Jenny was super friendly. We arrived a little early and she allowed us to check in early. She also let us leave a little later. She was always friendly and responded very quickly to messages. The garden of the house is a sight to behold. All areas are clean and everything is in order. The service staff is excellent. Don Roberto recommended where to buy fresh seafood at the market, and Doña Nelly cooked it! Everything was wonderful. Thank you very much, Jenny, for sharing your home with us!

Jenny's house is spacious and has comfortable hallways; the pool and garden are very nice and in good condition. Jenny is very friendly and always available to communicate; Don Roberto (the caretaker) is also very helpful and was always available to help us. However, the cleanliness of the house is quite poor, especially in areas such as the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The beds and the closet shelves were covered in dust; in my case, since I travel with my baby, I had to clean all the surfaces with damp towels upon arrival. The showers in the bathrooms and the toilets also looked dirty, as did the kitchen cabinets and all the utensils inside them; they were dusty and covered in grease. In the description, it mentions a service person to help with cooking and cleaning during the stay; however, the person was only available to help on one occasion.

Our stay at Villa Montelimar was excellent!! The house is very comfortable, it has different areas for the recreation of the whole family, the cleaning is complete and the people who assist in the house are very friendly and respectful. The condo park is a very nice place for games or just for a relaxed walk and the security is unbeatable. We really enjoyed Villa Montelimar, I highly recommend it!!

The place was great, close to restaurant, with pool and on the beach. I will rent there again with a large group. Only thing care taker tend to hover a bit but it's a hit or miss if you like that level of attention (we didn't).

A very cozy place, we enjoy it with family. Very spacious, good location and the two people in charge of the house are very friendly and cooperative. Thank you for allowing us to have a relaxing weekend.

An absolutely beautiful setting with ocean views and a beautiful private park separating you from the ocean. Angela and Roberto were an excellent addition to the peace and relaxation this property has to offer. Would absolutely return.

A beautiful place and the photographs do not do justice to the beauty of the place. A house that relaxes and fills your soul with peace. A paradise. Easy access, perfect cleanliness and friendly environment. I definitely recommend it.

The property was beautiful, great service from the caretaker and cook. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The four brand new ceiling fans provided a very nice breeze. We had a great time. We will be coming back soon. Thank you Jenny for being a great host!

Beautiful property, much nicer than what's shown in the photos. The staff, very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to have shops, sales, restaurants and more nearby.
