The place is just stunning with the views. The location is exactly where you want to be within walking distance of all the romantic zone. The furnishings are beautiful and peaceful, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We felt safe, relaxed, and right at home. I would definitely make this a return visit if possible!

Was an amazing stay. The support staff were very responsive and made us feel at home. The views are beautiful from the balcony and the condo is located close to everything.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! The condo is spacious, open, beautifully maintained, and in an amazing location. It was easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, shops, and everything we needed. The pool was spotless and we never saw another guest making it the perfect place to relax. We also really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was set up. The washer, dishwasher, and other amenities were clearly labeled with easy-to-follow instructions, which made the entire stay effortless and stress-free. There is construction next door, but that’s pretty common throughout Puerto Vallarta right now. You may also hear neighborhood dogs barking at night from time to time, but for us those were minor tradeoffs for such a beautiful property and unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was an AWESOME property. It was in a great location with lots of things within walking distance. The large patio was a strong positive about the property. The owners were very responsive. I definitely would stay here again. It had everything we needed. 5 stars across the board.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful this apartment was. The layout is thoughtfully designed and is perfect for couples or groups, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The natural light throughout the apartment created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is close to excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches, resort hotels that offer day passes, and a vibrant nightlife. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, making it even more enjoyable. This Airbnb is truly in a prime location. What made the experience even better was the exceptional hospitality. The property owner and manager were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel personalized. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a lasting impression. This is easily one of the top three Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Thank you to the hosting team for a wonderful stay. I’ll be return soon.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had anywhere. The attention to detail throughout the apartment is incredible. Everything feels premium, from the quality of the bedding to the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Our whole group was seriously impressed from the moment we arrived. The apartment is so comfortable and well equipped that you almost don't want to leave. Having laundry facilities was another great surprise that made our stay even easier. The hosts were fantastic and clearly take enormous pride in the property. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

We had a great stay here! There were six of us, and the condo was surprisingly spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was great — we could walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes, and there were tons of restaurants and bars nearby. It was also close enough to the Malecón that getting there was quick and easy. Overall, it was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and great location, very thoughtful hosts

We stayed for 10 days and found the location absolutely perfect—very close to restaurants, beaches, and the Malecón. The condo truly felt like a home away from home; it was incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything we could need. It’s a very private property with a wonderful pool that we almost always had to ourselves! There was a minor, ongoing issue during our stay with the living room/kitchen air conditioning drain dripping water. Because we had to turn it off at times, that main area did get a bit uncomfortable. However, this was to no fault of the owners, as the complex was having maintenance work done on the roof. Alfredo, our host, was incredibly responsive and brought in contractors on several occasions to try and sort it out. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for families or larger groups!

The condo was great and the hosts thought of a lot of wonderful touches to make it feel comfortable. They were very responsive with recommendations and when there were minor issues. The location is very walkable to the beach, shopping and great restaurants but away enough from too much of the late-night crowd. My only issue was with the construction noise. They generally work 9AM-6PM so if you want to sleep late or relax in the condo/work during the day, it was difficult. Also we found the water in the condo undrinkable.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I've had in 10+ years on the platform. The condo is stunning, well stocked, spacious and very comfortable. We had zero issues during the stay (which I find to be rare nowadays on Airbnb) and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The location is terrific. It's on a quiet street that's a short 4 minute walk to the heart of Zona Romantica. Communication with Alfredo and the owners was smooth and seamless. I had an amazing stay in Puerto Vallarta! The host was absolutely wonderful; very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The place itself was extremely comfortable, clean, and felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area and would gladly come back again!

Our trip to Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of amazing. This penthouse was clean, spacious, and had great amenities. The condo had everything we needed. The area was very safe, and right in the heart of zona romantica with plenty of street vendors and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. We are very pleased with our time here!

This place has it all. Clean, spacious, convenient. There is nothing you could think of that was not already provided. Consider yourself lucky if you get to enjoy the experience.

Our stay at Casa de Oro was excellent! it fit all of our needs and was extra comfy. My friend arrived first as the rest of our group had been held up, I had no problem connecting with our check in person ahead of time and making arrangements so everything was smooth. Once inside the cleaners were finishing up, were very friendly and left everything spotless. As other reviews have mentioned there is construction next door. We found it to be present but not invasive. Joel and Luke have really put a lot of thought into the amenities in the penthouse, we weren't in need of anything! We did hone the knives before using them but we find that to be the case in all Airbnb's. Joel was really responsive while we were there and before hand, taking care of all our questions and concerns. Truly an amazing stay in a beautiful place!

