We really enjoyed the view of the Pacific Ocean. Very quiet. You can sit outside even when it rains. The path to the house was very adventurous, which was great for us. Our son especially loved driving up the mountain by car. One morning the monkeys greeted us – very great.

This house is amazing! The view needs to be seen to be believed. Very good setup and comfortable for 4 people. Smaller bed in 2nd bedroom is a little uncomfortable, but King had plenty of room. Pool area is great and is where we enjoyed morning coffee and every sunset while we were there. Had minor issues with WiFi and AC remote but both were remedied very quickly. Host was always available for anything you needed. Love the Malpais/Santa Teresa area and everything it has to explore. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Unbelievably stunning. Really do need a 4x4 to access the property. Laundry access was a huge bonus and housekeeping was so very attentive. Team was ultra responsive and I would recommend 10/10

We couldn’t have loved this place more ! The house and view are stunningly beautiful. We watched sunset from the pool almost every night. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and also helped us arrange ATVs for a couple days. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. The drive up and down the hill is well worth the effort.

The photos of the place look great, but when you get there: wow, it's absolutely incredible! It is very large, open, and airy. Clean and extremely well equipped. The beds are great. It is super private! The outdoor area is fantastic, the pool is wonderful, and the view is amazing! You will see the most beautiful sunsets, and you will have visits from wild animals and many birds. A 4x4 is absolutely necessary; you drive a long way up a steep hill.

A lovely second stay here. The views are magical and the house is very comfortable. Looking forward to the next time already.

This property took my breath away! The view is even better in person! We had planned to spend every day at the beach, but found it difficult to walk away from the pool view. The house is beautiful too and had everything we needed to eat in & live in luxury. The host helped arrange ATV’s for us and they were very helpful getting up and down the hill. Overall, our experience was 10/10!

Absolutely breathtaking location! The pics are 100% accurate & you really can't even appreciate the view until you are there in person - incredible! Sham & Adi were fantastic communicators & were very responsive. They either recommended or helped us to book: ATV tour; in-shore fishing trip with a local fisherman (which was amazing - we caught yellow fin, bonita, & witnessed a shark steal one of our fish that we were reeling in); a chef that came to the house & made an incredible meal; and zip-line. All of these activities were quickly arranged by Sham & all were fantastic & reasonably priced. The dirt/rock road up to the property is no joke & not suited for walking down to the main area in Santa Teresa (about a 5-10 min drive from house). This property is about a 4 hr drive from the Liberia airport - it is a peaceful & easy drive. Plenty of places to eat & markets in Santa Teresa. The couple that lives in a nearby house were super nice & accommodating. Will stay again! *****

No words to describe our stay besides INCREDIBLE! Seth was so responsive during the whole stay and helpful to start. The views are breathtaking and worth every penny. Highly recommend staying here

Pictures do not do justice to the view from this property ! Host was amazing , recommend renting ATVs , host arranged for them to be delivered for us, we loved riding them into town , to the beaches and visited Montezuma and the tide pools. We look forward to renting this property again on our next visit to the area !

Warning! Book this place last for your trip as no other accommodation will compare. After we left to our next destination, which was a lovely, more expensive boutique hotel, we kept missing Seth’s place. This place has everything you need with the most spectacular views; so peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens, plenty of space and a great layout. It was an easy drive up and down the hill. Kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals too. The pool is shared with the pool house, but it was never an issue for us. The couple was lovely to chat to and we always seemed to miss each other so always had the pool to ourselves. Also, the 2 accommodations are very separate and private. Beds were super comfy, and the place was very clean. Adi was also a great host, very responsive and helpful for local accommodations. We loved exploring the area and beaches of Malpais/Santa Teresa, but really, we want to come back just to stay at Seth's place again!
