Excellent service from the host, and the apartments are very well equipped.

Anne and Quincy were amazing hosts. We had a couple of chefs in our group of 14 and the kitchen and grill amenities were perfect! Very well-equipped. They were on the spot with anything we may have needed - which was very little because they literally thought of everything! This place is pretty rustic and far from other major cities but there are local towns and villages that Anne was helpful in making recommendations for.

We had an amazing stay at Anne’s apartment! The place was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable — everything was perfect. The swimming pool was wonderful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Anne was an incredible host — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anne’s beautiful beach home! The property itself is stunning — spacious, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, with a gorgeous swimming pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and incredibly comfortable beds. Anne was an exceptional host — attentive, kind, and always available to help. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, offering great local recommendations and connecting us with reliable drivers, cooks, and banquet companies. We used her home for a vow renewal ceremony that included a Mayan ceremony, and it turned out to be a magical experience. Everything came together beautifully, thanks in large part to Anne’s hospitality and local expertise. Highly recommend staying here — it’s a gem in every way!

Our party of 13 adultos celebrating a milestone birthday for me had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous and lovingly cared for accommodations right on the beach. Anne’s suggestions and support made the whole super event very easy and ever so much fun. We had two local chefs cook fabulous meals; Anne made sure we had enough mats for our daily yoga, gave us much privacy while also providing info on local events and organized tours and drivers for us. Anne is absolutely the very best host we’ve ever had over the years we’ve been traveling as a family. She is very attentive and communicative from months out before our stay til the final day. Her goal is to make sure everyone is happy and enjoys their beautiful place. They live next door so is extremely helpful as anything needed is taken care of immediately. Their huge beautiful resort is everything you can ask for as it is secluded and private and was perfect for our large family. We had a family of 16 and never felt confined with plenty of room. They have at least 8 very large sized bedrooms that were very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend getting her local friends to clean and cook. The authentic food was plentiful and very delicious and definitely worth the value. My personal only regret is not meeting her awesome husband Quincey til our last day. I could’ve hung out with him all week 🙌.. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will return !!

We hosted a 10-year vow renewal celebration at Anne's primary AirBnB and and the Solano AirBnB for a total of 24 adults. It's exactly like the photos and description. Words fail to capture how much we recommend this home and Anne and Quincy as hosts. Anne helped coordinate 6+ shuttles for our 24 guests to/from Merida Airport, met with local chefs who catered daily and developed a half-board menu that met many allergy restrictions, helped us plan a day excursion to local ruins (Securing shuttle, tour guide, entry tickets, etc.), and helped get a jet-ski delivered for the day. We were able to pay all these extras through AirBnB, which was extremely convenient. This AirBnB and Anne & Quincy are truly professional hosts and all 24 of us who attended could not approve of them any more. If you're hosting ANYTHING truly consider this AirBnB. We'll be back!! Thank you!!!

Anne was fantastic! Communication was the key and she was on it. The property was well cared for and pretty much what we expected. She set up cooks for us as well which for 3 families with 6 total kids was great. The cost of that was very reasonable. Highly recommend Anne and her property.

When my 7 grandchildren arrived at Anne's place and saw the pool they all went wild with joy. The pool is huge, with no deep end, and it has a hot tub and a huge slide with stairs. We adults had a wonderful week lazing around while the kids were endlessly entertained by the pool and the sand and the freedom of having this whole lovely place to ourselves. Anne is the most wonderful host that you could possibly have. She is a fabulous organizer and she found cleaning ladies and 2 cooks who came in daily (local, not fancy, but the food was excellent!) We only ate two meals out! She helped us arrange a boat trip for fishing and a swim in a cenote. She responded to every question immediately and gave us advice about everything local. She also arranged drivers for airport pickups (we were a group of 14, four families arriving at different times.) And she is so kind and generous and easy to deal with that there really weren't any issues. We loved it and her! We had a great time.

Wow! All I can say is: wow! We rent a lot with AirBnB, but this was, by far, our best experience ever. Our family had a wonderful time. Anne and Quincy could not have been better hosts and were very accommodating. They were super helpful and worked with us even as our plans changed at the last minute. We are already trying to figure out when we can go again!

