning services, great concierge. Golf cart ride away to all the beach clubs.

I exceed my expectations, the house is super nice and everything works perfectly, great location, the pool has a spectacular view, the house has a cart of 6 people to move to the Clubs de Playa and excellent Restaurants, everything is less than 10min. I can't help mention Javier's attention and Christian's excellent service and willingness as well as all the service staff, I recommend her 100%.

This house is such a gem! A beautiful ocean view location and everything seems brand new. We had the very best time and could not have asked for anything more.

We could not have asked for a better trip. Christian, our concierge, was in touch early and often. He made sure the fridge was stocked when we arrived and took care of all of our needs during our stay. Gille and Patty made us delicious meals every day. The house is exactly as advertised, if not better. The pictures don’t do the view justice. The house has everything you could ask for - pool and beach toys, yeti cups for the pool, and beautiful furniture, just to name a few things.
