The 2000 sq. ft. condo is spacious and well appointed, perfect for our group of 6 adults, and the central room (no window) has 2 bunk beds that are very suitable for children. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning is efficient. The site is very clean, lots of maintenance staff, security at all times and very quiet. The huge swimming pool is impeccable, the beach is deep and the snack reserved for residents is very practical. A supermarket across the marina is accessible in 45 minutes on foot or via a shuttle that connects to the other shore every 15 minutes, especially for the public market on Tuesdays (very affordable fresh fish!). Norma quickly delivered 2 small appliances that were defective and responded promptly to our requests. For December 31, we enjoyed the show on the beach and fireworks from Vidanta right next door, convenient! A perfect stay that we highly recommend!

If I could rank this place higher than 5⭐️ I would. I have stayed in PV almost every year for 15 years and thought this would be our last time because it had lost its peaceful charm. Our stay was amazing. The condo was incredibly well laid out for two families with children to cohabitate and still have their own space. A pack and play with clean linens was provided and in good condition. There was nothing we needed that the condo didn’t provide. The view is spectacular and then some. The pools were warm and exceptionally clean and quiet. The service at the little food/ drink place poolside was awesome. So nice to just order a burger or snack for the kids without cooking. We had Amilia come and clean for us and she always showed up on time and did an amazing job. She cooked us breakfast one day and it was delicious. She even left the extra groceries so we could make the same again another day. We will definitely be booking here again in the future. We can’t wait to stay again. ❤️

Norma thought of EVERYTHING you might need for your stay. This place is equipped with everything in a smart and practical way. It’s also very comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is perfect with a view of the beach from a 4th floor. The laundry was a lifesaver. The staff is helpful and friendly. Of all Airbnbs I have been to. This has been the best in kind and the best managed. I can’t wait to come back again!

The apartment and the condominium where it is located are very nice, as shown in the photos. The location is very good. Norma is a great host, always attentive and helpful, she gave us many recommendations to improve our stay. 100% recommended.

My family of 6 stayed at this condo during Christmas holiday. It was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay there again. The amenities were great and all the staff was super helpful. We felt safe at all times. Everything was super clean inside and outside and the condo is in walking distance to several restaurants. My favorites place was the balcony. I could sit there for hours and relax with the most beautiful sites. If you are considering this condo, book it. You won’t regret it.

I would give this six stars if I could :) Enormous apartment felt like a full house with two kids rooms well separated from the master and enough space that kids could wake up and play in the morning without waking everyone else up. Gorgeous sunset views from the front porch, swimmable beach and lots of pools. Very nice and accommodating staff. Norma was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Oceanfront property with beautiful landscaping. I could sit on balcony for hours. They had coolers and whatever you needed in condo. Would pack the cooler and go sit out by beach or pool. There’s local taco stands and great restaurants around and just a walk away from the Marina and Oxxo. Don’t forget the fishing poles. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable beds, spacious and clean space. The pools are excellent for children. There is a lack of improvement in the common areas and food, but there are several restaurants with delivery service (if you prefer not to cook).