Anne and Quincy made me have the most amazing stay ever. The level of detail and care they have for the property is admirable to say the least. They even prepared extra supplies for us while we stayed and they are just the most amazing and caring couple. You can feel their attentiveness and care for their guests. I have to say the place is even better than in the pictures and be guaranteed you will have the most amazing stay of all.

Beautiful beach house for a family weekend. The house is in front of the sea and behind you is Laguna de Santa Clara. Sure and her hostess is very attentive to her tenants and friendly. 100% recommended and we would certainly repeat.

Anne and Quincy instantly made us feel at home. Anne was extremely responsive to any of our emails, gave us great detail on everything from what to do near by to rental car companies she recommended to hiring a cook and their menu! We had the whole place to ourselves, a group of 14. We had 4 Seniors who will be graduating high school so this was a perfect place to spend quality time with them. Anne and Quincy definitely made sure we had a fabulous time! We will definitely be back!!!

The house is very nice, Anne is an excellent host and has a person who helps her and he was very helpful and attentive and helped us with several things. The beach is very nice but a little cold and the pool, at least in December, was very cold enough to get in. on the other hand, although there is not much in the area, the house has everything. It is so well equipped that you don't need anything extra and Anne is always attentive in case anything is needed We loved our stay, especially it is ideal for when you want to go to the beach and not leave the house at all

Our trip was successful due to our host Ann & Quincey’s active care & being an adventurous family.We wanted to be outside of touristy areas & feel as if we were truly in local neighborhoods.Taking 8 kids under 8 & 11 adults to a small beach town 90 m from the nearest large town (Merida) could have been worrisome.With Ann living on the property & checking in with us each day, texting advice when asked, and having previously engaged in multiple emails for months ahead- it was 100% comfortable & awesome.We wanted to stay mostly put & only went on two all day excursions in 9 days relaxing & enjoying each other & the great property. It was a perfect setting for families or could be for a retreat type setting too.The kids played endlessly on the water slide, hot tub & ran in the shallow water of the pool.The beach couches, deck, kayaks & paddleboard & volleyball were used & enjoyed daily.The palapa was perfect to gather for meals & games. We hired cooks & loved that. Go! 5stars! Relaxing!

Anne and Quincey are awesome, absolutely great hosts!! They put down plywood and a ramp to help me maneuver my son's wheelchair. Anne was always available, always responded ASAP, while we were there. We were even communicating during our 3 hour flight delay!! A week or so before our arrival, she worked with me to get our meals together. The pool, the hot tub were great. Whenever Anne went into the city, she always asked if we needed her to pickup anything for us at the store. We rented a van and Anne advised us to go to Walmart or Sam's Club before we left the city, great advice!!! If you have light sensitivity while you sleep, you should bring a sleep mask. Make sure to bring some bug repellent or pick some up at Walmart when you land, you will need it!! We had a couple of family members that got delayed and Anne arranged for a driver to pick them up from the airport, which was a great help. It was a very relaxing vacation.

What a beautiful little piece of Earth this place is. Aside from the actual AirBnB, Anne was the best amenity if I’m being honest lol she was so helpful with helping me plan a birthday party for my friend and I. Everywhere from hiring cooks, ordering a birthday cake, and she even got us the best Mariachi band that I’ve ever seen. The actual Airbnb comes well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and fully stocked bathrooms. Anne also provides clean drinking water which was a huge bonus! We were also traveling with a 1 year old. There was a highchair and pack n play available. We slept on the bottom floor with the room right on the ocean. It was so therapeutic sleeping next to the crashing waves at night and by morning time, it’s completely silent. If I happen to be in this area ever again in life, I would definitely stay here but unfortunately I never do the same city twice lol.

The property is amazing, it is very well equipped with everything you can occupy for an unforgettable vacation. Its oceanfront location and spacious, clean and very well-maintained facilities make you always comfortable. Also, the hosts are cheerful, friendly, and really helpful. It's a place you enjoyed all the time and want to come back several times.

