Very good vacation. The house is amazing and the service is luxurious.

This beautiful residence exceeded our expectations. The house is modern, exceptionally comfortable, and well-secured behind two 24-hour guarded gates. The views overlooking the lake and Ajijic were spectacular - by far the best views in Ajijic. What truly exceeded our expectations were the host, chef, and staff. Chef Alicia, prepared meals that easily surpassed the restaurant offerings in Ajijic. The host, Luis, was professional, accommodating, friendly, and responsive. Francisco was on hand at a moment's notice to heat the pool, prepare the grill, or attend to any detail required for an exceptional stay. Highly recommended.

A very cozy and comfortable place with all the amenities described. Additionally, the spectacular view is better than the images. And the staff provided excellent service and were always attentive. 100% recommended.

Simply a WONDERFUL stay! Better than an all-inclusive boutique hotel: the house is beautiful and functional with a privileged view, in a nice development. Communication with Luis (the host) was impeccable, and the staff was very FRIENDLY. Not only do they clean and cook DELICIOUSLY, they answer any questions. It is a great option for a family with children and/or young people. You can enjoy every space in the house: the pool, garden, grill and game room. The second floor feels like a separate apartment. It meets all family needs. Everything is exceptional!

Home is beautiful, well stocked & well maintained. Town is a short drive away. Views & amenities are beautiful. Staff of 3 was around during days to make food, we paid for all shopping supplies for food and a service tip for the three at end of stay. Entrance gate insisted on taking ID of vehicle driver (me) until I exited at which time they gave back the ID. Highly recommended for a special occassion

An excellent place to spend quiet days, everyone was super friendly, the facilities don't do the photos justice! It's amazing, yes it's an investment but with the facilities you get it back 😍😍 I plan to come back for the next vacation!

This is the third time we visit this incredible Penthouse. We are in love with this place. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful, peaceful, and your every need is taken care of by the staff. The place comes with a Chef that will cook anything you ask for and a staff that is caring and also respects your privacy. The grounds are incredible and the privacy of the beach and the pools will make you feel like the entire place is yours. The 4 bedrooms are beyond comfortable and each has its own en suite bathroom. We spent incredible evenings in the upstairs patio with plenty of room for the 8 of us and we had breakfast every day on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Truly a magical place. Luis is incredibly responsive and proactive. The place has very tight security, so they do indeed stick to the rules of no visitors, loud parties, etc. That is why it works so great for us. If you are looking for quiet, peace, and beautiful surroundings this is for you.

It's a beautiful stay! It was perfect for our group of friends. Everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Do not underestimate the convenience of having service staff: they provide delivery, clean the house, and even cook for you, I mean wow, it's so helpful and it's included, but gratuity is appreciated. This is a location where you need reliable transportation to get down to the town and near the lake: Malecón for restaurants and shopping. The views at night are stunning and the pool is very well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and wish to come back soon. Although, the view my change, the next door neighbors are building an ass big wall next to the deck and it might ruin the view.

Luis’s place was great place to relax. Martha and her daughter did an excellent job with house keeping. Reyes’s private chefs were a welcomed treat, they did an excellent job feeding our group of 8. They provided grocery shopping but it’s definitely cheaper if you shop for urself . This place is a 1hr drive to Romantico town/ Malecon. Would definitely recommend a stay with Luis. Oh, and we had hump back whales playing out front of the condo, just about every day of our 2 week stay!

Excellent everything!!! For a tip and the cost of the super, our stay practically became an all-inclusive 5 stars. The staff is always willing to support and cook excellent. We are already planning to come back

This is our 2nd trip to this unit, It’s a home away from home. Key elements; Private beach, Resort pools, and the private rooftop patio. Our only issues is not booking a longer trip. We’ll be returning to this unit and working with Luis specifically… He was fantastic! The chart topper for this unit however, is the private chef. Over the course of three years,we’ve had three different chefs and each of them provide a unique and fantastic Experience. Catering to our dietary needs and picky little ones. Not to mention the ease of not having to worry about anything, Cooking or cleaning. Martha, (house keeper) is our favorite person on the planet. She kept the place in pristine condition and kept an eye on our sleeping godson. We could not recommend staying here more! Pro Tips: Give a groceries list to Chef prior to your arrival. Bring pesos to cover groceries and tip. The rental car scene in PV is a nightmare, see if Louis has options. Salulita, and old town PV are fun/safe day trips.

