This condo was beautiful and located right on the beach! Plenty of beach/pool towels provided and a cooler. There are 3 different pools so everything is spread out and it felt like we had the whole thing to ourselves. It is spacious, lots of furniture and nicely decorated. The balcony is peaceful with an ocean view on one side and Mountain View on other. Check in was very personal. They will meet you to walk you through procedures and give a quick tour (in Spanish). It’s very very important to know that the electricity is an extra fee per usage and it requires a deposit. This means it’s important to turn off lights and AC before leaving the condo each day. The place cools down quickly, though. Some minor things didn’t work but nothing big or serious. For ex, blow dryer didn’t work in the main bedroom and coffee pot wasn’t aligning so it pooled water in the basket. If you plan to use dishwasher or washer, don’t forget your own soap! There is a convenient store across the street.

Perfect

Rafael’s place was exactly as described and expected. It was the perfect location for us. We literally had everything we wanted in a vacation home. Our own laundry was a super bonus. The view is amazing in both directions. The beach is easily accessed from the home. There is also a really fun water park that’s about a 10 minute walk away. It is super easy to catch a cab or bus to downtown or the lighthouse. Whatever you decide you’d like to do, it is easy to get around and get home. Rafael was a gracious host. He met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. He was very quick to respond to all questions. If you find yourself looking for a nice place that feels like home in Mazatlán, you might want to check it out. We had a wonderful time! We would stay again!

The apartment is better than the photos, clean, modern and very comfortable. The building facilities are very good, the pool, gym, beach access, etc. Cindy and Rafa are very good hosts, friendly and willing to make the stay more comfortable. I would definitely return to this place on my next trip to Mazatlan!

The accommodation is incredible, we had a great time, for our stay of 2 nights, and it was quite ideal, I would only add the part of food services, which due to the remoteness are scarce, the Uber eats and Rappi have limited their service by hours, outside of that the hygiene and quality of the space, they are 100% worth it, for their location in front of the sea.

On the first day, I spent the night in a smaller condo in the same building... but when I switched to this larger one, I saw from the very first moment that it was worth the price.

the apartment is amazing, it has everything you need, an amazing view, a very nice beach and a super pool area since I went with my children and a special pool for children The hosts treated us very well since we arrived at night and they took care of us super well and very quickly. It's a bit far from the golden zone (20 min. by car) but at the same time, if you're going to relax it's great since there aren't many people (the bus and many taxis pass by to go to the golden zone)

Rafael’s apartment is beautiful. The view from the living room and dining room is breathtaking! Check in and check out was fast and easy, and Rafael was very attentive and helpful. His place exceeded our expectations. It definitely felt like a home away from home. We would definitely return!

i recommend it 100%, the depa is apart from very nice, very comfortable, when reading other comments from peninsula I scare me with the subject of light, but I mentalise and include it in my budget as an expense more, I don't hurt my elbow to pay what I pay for light and WE ENJOY THE AIR CONDITIONING AS WE WERE IN OUR HOUSE. It was a family trip that we hope to repeat soon. Rafael was attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend this apartment.

I totally recommend it, excellent location, you look at the sea from the depa, excellent sunset is a cool view, you occupy nothing more than to arrive and enjoy, very reserved the beach, family and quiet, the rooms some decorations and comfort muuuuy wide the depa, it is totally worth the price, Oxxos, kioskos, shops, restaurants, they are not far, I will definitely book again someday with Rafa

Excellent apartment. We really liked the decor, location, cleanliness and, above all, the tranquility. The pools were nice and clean, but the adults' pool was excessively cold. The beach was nice. At first, having to pay for electricity separately bothered us a bit, but the truth is that it makes you more aware of not using some services unnecessarily, like the air conditioning. But I liked all my family a lot. I would definitely come back
