Magnificent house, very spacious, clean, with a good kitchen, barbecue, pool, palapa, right on the beach. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

We were a group of 8 adults and it never felt tight. House is well maintained, good layout, clean and easy access to the beach.

Alejandrinas home was perfect! Right off the beach, a private pool, lots of private areas to sit and work or read. We slept with the windows open, the nice breeze and being able to hear the ocean and palm trees at night were the cherry on top. There’s plenty to do with activities being as close as an hour or less away. We felt safe visiting the city of Merida, eating at near by restaurants down the streets. Everyone was extremely friendly including her property manager who welcomed us as we arrived and kept the outside pristine during our visit. Would definitely visit again with my young boys! Thank you!!!

We loved our stay. The house had absolutely everything to spend a few days super comfortably: the kitchen is complete, the spaces are very comfortable and everything was impeccable. Alejandrina was exceptional: always super attentive, she responded very quickly and helped us with everything we needed. Also Lucresio, who takes care of the property; always friendly and very attentive to making sure everything was perfect. Overall an excellent experience. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

We had a really nice time in Progreso. The house is beautiful with the private beach and everything is as described. Alejandrina was really helpful and nice. Very close to the accommodation is a big construction site. But there wasn’t much noice and we weren’t bothered. We would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful house, just as described, with family recreation areas, a well-equipped kitchen, nice and clean rooms, and the children really enjoyed playing in the sand. Unfortunately, we couldn't get into the sea because of the sargassum. But the stay at the house was great. Alejandrina is an excellent host and is always very attentive, she was always very kind and understanding. We'd love to come back!!!

Alejandrina's house is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. We felt incredibly comfortable; the kitchen, bedrooms, and dining room all fostered a perfect environment for relaxation and family bonding. We enjoyed watching the Rose Bowl thanks to the Sky cable provided with the TV! We hope to return soon. The pool and beach access are both pristine and stunning. We definitely plan to come back!

Alejandrina's home was just as the listing described! It is a beautiful home with tons of light, 4 very comfortable king sized beds, a full kitchen, and an amazing backyard/outdoor space. We had 8 people and all of us were very comfortable and had plenty of space and privacy. Alejandrina was an excellent host that kept in contact with me before, during, and after our stay. We had a great time in Progresso and Merida and would highly recommend her house.

Beautiful house and the beach super calm . Very comfortable pretty much everything. A little sad for the seaweed but we are realizing that is everywhere in the Caribbean and close beaches nowadays. Alejandrina's house was the most perfect getaway and setting to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was really dreamy to wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and the view of the endless sea and sky along with steps to the sand and water. The house itself was spacious and roomy for all of us to enjoy and the pool was also a real treat to be in after hours of lounging in the sun. We appreciated how quiet and private the house was along with the comfort of a large kitchen to cook in. Alejandrina was so responsive and attentive to our needs and recommendations and always so pleasant to engage with. It was the most perfect retreat for all of us and easy enough to get to Merida and Uzamal, which I highly recommend visiting, when we wanted some culture and connect to Mayan sites and experiences. We all look forward to returning in the future!!

This was a superior stay for the area. The pool was lovely and the house felt open and comfortable with enough separate space for everybody and our big family. The four bedrooms with large beds and en suite bathrooms made it very comfortable for us and we wish we could have stayed longer. The beach is OK and the water is not super clear. But being on the ocean is beautiful and having our own pool and beach areas felt just perfect. The host is very thoughtful and decorated for Christmas and left us a sweet gift and chocolates by the bed. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The house is clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. The bustling town of Progreso is only 20 minutes away. There is a new pizza restaurant with outdoor wood ovens called Pizza Paraiso that is only a 7-minute drive from the house and it’s excellent.

The place is much nicer than the photos, it is a very quiet place and you really feel like you are in a place to rest and have a great time with family or friends. The house is amazing, comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. Communication with Alejandrina was good and her attention at the Airbnb exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back in the future.

My group and I had an amazing time - the house itself is a total paradise - and quiet - it felt like a personal Eden - being adventurous it was a pleasure to find unique experiences from 30 minutes away to and hour and a half - but just in the backyard area we witnessed pelican and flamingoes flying overhead - resting iguanas and curious geckos - and at night a wonderful surprise in the ocean which lit up with bioluminescence- it was tempting to just hang out all day at the house but don’t miss the magic of the Yucatán all around!

The house is one of the best I have stayed in. The home is very well equipped . On ground keeper keep the yard supper clean. I promise you will love your stay . Beach was really nice

The property was fabulous, wonderful location right on the beach. It was blissfully quiet and perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Alejandrina was a perfect host, very responsive. She thoughtfully decorated with a tree and left a very nice gift basket for us. Lucresio - the house manager - was wonderful and very helpful too! All in all, a wonderful stay.

