My children and I just returned home after an eight-night stay at Erika’s place, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was ideal—everything we needed was an easy walk away, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. We felt very safe throughout our stay, thanks to the on-site security and friendly neighbors. The pool, just steps from the suite, was a perfect escape after long, hot days. We absolutely loved Tamarindo and would happily return. Thanks for hosting us :) Pura vida!

Erika was great and we enjoyed our stay at her place. She was very helpful with recommendations and guidance. The apartment was close to everything and was also quiet and safe. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. Everyone we interacted with was very nice.

This is the perfect place when staying in Tamarindo. Everything is within walking distance including the beach. The place has everything you need and AC runs well keeping it cool during the hottest season. Erika was a great host and checked in several times to ensure everything was going well. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I can't say enough about the fabulous location (close to beach, restaurants, markets, coffee shops, grocery stores), our helpful and responsive host Erika, and her very safe and comfortable home. The property manager was also very accessible and helpful. Overall, our family loved our stay in Tamarindo!

Erika’s place is beautiful! Lovely pool steps from the unit. Great for a refreshing dip on a hot day! Erika is communicative and left lots of important information to find all the spots- beaches, restaurants, grocery, doctor, surf, etc. The place is very close to the beach and grocery stores. Everything you need is walkable. The paths are partly unpaved if you have mobility issues you may need a golf cart or car to rent. There are coffee shops including a Starbucks right around the corner. The markets on Saturdays and Thursdays are close and many local cafes and restaurants. The bed was very comfy! Rain shower head in the bathroom. You don’t need to spend too much time inside in beautiful Tamarindo, but Erika’s place has everything you would look for. Thanks for a great stay, Erika!

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at Erika’s place. We were very happy with the location and the apartment. The communication with Erika and Liane, her property manager, was excellent. They provided detailed helpful information about everything we could possibly want for our stay. Clean, modern, nice balcony off of master bedroom. Ideal for a couple with a child. Also, fully equipped with washer, dryer, beach mats and cooler, and plenty of towels. I would be happy to stay again and would highly recommend this place.

We had such a great time on our girls trip! The place was super nice, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved that there were two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a third bathroom, which made getting ready so much easier for the four of us. The location was perfect — just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and close to so many restaurants and bars where we enjoyed happy hour every day. Liane , the assistant, was amazing. She was always available when we needed anything and made everything super easy. The pool area was also really nice and clean — perfect for relaxing after the beach. We definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay here again!

Erika’s place looks exactly like the photos, but even better. The property is more quiet and more private than the beach which is nice. The place comes with truly everything you need and the local general store that will have pretty much everything you need is only a 5min walk down the road. The location and walk to the beach is 10/10. In my opinion this is the best street to be on to be close to the beach, have some privacy and quiet, and also be close to the town. The security guards truly couldn’t be nicer and even helped me learn more Spanish which was very helpful. Erika and her property manager Liane were extremely helpful anytime I had any questions. They had great recommendations and you can tell they want their guests to enjoy their stay which I absolutely did. 5⭐️
