Casa Prisma was even lovelier than the pictures. Our group of 12 were continually amazed by the beautiful surroundings and decor. The house was extremely spacious, allowing the group to comfortably spend time together or as small groups as desired. Rosaura was very attentive and responsive to all our needs and prepared us two delicious breakfasts during our stay. We would love to go back and enjoy another wonderful retreat there!

We didn't want to ever leave. We came here for our wedding weekend and couldn't have picked a better place. The food was great made by Rosaura and her team, who also make you feel right at home. We had a pleasurable stay at Casa Prisma. The house has a garden that goes on so far into the distance you can’t even see where it ends. The landscaping is impeccable. The mountain backdrop is peaceful. The kitchen workers were attentive and nice. I would definitely return.

Casa Prisma is by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The description is 100% accurate and the place is breathtaking. There are full-time, groundskeepers to maintain the gardens. I recommend asking Pablo’s Assistant, Rosaura, to arrange meals. She and her staff of two or three prepare food from scratch and it was delicious, healthy, and affordable. The location is a bit out of town, so it is best to navigate there in the daytime and being outside at night is not recommended. It is a 20 min walk to the city central where you can find anything you need. We will plan to come back as soon as we can.

The house is more beautiful than you can see in the photos, it has everything you need for all guests to be comfortable and relaxed. Super recommended!

I would give Casa Prisma 10 stars if I could. The property is even better in real life than the photos. The view of the mountains is stunning. Rosaura the home manager helped us arrange masseuses to come to the property to relax our group prior to a 12 hour wedding celebration. They also cooked us a delicious breakfast for 2 days of our stay. They were never bothered by us asking repeatedly to heat the jacuzzi. Everything was perfect!

To say this was a perfect stay would be an understatement. Every time we walked up the entrance, my family felt our breath taken away. The perfectly curated art, exquisite (and extensive!) gardens, the beautiful pool/jacuzzi, the sweeping views seemingly out of a painting - and all in a home whose architecture is at once high style and welcoming. The team who takes care of the grounds were warm, responsive, and all-around wonderful. And the activities and restaurants in Tepotzlan (top recommendations from our host) were fantastic. We were so lucky to find this home for our small family reunion, and we look forward to coming back again…

I could not be more thankful for Pablo y Rosaura. This place was better than the photos. It is beautiful inside and out. Rosaura will help you out with anything you need. She is very well organized and will take the stress outta your trip. I would recommend booking breakfast lunch and dinner with her at the house. It is better than going to a restaurant. We had a special occasion there with close friends and family. It was a magical night. She provided an incredible dinner with servers great food which was worth every penny. I cannot thank them enough for the magic of that weekend. Everything was perfect. Book this place you will not be sorry.

Pablo’s house is the most gorgeous and comfortable house I’ve ever stayed in from Airbnb! The yard and garden are amazing and all of the beds are comfortable and each room has its own privacy. The staff that was working around the house was amazing and I look forward to staying on this property again!

This is the most beautiful state we have ever stayed at. From the moment you drive in it takes your breath away. Every space is carefully decorated and thought out. Each room has its own fireplace. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. My family stayed there as our son got married in a Tepoztlan venue. We had the professional wedding photo shoot at the house the morning of the wedding. The staff were incredibly accommodating and they prepared a yummy breakfast buffet for our guests. Rosaura was always a text away to attend our needs. Everyone that visited us during our stay was in awe about the property, the spaces, the friendly staff, the food, the scenery, the vegetation. This is a house like no other we have ever stayed at, and I really cannot say enough about how attentive and helpful the full house staff was. Do not think twice about booking this property! You will not regret it. We are super grateful of how special and memorable they made our stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was great, we had an amazing time, the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the garden and all the areas of the house are, the beds are very comfortable, the cleaning is very good, the service from all the support staff in the house is unbeatable, they are always attentive and the food they prepare is delicious, they always helped us with everything we asked for and were very, very friendly, Pablo answered all our questions super fast and attentively. The dogs we brought had a great time exploring the entire property, the areas are very well maintained and if it helps you disconnect from the noise of the city and listen to nature, the view they have is beautiful

This place is absolutely amazing. Our group of 13 aged from 2 - 72 had an incredible 3 night stay at the villa. We could not fault a single thing. From the insane views of the mountain from almost every angle on the property to the beautiful decor and furnishings throughout, this is an unforgettable stay. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful, nothing was a bother. The breakfast prepared by More and her team was delicious as well. Highly recommend!