I stayed at Joel & Luke’s condo for a month, and it was a wonderful experience. The condo is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked—perfect for a long-term stay—and truly has everything you could possibly need. The entire place is immaculate, and all of the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, and the Malecón. I didn’t need a car at all during my stay, which made everything so convenient. Joel was incredibly responsive, and the property management team that manages and cleans the condo was equally attentive and professional. I highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a stay in Puerto Vallarta. It’s a perfect home away from home!

We stayed with two other couples and it was perfect and comfortable. We also stayed in PV night other times in hands-down. This is the best Airbnb.

Fantastic unit and so very convenient to everything in Zona Romantica and easy walk to beach. Only issue was something the hosts cannot control and that was neighbors behind the unit letting their dogs bark loudly at night, one night from 2 am to 4 am. Hoping to rent the unit again next year.

Everything was fabulous. Appreciated all the details making it feel safe and like a home away from home. kitchen was fully stocked, it was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a minor home incident, which was promptly taken care of within the hour. I wish we had booked longer as our second airbnb is no where near the experience for a small amount less.. that said every penny was worth it at Casa Oro. big thanks to our hosts.

This was a stellar AirBnB! A beautiful property - elegantly furnished with all the needed amenities and a huge balcony for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors and the view. A great location walkable to the beach and a ton of shops, restaurants and bars. Joel was very responsive in communications and made everything easy including flexibility in check-in/check-out if available. Overall a superb place and experience.

Casa Oro was the perfect place for relaxation! The concierge was very accommodating and friendly. The location is close to everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to book!

Great location with fantastic amenities, salt water pool and hot tub. Just a 3 blocks away from the action of Zona Romantica with the beach being a couple more. Kitchen came equiped with everything you could need to cook a chefs meal. When you walk in the door you can see how much time and energy they put into the place. Will definitely be back if it's available.

Great place and lots of things to enjoy

This 3 bedroom apartment is awesome. It has a great view of the mountains. This place is spacious very well decorated. Very cold ac units. Extra big balcony with a nice view. The mattress were very comfortable. Large screen televisions plus high speed wifi. Oxxo store within walking distance. Street tacos one block away. Nice waterfront restaurants a few blocks from our front door. The area is safe and very walkable. We will definitely stay at this place next time we visit Puerto Vallarta.

What an amazing stay! Absolutely worth the money for the location, amenities, restful space, and closeness to late night life! I went with 2 friends and the place was perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Space was peaceful, away from any noticeable noise. But super easy to get to the bars and clubs late night, very walkable! But note the streets have cobblestones, so not as convenient for disabled people and not great for wheelchairs. Otherwise, for walking capable guests, esp LGBT, it is a great place. Easy to get to great local street food choices and solid restaurants for any meal of the day! The condo also has all the amenities we needed including luggage racks, slippers, luffa, and shower amenities as well as bath tub. And they even had a Bluetooth Sonos speaker that was great for creating a little ambiance while getting for going out! Overall, highly recommended and would super recommend!

The penthouse was absolutely amazing. One of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. This is my 2nd time in puerto Vallarta and I absolutely enjoyed the home. We had 3 adults but it could easily suit 6 people. Additionally, the hosts were extremely courteous and checked in on us. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing stay here for Labor Day weekend! The unit was very spacious and walkable to all of the restaurants and bars we wanted to check out. Also a very convenient location for beach excursions. The pool area was beautiful and basically had it to ourselves all weekend. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever want. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants in Romantic Zone. Plenty of space for our family of four. There is a very large complex being built right next to the condo, however, they didn’t start too early and we were out exploring each day, so it wasn’t too bad. We would return and will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time, thanks for the beautiful, clean and spacious place. Our stay was amazing, we were very close to the beach, very good restaurants and the streets were very quiet and safe to walk to and from. The kitchen is very complete, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the view is incredible and two days we were able to see fireworks from the balcony. The impeccable cleanliness and laundry room was a wow complement. Although the construction next door does not go unnoticed, being inside you forget that it exists. The pool is very spacious, clean and we had free access every day. Thank you Joel, Luke and the people in charge of our stay, also Jesus from PVRPV was very attentive and asked if we needed anything else. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!

Totally worth the stay. Clean, easy access, quiet, walk distance to everything. Bed was comfortable. However I would use another type of pillows. Joel is accesible and the managing staff as well. I would rent again and you should too!