SUPER RECOMMENDED, definitely some of my best stays in Ajijic. Luis and his team, made our stay super pleasant and comfortable. Luis was attentive at all times to our questions. I recommend what they ask Mrs. Alicia who cook delicious is also super nice like their son Francisco, they were there supporting us in everything we occupied making the stay even more comfortable since the shops are far away. The house is divine, has a spectacular view ideal for spending the weekend with friends or family. I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10

10/10. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and with an excellent view, exactly as shown in the photos. The meals were the best, especially the pork rind gorditas, which were delicious. The staff was very attentive and available for anything we needed. We would definitely come back.

The facilities are very comfortable, clean and quality , we had a very pleasant family stay. Both Luis and his staff inside the house were very friendly . Mrs. Alicia delicious cuisine, her service and attentions were excellent.

House Service was great. Alicia, Wendy, and Francisco made the stay phenomenal. Host was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful as well. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This penthouse in La Cruz De Huanacaxtle is fantastic. It's really quiet and isolated from all the hustle and bustle of PTO Vallarta. Housekeeping and Chef were great. Stocked our fridge with everything we requested. The condo is huge. Very spacious and clean. Keep in mind because of the location, taxi will be needed to travel anywhere. Uber doesn't really come up to La Cruz. We saw whales 3 out of the 7 days we stayed in March 2024. If you want to be away from PV, come here. Rooftop is awesome. Full kitchen, Weber Grill, dip pool, outdoor rinse shower, bathroom. Huge, clean, comfortable place with awesome views to relax and enjoy your time in La Cruz.

The aura arena blanco condo is specious, beautiful, clean, private and set in beautiful surroundings. The chef, Cecilia, and her assistant, Marta, took fabulous care of us. Excellent meals, doing the supermarket shopping. They kept our unit in tip top shape! We enjoyed the pools, private beach and workout facilities. This condo is one of the nicest airbnbs we have ever rented. The location is fabulous - close to Buserias.

Incredible!

Excellent stay located in an unbeatable area with access to the city's tourist attractions. The house had everything my family group needed and we were able to enjoy the different places near the house. I would definitely return if an opportunity arises in the future

We had a total of 7 people stay at this wonderful Airbnb because of a friend's wedding. Just as others have said, the space is just like the photos, there is a ton of space and the view is out of this world. Our on location attendant, Cande, was incredibly helpful and was kind enough to run to the market for us whenever we needed something. Cecilia, our chef and housekeeping made great food/drinks and was incredibly quick at tidying up the airbnb every day after we woke up. There are 4 bedrooms and, even better, each bedroom has its own bathroom which really helped when all the ladies needed to get ready for the wedding. One thing everyone should note though is their guest policy. They truly mean a max of 8 people. We had a couple stop by the airbnb so we could shuttle together to the wedding location and they were stuck at security for 30 min because they were not pre-authorized to go in. It took quite a bit of effort to just come in for 30 minutes and ride with us.

The place was lovely, beautiful swimming pools, nice rooftop deck, very comfy beds. The beach was small and rocky but we found gorgeous shells. Our 2 chefs, Cecilia and Candy were fantastic - wonderful food prep, and also so helpful with driving to the nearby beaches. We didn’t have a car so it made planning for excursions more difficult. Overall fantastic place!

Everything was great, excellent service staff, they helped a lot and in a good way. The house is as described in the listing and with an amazing view of the lagoon. Very clean and well maintained. The only bad thing was an imponderable, they were building a house next door and it generated noise and dust.

