It was the perfect location for us. Quite nice clean comfortable and spacious. Close to restaurants grocery 5th ave and lots to do. Everyone was very nice and Roxanne was very helpful with water cleaning service and suggestions on place to go. She is a 5 stars host Thanks for making my month of February a great month of relaxation

wooow Great stay! Even when we arrived on December 24 at 9pm we were greeted with smiles by Roxanne's friend. The fridge was full of delicate touches 🤤🤩 The location is beautiful, the comfort of the beds and bedding is perfect. Super well equipped. We didn't miss anything!! The apartment is bigger than in the pictures 🤩 The bikes on site are great 👍 Close to everything, bakery and convenience store a few meters away, 5th avenue 15-20 minutes walk. Roxanne is a really awesome host. I highly recommend it. 🤩

The Akoya Condo complex was very nice, and the place is well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. Condo is spacious, loads of light, and well decorated. Kitchen had all the needed utensils and appliances. We felt very safe, and we enjoyed the condo. The balcony overlooks the pool and a forested area. The 5th Ave entertainment is walking distance (for us, we walk a lot) however, Roxanne had 3 bikes available for us, and it was an easy trip to the 5th Ave restaurant row. There is a nice Italian restaurant, a great bakery and Oxxo very close the condo. However, we had a difficult time getting in- and out of Playacar. Sometimes the line to get in had 30+ taxis, and it took forever. About ½ the time, we were not allowed to enter Playacar at one entrance, and a short drive (or long walk) to the other entrance got us in. We had a great time, but it was stressful at times (specially at night) wondering if we were able to return to the condo, until Roxanne got us wrist straps allowing us easy access. Great place.

It's a nice place to stay with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The place is safe and extremely quiet, surrounded by nature. It's ideal for families. I would gladly return. I'll send it!!!

The place is very well located and we felt safe the moment we were there. It is important that if you do not rent a car, ask the host for a reliable taxi to get around.

The apartment was great! Clean, spacious, safe and a great location! Roxanne was great and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location, comfortable apartment, spacious, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Roxanne was very helpful and provided us with services, within the complex, out of pure courtesy and kindness. I hope to return. Highly recommended! Top top!!!! Great, quiet condo. Pool has kids area which our little ones enjoyed. Clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

It's definitely like being at home, the super exclusive place, the pool is a place for total relaxation and fun in case you have children, great cleaning, the apartment has all the amenities, we will definitely return and communication with the host is a 10 👌🏼