Joel and Luke's place is great for friends and family traveling together. Very spacious. Walkable to all the great bars and restaurant but tucked away from the nightlife noise when you want to just relax. There is construction happening right next to their condo building but Joel and Luke were up front about that. The noise during the day hardly bothered me. A lot of times it was drowned out by all the usual noise you hear in Zona. I highly recommend this place.

Casa Oro was very comfortable and well-equipped. We would happily stay again. We were greeted at check-in and check-out. Note that there is construction happening behind the building daily (except Sunday) from about 8am to 7pm, which can be a bit disruptive.

Apartment is beautiful, in a great location!

Joel and Blake's condo was very good. Honestly it was the best equipped Puerto Vallarta condo I've stayed in. The furniture (including the beds) is comfortable and higher end. Also the nice touches like the shower products were appreciated and noticed.

Casa Oro is an exceptional property. It is impeccably furnished and appointed. There is not one thing that was overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay.

The ratings say it all. Well done!! Cannot imagine anyone being disappointed at selecting Joel and Luke's property. Beautiful furnishings, appears decor was given a lot of thought to beauty and comfort. Nicely appointed in every aspect. Clear instructions (and small descriptions helpful room to room) and communications from Joel (before and during), Concierge most helpful. Kind personalized welcome message upon arrival, nice touch. Very walkable which was important to us. Enough removed so it does not feel in the heart of tourism, but easily reachable. There is construction starting in earnest but was of very little issue during our visit. All six of us give a hearty thumbs up.

The condo is amazing - well furnished, every amenity one might expect and then some. Really a first-class experience. The location is great, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The only drawback is the major construction in the lot behind the complex. Pretty much constant during the day but quiet at night. I would still choose to stay there again even with the noise. The condo was one of the best parts of our vacation. Very secure, convenient, and tastefully decorated. Also note there is a modern, quick, elevator to the 4th floor unit

Joel's place was Immaculate, beyond 10/10. It was by far the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. Every detail was thought of. The neighborhood was very walkable. Lot of great restaurant's. I will definitely book again.

The condo is gorgeous. We spent a lot of time out on the spacious deck. It’s close to the action, but far enough away that you can sleep at night.

We had a great stay at Joel's place - in terms of amenities it's above and beyond and has everything you can think of. It was clean, comfortable, and had every possible amenity we could want and the ones we didn't know we wanted! All the appliances are new and work well and the air conditioning in each room with separate controls made it so easy for everyone to be comfortable. Location is great and in addition, they went out of their way to purchase a nice crib and baby utensils to welcome us with when we asked about bringing our baby. We had such a wonderful stay- thanks for everything!

Joel place Casa Oro was exactly as described on the listing and above. We were a group of 5 with my daughter in a wheelchair and they had a carpenter built a wheelchair ramp for the one step entrance to make our access to the front door easier. The condo has everything you can imagine, you will feel home away from home. Restaurants, bars, stores are at walking distance if you booked this place, you would not regret it. Joel, Alan and their crew are wonderful, very easy to communicate with, always responded my messages right away it was just a pleasure. I would recommend Casa Oro to anyone and will come back on my next trip to PV!

Where do I even begin?? Joel and Luke were amazing hosts, 5 stars across the board!! The Airbnb was everything I could imagine, from amenities, location AND the price was just worth it! From check in to check out, the process was a breeze. This place definitely felt like home and I can't be any happier with my stay here. Other than the Airbnb itself, the location was awesome. You can literally walk anywhere from favorite restaurants and bars that will take you 10 minutes or less, convenience at its finest! I visit Puerto Vallarta a lot and because of my amazing experience here I have already favorite this place and Joel and Luke has earned a loyal guest here, I will be staying here in the near future!!

The reservation and anticipation was effortless. What a wonderfully appointed and well maintained place! Our hosts certainly did not skimp on even the most minute details! This place was so comfortable and easy to feel at home immediately. The location is also very easy to get to, and within walking distance to all the restaurant, bars, and entertainment the Zona Romantica has to offer. Vacations are always bittersweet when they come to a close, but this place made me and my guests feel so comfortable and the place was so extraordinary, that we can safely say our accommodations were a highlight of our vacation!