We absolutely love this place. It was our second time coming and we will now come back every year. It feels like home. Private, beautiful, peaceful. With the most heavenly view. We are treated like Royalty here and I cant say enough about the staff. Ceci came every day and took care of our every need. We had a private Chef -Reyes- he is my absolute favorite. He cooked the most delicious fresh meals for us and delighted us every day. This time, we had the unfortunate incident of our daughter falling ill towards the end of our vacation. The staff helped in every way to find a doctor that paid a home visit and took very special care of my daughter as if she was home. This place is very special. We will be back.

Beautiful house, amazing views, pool is heated

We had an amazing one week rental. The unit was immaculate and just as the photos showed. We were the only ones at the complex for the first 5 days besides staff. They have 5 pools and we each had our own pool! We had an amazing cook, Rosa,who cooked to our liking and provided 2 meals a day for us (included in our rental,, we just had to pay for food and a service fee for time for them to shop for the groceries ) The meals were restaurant quality and artistically prepared. We also had daily maid service. The only downside was the beach was small and not walkable for any distance. . La Crux was a bit of a walk but doable and Ubers could be used but not many in the area. We could always get one but getting two took longer. Overall an extremely relaxing holiday and such a treat to have meals made and cleaned up for you!

Best vacation. Incredible views with whales galore to be seen, beautiful home with so much space (upper patio huge with lovely areas to hang), complex has many pools we were often the only ones using, chef service 100% worth it, staff accommodating and very helpful with our requests for day trips around the area. We will be back.

Was an amazing stay, staff was amazing! So beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and friendly Chef definitely the way to go. The view was great. We saw whales everyday from the patio overlooking Bahia de Banderas! Highly recommend .

This condo was beyond lovely and even better than we’d hoped for. Came for a three night girls’ trip, and it was perfect. Each person had their own bedroom and bathroom, the service was impeccable and we felt so at home. Would definitely come again!

Excellent stay

Well... it's hard to describe how amazing is this apartment. The rooftop desk looks like it was designed for business parties of more than 50 people. It's huge. We paced it off at 2,500 q. ft. Small plunge pool to cool off but easy to sit all day and look at the bay. (We saw a few whales in the distance.) We were there in a quiet week and the complex was empty so we had our choice of 5 pools. (The beach is small so don't plan on sitting in the sand.) We didn't know our reservation came with a chef and maid. Our chef, Diana, was a skilled professional who made fresh and creative food every day. A real luxury we didn't expect that enhanced our vacation. The complex is away from everything so if you just want to relax this is the place. One note. As of Jan 2023 they are starting some near by construction so there is some noise. It's not terrible, but we aware. Overall, outstanding.

The stay at Casa Conejo was a perfect holiday getaway. We enjoyed every minute with our family. Luis is a very professional host. The house keeper is AMAZING. She cooks very delicious and makes you feel right at home. The maintenance person is super attentive and helps you with anything you need. He even helped us find a mariachi which definitely was the highlight of our stay. The views and the live mariachi was breathtaking! I 100% recommend Luis and Casa Conejo.

We stay at casa conejo for 5 days and it was amazing, the house it’s beautiful and the staff it’s great! They will go above and beyond to make you feel at home! Alicia and Wendy had the house spotless and Alicia cooked us breakfast almost every day, her food was amazing! We will definitely be returning since the service and the house was more then what we expected!

An amazing stay at Luis’ place. We were a group of 7 adults and everyone had enough space. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, lots of lounge space and large dining tables. The photos are extremely accurate, I would say the space is even better in person! We utilized the private chef and that was the absolute best part of the stay. I DEFINITELY recommend getting them to cook for you if you stay here!!

Almost want to keep this one a secret the place was so great! Somehow the photos don't do it justice, the condo is absolutely stunning in real life. We ended up spending most days just lounging on the top floor patio it was so good. Highly recommend the Chef as well, we had Diana cooking for us and she blew us away every meal.