The house is amazing wherever you see it. Beautiful, clean, tidy and equipped like no other accommodation I've ever been to. Our experience in this place was beautiful, without a doubt we will go back and always recommend it. Anne, the hostess, is a love of person and her extraordinary attention. We were a family party of 15 with 8 adults and 7 kids under 10. The size of the property and the amenities meant there were no problems with space or things to do and the area is very quiet, so not the normal fuss you get in more tourist locations. Most flights were to Merida with the other to Cancun. We did some exploration of archeological sites and cenotes but for the most part everyone was happy to enjoy the sea and the pool. We had locals prepare meals on 2 days ( both excellently prepared ) and went out to a local restaurant once. For groups and families that are looking for peace, quiet and a laid back vacation this will work really well.

Where do I begin! Anne and Quincey are phenomenal hosts. From the time of booking, Anne was extremely responsive and helped plan an unforgettable trip for our group of 11. Santa Clara is a small, but beautiful community. We spent the days in the pool, walking the beach, kayaking, playing volleyball and hanging out in the spacious palapa. If activities are your thing, there's plenty to do while also having a peaceful vacation. The property has ample space if you'd like some downtime to yourself! Relax on the hammocks and listen to the ocean or bask on the sun deck with a beautiful view. If you'd like a low prep trip (food, alcohol, airport transfers, excursion), work with Anne to get this set up. She helped us with transportation to and from Merida, along with a preliminary shop for the house. The local cooks are wonderful people and made the most delicious meals. There's truly something for everyone! All of our plates were scraped clean daily. That being said, there is always the option to rent your own car and have a more DIY experience! From start to finish, this trip was perfect. We were able to enjoy ourselves, each other's company and take away memories that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. I highly recommend staying with Anne!

If you’re looking at booking this Airbnb, my piece of advice …DO IT! Anne is an exceptional host and super communicative. I had a group of 11 people to organize, a birthday to plan, groceries to shop for, transportation to arrange, COVID tests to schedule, and so much more. Anne did 👏🏼 it👏🏼 all👏🏼. I couldn’t have done it without her. We even had a guest lose a phone and Anne let her borrow a spare of hers to communicate with loved ones back home and arrange other travel needs. My group came from the States and we had an incredible time. The Airbnb is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the grounds are clean and well maintained, and the palapa was perfect for group gatherings and meals. We hired the local cooks and that was our best decision. We loved experiencing the local cuisine and Pilli (spelling?) was great to interact with. The volleyball court was so much fun for our competitive group. The hot tub and water slide were awesome. There isn’t much beach to walk on, but we enjoyed being right on the Water. There wasn’t a point during the trip that we felt unsafe in this area. A few of us went on runs in the town. We even did a cenote excursion with Yucatán cenote, which was a big highlight. The guides were incredible and full of knowledge. We realized we were in a very remote part of Mexico that is very different from your packaged resorts in Cancún, but the hosts made the Airbnb as modern and comfortable as possible. This is an experience you won’t get anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great find. The house is perfect for a large group - really well designed so you can hang out together but also get privacy when needed. Anne and Quincey are excellent hosts - very welcoming and super helpful. We had an excellent 5 days in Santa Clara - would definitely recommend.

You can truly tell that Anne & Quincy have put a lot of thought into their home and that they truly take pride in it. From the moment I booked Anne was extremely responsive. Everything about the rooms, the location and the host’s attentiveness was spot on! The rooms were all tastefully decorated, each one with its own individual personalities. There were 9 of us in our group and I can honestly say that there was literally something for everyone to enjoy! And the pool area!!! Well, it is just absolutely amazing! The place is spectacular, but the best thing is Anne's fine attention, I have no words to describe how well it went. Everything is clean, everything is functional, just fantastic. La Playa is a natural pool. My deepest respect for Anne and her team. Ultra recommended.

We had a great vacation! The house is the most comfortable, much better than what you see in photos. The hosts are the most attentive, they were always attentive to us! Recommended for blinds!! Don't hesitate to choose this place to spend your vacation!