Very good service, very nice house, very large and well-kept gardens

Stunning property with a beautiful garden and views of the local mountains. Local staff is very helpful and cooked us breakfast (with freshly made quesadillas) every morning (for a small fee). Ideal for a large group who wants to have private, separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. We spent many hours hanging out by the pool. The house is a 15 min walk from downtown Tepoztlan, which is fine during the day but can be a bit intimidating at night (few lights, lots of barking dogs). One of the neighboring house or hotel had loud music going on until late at night, which did not inconvenience our party but could be a nuisance to some. There are some very good restaurants immediately next to the house inside high end boutique hotels. The roads leading to the house are narrow and poorly maintained - so plan accordingly. Ideal for a large group seeking a one in a lifetime experience.

The house is excellent and the service from Mrs. More and her team is the best. I recommend that she cook for you, her food is top-notch. I'm already planning to return with my family next year.

A sanctury in the heart of Tepoztlan. The gardens are incredible. Beyond what the pictures show. Such an oasis. The home is beautiful and perfect for a family or large group with lots of space and privacy.

Spectacular and unique

The photos really don't do it justice, there is the most incredible and lush garden on the property. Our stay was perfect, everything was pristine and very easy. Rosaura was a wonderful host and helped us to organise everything we needed. A entirely unique and special experience, many the most beautiful place I've ever stayed.

Our group of 11 was absolutely thrilled with our stay here. The views are stunning, the nearby town is amazing on Saturday with a fun market just a short walk away, we were blown away by the interior and exterior of the home. It was even better than we expected. The staff who cooked and cleaned were so kind and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Simply spectacular the atmosphere inside this property full of huge trees, beautiful floral plants, fruit trees, well-maintained gardens, in the day you enjoy the song of the birds😍, in the afternoons other sounds come from nature and the incredible view to the Tepozteco hill, the house has very spacious spaces where you can comfortably be + 12 people, the attention of More (administrator) was incredible, made us feel at home, always attentive to our needs despite not wanting to disturb her. She was always on the lookout and willing, we were definitely delighted, if we returned.

This is by far the most beautiful house we have stayed at. The landscaping and exterior areas are superb. The bedrooms are spacious, well appointed and the interior design is unique. You can hire excellent cleaning and cooking services at the premises. The house is well kept and security is available 24 hours. All in all this property is worth every penny of its price. This place was spectacular. Can’t even describe what the actual property looks like. The photos are nice, but it’s not an inkling of how beautiful this place is in real life. I was with a group of 11 ppl and there was more than enough space. The house host (More) was absolutely sharp with everything. Very sweet and kind. We were accommodated very well. Lots of the basic stuff you would need can be found locally and the house staff will shop for you and cook for a small fee. My wife rented this house as a 40th bday gift and I shared w my family and friends. Literally had the best time of my life. I would love to come back here and stay with the same group. What a great time. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

This place is magical. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house is fully integrated into a luscious landscape, think a perfectly designed botanical garden which itself is surrounded by gorgeous mountain views . The architecture is exquisite, every window and view is a work of art. The food is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had (I know what I’m talking about- I grew up in Mexico), better than you would find at most restaurants. Mrs Mori and her staff are amazing cooks and very professional, they took care of every detail and made our time at Casa Blanca unforgettable. We went there for a family reunion, everyone, from the octogenarian grandparents to the little kids had an awesome time. Thank you again Pablo, y señoras Mori, Maritza y Mari for all your help and attention. We hope to come back soon.

We had the most amazing stay - the house and gardens were spectacular, better than the photos can show, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. Beautiful house on beautiful grounds - very safe and secure, about a 20 min walk from town. The staff is amazing and all meals we had at the house were delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Celebrated my 40th birthday with my husband and 10 of my closest friends and this was a great property to host us.

Casa Blanco was more than we expected in every way! Pablo was great with communicating and helping us with suggestions. Morrie, the chef, kept us well fed and taken care of. Tepozaltan is a welcoming town. We will be returning!

This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. From the moment you walk through the door you feel like you’re in a magical oasis, full of lush plant life, mountains, and water. The staff was incredible - cooking us meals every day, even grilling for us outside by the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!