Pictures and descriptions were accurate or better. The view from this house was amazing. This place was a great 2 night ending to our trip for our group of 10 to just hang out in the heated pool, thank you Francisco, relax and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is unbelievable. The pictures really do not do it justice. As other reviews say, it is HUGE…more than enough space for 8 people. It has stunning views, it is beautifully appointed, and it is nestled in a very secluded private area. You have a private beach, 2 jacuzzis, 4 pools, and staff to serve your every need. Please hire the private chef service. You will not be disappointed. Our chef was Reyes and he was incredible…cooked everything we asked for and surprised us with some incredible local dishes. Marta looked out for the apartment every day. We always had clean towels at the ready and the apartment was kept spotless. You really are treated like royalty! We had one minor issue with a leak and Luis was incredibly responsive. Building fixed it within minutes. This is by far at the top of the list of places we have stayed at. We will be back!

This home is so much better than anything you can experience in pictures!!! Louis was excellent to communicate with and so helpful before and during our stay! When we walked in, we were blown away by the beauty and the views! Honestly never wanted to leave! Every detail of the house was thought through. The beds, pillows, blankets were comfortable. The air was cold! We had everything we needed! The staff was amazing! Marta came daily to clean and even helped us with our laundry! She was amazing and when my daughter was stung by a bee she helped us rub a lime on her foot and she was instantly better! Amazing! We hired private chefs and I highly recommend this. It made our vacation! We had Enrique and Julio. They made gourmet meals 3x a day and catered to what we loved! Enrique also made great margaritas! The entire staff made us feel so comfortable and at home! The rooftop deck was stunning and so peaceful! The pools and beach amazing. It was almost like having a private beach much of the time we were there! We loved every minute of our time here and cannot wait to come back! I hate to write this review… lol ( I don’t want you to book our week) But seriously, we highly recommend this home and working with Louis!

I couldn't recommend this home enough. We were visiting family in the area from California and needed something big enough for all of us. This place was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back. WiFi - It was strong enough for us to work from home, watch TV, etc. Easy to connect to. 10/10 Technology - There are smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms so we were able to watch Netflix, etc. There's also speakers built into the ceiling in the living room so if you're tech-savy, you can connect and play music (we were able to but if it is tricky if you're not familiar with apps/tech). 10/10 Cleanliness - Everything was very clean and we were happy. They even came in the next day and made our beds. I've never experienced that in an AirBnB - amazing! 10/10 Staff - Very helpful, communicative, professional and trustworthy (I've never seen an AirBnB staff wear uniforms - amazing!). We had the cook make us breakfast and dinner one day - delicious. I will say the oven was broken so we couldn't cook/reheat the enchiladas but my sister-in-law was creative and was able to cook them on the stove. So I do recommend getting the oven fixed but we made it work! Location - Amazing views. You have to go through three gates to get in so we felt safe. The sunset was amazing! Other notes: the laundry machines didn't work too well but we were only there for a couple of nights so not a big deal for us. They had plenty of pool towels (so no need to bring your own) but there are no pool toys/floatys so maybe bring one or two if you're planning on using the pool a bit. There's a park right down the street for kids which is great. The backyard was fully fenced and well maintained. The hot water did run out one night so if you're going with a larger group of people, you may want to space out showers if you want a warm shower. There are individual AC units in the bedrooms but nothing in the living room so we just kept the doors open and that kept everything cool for us. For the price of a clean, nice updated house plus staff and housekeeping, this is the one. I can't recommend it enough. We'll be back!

Luis is an incredible host. He was super responsive from the moment I first inquired about the place to while we were staying. The penthouse is beautiful, far larger than expected, equipped with everything you may need. And the wifi was even strong enough for many of us to work at the same time. There's a cleaning person who comes every day who was great. Strongly recommend

To say that our stay was magical would be an incredible understatement; our stay left us speechless! From the private beach and the several pools to the spacious 2 story unit, the chef Reyes, the cleaning crew, and Maria - we felt like royalty. More times than not, it felt like we were the only people staying at the condominiums which was a super nice change up from a busy resort; but at the same time, we had all the amenities of a resort i.e cleaning crew, chef, bar/restaurant, pools, sauna, massages, jacuzzis and so much more. This place was truly incredible and we are already planning on going back. Book it! You will not regret it.

Wonderful location, really close to GDL and the International airport. The house is in great shape with a wonderful view and really close to the town of Ajijic.
