Great Comfortable stay, Great Location (2 min walk to beach), Restaurants 5-10 min walk on the strip, which also seems endless (Restaurants everywhere), Well kept place Overall, Only concern we had, Not enough face clothes (washcloths) but plenty of towels for shower and the beach, Great host, responsive to concerns, will definitely be returning to this Beautiful Relaxing Space

The place was in a great location. Close to the beach and 5th Avenue, it was surprisingly quiet inside. The pool was great and the place was clean. The couple of times I had to contact Valeria she responded in seconds.

Pleasant stay with both a private pool and large pool with a walk up bar.

The place is quite central, comfortable and beautiful light, it was super clean. The king bed is super comfy, and the other two double bed as well. The communal pool is very clean, you even have a private pool inside of the apartment. The place is very good, it is one block from 5th Avenue and with the beach a few meters away, there is oxxo and seven nearby to buy drinks, the place has dry ice spins, super useful. Plenty of towels for pool, beach, bathing, etc. There are refri, it's air-conditioned, has a TV, this option is pretty good. I highly recommend it. In addition, the host was very clear, friendly with instructions and flexible with the late checkout. I would stay in this space if I would stay in this space :)

Valeria's apartment was beautiful and located in a great spot with the beach a few steps from the lobby and just behind 5th Avenue. It was quiet and peaceful but only a quick walk to 5th Avenue and all the shops and restaurants. We wandered to different parts of Playa del Carmen and found it very easy to get back to the apartment. The wading pool on the private balcony was my daughter's favorite thing and the pool outside of the apartment was gorgeous. There was a pool bar to order food and drinks (even though we didn't use it). Valeria was very responsive and sent someone to repair the A/C right away when it wasn't working. After that, the apartment stayed nice and cool. We used the parking deck and there was a ton of space to park my parent's van and the parking was free. The place was beautiful and I Highly recommend it!

The place was great for our family of five. Our littles loved the pool on the deck, it was nice to be right next to the large rooftop pool as well. It was decorated nicely, had comfortable furniture, close to the beach and shopping. Would love to come back and stay again. The only thing that could have been a little better was the air conditioning. It worked well in the room with the two double beds but not for the primary or master bedroom. So we slept a little warmer at night than we would have liked but besides that everything else was great!

The apartment is located in a resort. Private swimming pool on the terrace, the bedrooms are huge, two large bathrooms, very well located in the heart of playa, the apartment is magnificent luxury!! I recommend it.

Great location! Steps away from the beach and 5th Ave. You can bring your own chairs or towels to the beach, or there are plenty of loungers you can rent. There is an Italian restaurant between the condo and the beach that has awesome pizza, or you can order food on the beach if you rent loungers. There is a 7-11 on the corner where we bought everything we needed for breakfast (bread, milk, eggs, bacon) The pool is right outside the condo and it’s beautiful. The check in was really easy and smooth. Valeria was very responsive to any needs we had and the condo is just like the pictures. My family loved it and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Valeria’s luxury condo was simply amazing, the location was perfect, a few skips away to the beach , 711 conveniently across the st and an Oxxo in the same st to stock up on drinks , chips , etc . There is also a few local bars that have great food and drink specials right up the street . If your wanting to experience more of 5th Ave it’s also a block away! All of the staff was very professional, check in and check out was easy . We loved the lay out of the condo , the patio pool is a very cool feature for the warm days . I can keep going on and on about this place , let’s just say we’ve been to Playa a few times now and this will be our go to spot from now on ! Best bang for your buck

This was a well needed vacation for our family and we had a wonderful stay. The unit is a great size and the private pool on that balcony is amazing. Valeria was a great host and always responded quickly. We are thankful for our stay, the location was convenient and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you.

Super happy with my time here. If you're someone who is doing any kind of remote work, Valeria's place should be at the top of your list. You couldn't ask for a better location (between the beach and Quinta Avenida) and the dipping pool is a game changer. The sizeable patio has the dipping pool with large patio doors opening up into the living room and bedroom. It gave the place a great indoor/outdoor feel that was perfect for remote working. Wifi was good enough. Was able to video call with no issues. I wouldn't push it with any large downloads/uploads, but should suffice for 80% of remote workers. The coverage is good in the apartment and by the common pool and outdoor areas as well. Bathrooms are huge and A+ too. As for location, it can't be beat. Right between the beach and Quinta Avenida you step right outside and have everything Playa Del Carmen has to offer. Playa Del Carmen can be rowdy, but it's pretty chill by the condo so you get the best of both worlds. My only critique would be the bed sheets. When you want to crash after a long day in the sun the last thing you want to see is stains on the sheets. Wasn't very inviting. Please replace them! Other than that, this spot is 100.

Valeria’s place is really nice. The location is simply perfect. The place is very spacious and comfortable. The pool at the hotel was kind of cold for the kids but they enjoyed it. The only thing I didn’t like was a very strong smell that comes out of the bathroom, however you can tell that it comes from the sewer. The bathrooms were clean.

The place is amazing, spacious, comfortable with all necessary comforts. The condo is in front of the main pool but you can't hear anything from the internal or external activity, very quiet (even though we were in high season). The beach is 100 meters away and the 5th avenue is 150 meters away, all the basic services nearby, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, taxis, etc... unbeatable location!!!

Excellent condominium in a hotel with a very harmonious design. Spacious spaces, cleanliness and super-equipped kitchen. Everything works. The photos as is, the psychic on the balcony overlooking the beach excellent. Steps to the Beach. Very quiet and flexible for families, couples or groups.

Valerie’s place is excellent. It’s a very spacious and stylish place very much worth the price. It’s in a great location, walking distance from the beach and from all the downtown restaurants, clubs, and bars. It has a huge outside jacuzzi and the surrounding poolside is awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better place for the price. And Valerie was always punctual and supportive when I needed her. I give this place 5 stars. Thanks Valerie!!!
