My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. For a group of 10 of us it was perfectly accommodating. The location of the Airbnb you just absolutely can’t beat. We were within arms reach of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. It’s perfect because it’s on the edge of the hustle and bustle so you still get to get away from all the eventful things. The place was clean and everything we needed was provided. Anytime we had a question, the hosts got back to us in a timely manner, which I especially appreciate. Would highly recommended this Airbnb for a Cartagena stay!

We booked this place because we ended up staying an extra night in Cartagena and they were very accommodating with our check in time. The place is nice, clean, and spacious. There are lots of stairs and the stairs are high. There’s a private hot tub on the third floor terrace. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay at Hector House! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. There was plenty of room to comfortably accommodate all 7 of us. A wonderful house strategically located in Getsemaní, where there are multiple restaurants nearby, nightlife and easy walking distance. The house is very comfortable and blocks out sounds from the outside very well. It has a modern design, the rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning and a TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a jacuzzi in the patio. It would definitely be a good option to return. Thanks to the hosts for their kindness and availability to answer my questions.

First, the hosts are very responsive. (A special thanks to Ilse for checking in with us everyday to insure our we need nothing). The house is well maintained and is in a good location. We were able to walk to anywhere in Getsemani and the surrounding area. The host provided a list of places to eat and things to do. The house has an on-demand water heater so we always had hot water. My favorite feature of the house is the ability to have living room and/or dining room cooled. This allowed our group of six to all hangout together in a comfortable setting. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a great time with our family reunion! The hostess was kind enough to wait for us to show up and walk us through the details. Each room was enough for two people and was an easy walk to and from the center of the historic district. Coffee and other amenities were included.

The place is in a very central location that is walkable to things in the area. The house is also located in a gated area with security monitoring the premises. Overall the house was very accessible and convenient for myself and friends.

There is a supermarket and a pharmacy walking distance from the house (if needed). One of the cohost, Ilse, was very kind, patient and responsive. We definitely recommend this house.

Loved staying at Hector’s place & would recommend it to anybody staying in Cartagena. It is not walking distance (about a 10 min ride) from the main attractions so keep in mind you will have to rely on taxis for transportation. The cook was also spectacular and extremely friendly. My friends and I absolutely loved our stay! :)

Hector and his place were excellent! I can’t say enough about how beautiful the house was. Great location in the proximity of all the fun that Cartagena has to offer. The cleaning ladies that were at the location also offered to make breakfast at the house and they did a great job! If you are planning on going to Cartagena give Hector and his crew a shot to show you and your guests a wonderful time!

Ilse was a great host. She went the extra mile. It was my mother’s birthday and she went beyond what was expected to help us make it memorable. She found us a mariachi band the same day and made us dining reservations for a party 9. Whenever we will go back this will be the place to stay. Make sure to book this place. The house was exactly like the pictures.

Our entire stay was amazing! The Airbnb was spotless, exactly as described on post. It was perfect for our large group. From day 1 Sammir was amazing with helping us drop off luggage until our check in time to helping us find local activities to do. I would for sure recommend to anyone.

Looks even better in person! Absolutely gorgeous property. Hector and his team (cleaning and private chefs) were very personable and made our stay feel like home. Hector personally greeted us when we arrived and popped in to say good bye when we left. This is the second time staying at one of his properties and needless to say I will continue to check in with him first to see if he has properties available when I am visiting Cartagena.

Great location and great home. Everything is walkable with a nice mix of touristy and local. On a Monday night the surrounding area looked like it was a Saturday night. Summir the host was very responsive and had plenty of recommendations. He recommended a restaurant right down the block, San Nicolas and did not disappoint whatsoever. As well as scheduling our island excursion. Highly recommended stay.

Hectors home is the perfect location for a trip to Cartagena! It’s a short walk to the tourist clocktower area & you are surrounded by places to eat or grab groceries. The in person assistance is amazing, Samir showed us around the neighborhood to the currency exchange with the best rates and local supermarkets to get supplies and snacks. He also kept in contact for any and all questions and made our stay as simplistic as possible. This home is highly recommended to visit as the neighborhood is very nice and the people are very pleasant. Being a short walk away from the night life ensures that you can have peaceful sleep without disturbances. This is a home you will not regret!