Wonderful house directly at the beach - best location if you want to spend some quality time with family and friends away from hectic and stress. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. Check-in was easy and friendly. Communication with Alejandrina was fast and easy. Spacious, beautifully decorated, great location Just to go eat you have to manage 20-25 minutes to Puerto Progreso For groceries you have to shop in Merida because there is no good supermarket nearby. Excellent for disconnecting! There is no AC in common areas such as living room, kitchen, dining room, living room.

This place is the best. The accommodations are comfortable, you have everything you need, the beach is beautiful, the outdoor space and pool os flawless. This is one of the best air bnb homes i have ever stayed in, this is clearly someones home and you can tell with the level of comfort.

So it’s mid-pandemic and I turn 30, the truth is I live in NYC and am already sick of being in close quarters to people all the time. I need a break! One far, far away from trains, commotion and people I don’t know. I start my search in Mexico, because I love tacos duh, I’m looking for a pool, a home facing the beach, big open spaces for my guests to have plenty of seating areas to chose from based on their moods and availability to change whenever desired. All these things are important seeing as a we won’t be leaving this house, remember mid-pandemic... we’re buying groceries cooking from home, jumping in the pool, jumping in the beach, sitting around tanning, entertaining each other And at night falling asleep To the sound of the crashing waves. Alejandra place was just on par with all things I was looking for I was really excited when I saw how far we were from any towns. My guests were staying in ! And staying in never felt so good ! Met by a house keeper, Erik, who walked us through the house and helped us find the things we needed. For the next 4 days it was just time to feel like a million bucks. Alejandra was punctual in answering any questions I had ! When I asked for help finding a COVID testing site she was quick to set me up with an appt before my flight! Love this place get away here ! Do it !

We stayed 9 nights in Alejandrina’s place. Our expectations were exceeded! Both the interior and exterior spaces were fantastic, access to the beach was less than 50 steps away! We would love to come back in the future!

The house is simply wonderful and being there the house is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos. Attention to detail is seen everywhere. Very comfortable rooms with A/C and bathroom each. The pool and the beach of the best. Alejandrina was very attentive and always in touch.

The place is highly recommended, the house is very nice, the location to rest is very good and there is a small shop next door, or a few kilometers away from Oxxo and Tere Cazola (to enjoy cheese balls)😱... you can also go to eat and walk to Progreso, and on the other side is the Rosada Lagoon 😎

Awesome place to stay if you're looking to escape the touristy spots and be a bit more secluded. The view from the patio/pool deck and balconies is like you're in a movie. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and air conditioning. the kitchen has all the works (stove, microwave, coffee, toaster, blender, etc). The main living/kitchen area is huge. We were 6 total people and the space was plenty. Check in was simple, all the neighboring houses were friendly. We had the beach to ourselves the entire trip.

What a wonderful beach house with all the amenities you expect at a high end Villa! We spent a week here, two families with kids and it was perfect. The layout is very well designed for large groups and families. We started the morning on the beach while the tide was low and spent the afternoon around the pool. The best part was Leo, the caretaker. He was hospitable and available when we needed anything and also was very concious of our personal space. If traveling with kids and doing a lot of cooking, We recommend having Leo do an interior cleaning once a day, for a small extra fee. It was well worth it! this is a service you don't often get at an Airbnb and we took advantage. Overall, a great location and very comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful location, house is gorgeous and well maintained. We rented a car as everything was about 20 minutes away. Leo the caretaker was helpfully when needed. We had a great vacation and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful holiday.

This house is fantastic! The description and pictures given on Airbnb profile are accurate. All 8 adults of our family were impressed by how clean, beautiful and confortable are all parts of this house and the ocean view. Be prepared though to use your car a lot if you want to go to restaurants or grocery stores since this paradise is located in an isolated area. Nothing is at less than 15-20 minutes by car and you should drive a bit more for activities (Merida = 1h, Celestun = 1.5h, cenote = > 45min). But if you aim to cook all your meals and relax around the pool/beach, it is a very good fit.

The house is amazing, the photos don't do it justice! Our stay was better than we expected, the views from the amazing balcony, the bathrooms and rooms were very spacious, super clean and tidy! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the rooms are very well decorated and spacious, the entrance to the beach is very clean, everything excellent! Alexandrina contact and candle service was excellent! The only bad thing is that there is nothing around other than beach houses and the nearest store is 15 minutes away handling, so be prepared enough haha supplies But we'll definitely be back!