This property is absolutely wonderful for families with children. Our children loved it. It has a huge swimming pool with a water chute slide, and a jacuzzi that fits everybody! It has a big sandy area with plenty of loungers, volley ball court and deck to look over the sea. There are kayak/paddleboards to take out for exercise and exploring. The rooms have very comfortable beds and are well thought out. The towels smell lovely and its all very clean. We decided to go for the daily cook service, and it was fantastic food and very reasonable. we had fresh fish, octopus, shrimp and loved the local dishes. There’s a good local masseuse who can do facials too. Anne and Quincey are great hosts: they definitely think of everything. We will be back!!!

Excellent choice

Amazing living so close to the sea for a few days. Santa Clara was the best place to feel safe during the pandemic and enjoy a local tourism. The layout of the house is ideal for large families. We ate delicious, Ney spoiled us very much and very helpful. Anne and Quinsey are the best hosts. They were attentive to everything. The location is ideal. We went to visit cenotes, see the flamingos and visit very nice beaches. Definitely one of the best vacations we've had as a family.

Anne welcomed us in a very warm way and really made us feel at home. I highly recommend staying with them, they are amazing people. (: They took care of every detail of the house to have a fabulous stay.

Anne and Quincy are amazing hosts. They are friendly, helpful and ensures that our holiday gave us all the much needed down-time. We rented the entire place for a 6-day stay for a birthday hang with good friends and family. Their communication was easy and responsive. They went beyond and helped us even find a Mariachi band for the birthday we celebrated. (they were extremely talented musicians.) Also, they even purchased a pack and play for our toddler so we did not have to pick one up. Both had great suggestions for the near-by towns for restaurants, grocery shopping, relaxing by The Gulf at restaurants and other areas to see for the restless traveler. ----- Overall :: the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. AND IS one of the best places to take a low key relaxing holiday being on the beach and with a pool along with a spacious communal area // Rooms :: spacious, very clean, airy, and beds firm // Kitchen areas :: very clean, has all of the necessary accessories to cook a phenomenal Mexican meals // Communal Areas :: Clean, relaxing and fun to slide down the slides and snorkel in the Gulf along with relaxing next to the fire pit at night and taking naps on the beds and lounges on the beach // Great touches: split level pool for the little toddlers to sit in pool and wade without going into deep area along with noodles for the pool :) // I definitely would suggest anyone wanting to be outside of the busy touristy areas of the Yucatan to take advantage of their little bit of paradise. ----- note: we hired their cook for our entire stay which made the trip even better since we experienced homemade Yucatan foods -- all meals were delicious!

Unreal cool hosts! We celebrated a wedding at this villa, the hostess helped in everything, offered her help all the time, also gave a great gift! Since we were 30 people, there weren't enough beds for everyone and the hosts put us in their chic house! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone!

Regarding this location, everything is excellent. The house and facilities are much better than what you see in the photos. Everything is super clean, practically new and in perfect condition. Anne and Quincey's welcome and attention make the stay even more enjoyable. All very quiet and really relaxing.

Anne is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. At all times she maintained communication with me and was attentive to anything we were offered. On the other hand, the house is super cool and facing the sea. Sunrises, sunsets, and starry nights can be enjoyed to the fullest. The place is in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. Santa Clara is not a very large village, but it has a modelorama and a restaurant in front of the house. If you don't have a car, it's a little tricky to get there, but not impossible They really don't miss out on the opportunity to spend an amazing vacation at Casa Solana.

Anne and Quincey are great hosts! Asked on several occasions if there was anything they could do to make things better for us or do for us! They went over the top when I told Anne I couldn’t sleep in bed! They put a recliner in our room, how great is that?!?! Pool with a water fall, outdoor dining area with bar, grill and T.V.! Beach beds, beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, peaceful, and great atmosphere! Can’t say enough, visit that peace of paradise! Btw it called a Little piece of paradise, or Jaguar club and casitas and at Santa Clara! Thank you Anne and Quincey!
