Ricardo was a great host, friendly and very helpful with our trip. Our favorite part was the entire house built. Instructions were clear and simple

Honestly, the house is spectacular, and it's better than the photos; everything is perfect. If I come back, I would definitely stay at this beautiful house. If you go to Puerto Progreso and find this house, this is the place you should stay.

Our stay at Casa Otoch was wonderful. In the lead up, Ricardo was responsive and pleasant. Once we arrived, the awesomeness of the house was immediately apparent. It was just two of us; we could easily have brought our 3 kids or another two couples and had plenty of space. It’s easy to walk to a small but well stocked grocery store. That said, you definitely want a car.

We loved staying at Ricardo’s place. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfect for 2 families of 3. You can tell that Ricardo takes really good care of the place. The beach was peaceful and closer than that it looks like in the pictures! We felt right at home and would book it again if we’re in Chicxulub!

Ricardo was the perfect host. His helpfulness plus attention to detail made our stay at Casa Otoch a very pleasant experience. We look forward to returning.

Ricardo house is perfect! We were working at distance and were two. We had everything we needed ! The bed are comfortable, the pool is clean and large, and well equipped. The market is very nearby as well as the beach and Progresso. We really had a great time. Ricardo answered to all our questions and were very responsive. We strongly recommend the place. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, everything works perfectly, Ricardo was always attentive and was very kind, the house is a short block from the beach, we spent a lot of time in the sea and at night there is a beautiful view of the starry sky. I highly recommend it.

Very nice house, cozy and above all very attentive Ricardo

I travel 2 times per year to Yucatan and this is definitely the first place where I will definitely come back to, since it is a very quiet place near the beach (3 minutes walk), quality shampoo and liquid soap, quality towels, the house has design and is very clean. Ricardo is a host who has thought of even the smallest detail so that their guests' stay is special. Definitely when Air B&B created the concept should have thought of a place like Otoch house, a place that makes you feel family and gives you the best , feeling 100% at home. Thank you so much for everything Ricardo !

Very nice place and decor

The Otoch house is a nice place to spend days resting as a family, the spaces are super spacious, comfortable and cozy, the rooms are incredible and the house has everything you need for a very pleasant stay either to enjoy the pool and the nearby beach or to explore the tourist sites nearby (as long as there is no transportation nearby). Ricardo was so nice to us and attentive the whole time in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this house, it's really excellent!