This place was one of the rare places on Airbnb that exceed your expectations. I've been burned by Airbnb hosts using extra wide angle photos and careful descriptions to boost their place, but this Joel and Luke's place exceeded my expectations in almost every way. From the cleanliness, to the condition of the rooms, to the size - everything was top notch. Extra shoutout to the property management team who was able to provide service equivalent to the concierge of a high end resort. Pablo never failed to live up to the constantly rising expectations and made this a trip that we will never forget. Thank you Joel, Luke and Pablo - as a first time visitor to PV, one of the best decisions we made on this trip was to stay at your place.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect - away from the super busy/noisier streets, but a quick 1-minute walk to the main street with bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach. The property is beautiful, clean, and with a nice pool. Inside the unit, the space was huge and beautifully decorated! We had more than enough space to relax and enjoy, both inside and outside. Joel thought of all the extras that anyone could possibly need for a beach vacation - beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, umbrellas, filtered water, etc. We were provided recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. Everyone was incredibly accommodating. We had the best time and would love to stay again!

From the minute we walked into the airbnb, we were so happy! The location, the check in, so prime and easy. The location is absolutely so close to everything, great restaurants, night life. So we didn’t need to wait around for taxis because you can walk absolutely everywhere, stores, restaurants, and the beach. I usually like to explore new airbnbs every time I travel to PV but would definitely book here again because of how amazing it was. No one was ever in the pool so we always had it to ourselves also! It felt so private. The communication was great! You can also tell they thought of every detail in the home. This place was 10/10!

The condo is large and fit exactly what we needed. The balcony is amazing - you can't see the water, but you can see the down. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are up to date and stocked. PVPR, which manages the property, proactively contacted us and were very easy to work with.

So glad we booked this place! The main thing we were looking for was a good location, and this place was perfect. The place was close enough to walk to restaurants/bars/beach but far enough away from any loud crowds and nightlife. We could walk less than a block to amazing tacos and fresh fruit. Then a couple more blocks and we were right in the heart of zona romantica. The condo had everything we could ever need; comfy beds, great A/C, friendly concierge, extra sunscreen, Nespresso machine, and a wonderful pool to dip in on the hot days! Thanks to Joel & Luke, we would love to stay here again anytime we’re back in PV!

The stay was so lovely! It’s perfectly situated a couple blocks from all the most fun parts of La Zona Romántica! Quick 5-10 minute walk to awesome beaches. Great A/C and an incredible patio with fans a plenty. Incredibly easy in and out. Super responsive whenever we had any questions!

Amazing home

We loved our stay at this property. It was quiet, squeaky clean, and walking distance to practically everywhere we wanted to visit as far as nightclubs and restaurants. Nothing beats how close it is to the night life without worrying about the outside noise. The only issue we encountered is the construction noise from a nearby property which echoed in the unit. Otherwise, everything was smooth and we highly recommend anyone visiting to stay here if it’s available during your visit!

We loved staying at Copa de Oro! Beautiful property, the unit was spacious and sparkling clean, and the pool area was very well maintained and private. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted with every appliance we could need! We also loved how close we were to the beach and so many local restaurants and shops! What a gem!!

Joel's home was beautiful, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The unit was so clean and well maintained that we would have thought we were the very first guests to stay in it. They thought of every last detail in terms of comfort, aesthetics and convenience for guests. We really enjoyed the organic coffee that was there for us upon arrival. Lots of friendly communication from the hosts as well as the property managers. Easy check-in/out. Excellent value. The ONLY thing that we didn't like was that the pool area was in a courtyard, so sun exposure was limited. That being said, the pool was heated and the area was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was absolute perfection! Joel and Luke have outfitted this place incredibly well - they really did think of everything. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms were spacious and inviting for relaxing and beds were comfortable. Lots of room indoor and out to relax as well. The pool was great, and was rarely occupied and we were pleased to feel like we had a private pool for ourselves. The unit is just a few blocks from the main restaurant road, and relatively flat except for the last block. Close to everything, easily walkable. We LOVED it here and would definitely return with our family.

Joel & Luke were the perfect hosts! Extremely communicative and sweet. Our concierge, Jesus, was also delightful and had the best recommendations. Wish we could've stayed longer!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Casa de Oro! The condo was spectacular and all of the little touches were amazing. Joel and Luc have thought of everything and we were so comfortable staying here. We hope to come back soon for another stay!

Overall, Joel's place was fabulous for 4 senior travelers and was worth the cost. The location was easily walkable to the beach/Malecon/local restaurants. No view of the water but the balcony was a pleasant place for a glass of wine in the evening. Would highly recommend the unit.
