This is the fourth or fifth time we've come to this place; it's perfect, and we love it. Super safe, plenty of parking space, everything clean and in perfect condition as always.

Communication with Ana was excellent; she responded very quickly and resolved all our questions. The area where the house is located is very quiet and safe. Víctor and his family were very helpful at all times. The house is very nice and spacious, the layout of the spaces is very good, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is great, with clean, warm water; the barbecue and dining area on the patio is perfect for large groups. Points to consider, but which did not affect or impact our stay: - Two of the toilets didn't have lids on the drains, and the odors were strong, but it was resolved with a damp cloth and by keeping the window open. - Two of the rooms did not have their doors properly installed. - Some areas require maintenance. Overall, it's a very large and beautiful house; the stay is pleasant and comfortable. The cost of the accommodation is worth every peso paid for the stay and the comfort the place offers. Highly recommended, and I’m sure we’ll be back.

The house is much nicer and bigger than what you can see in the photos. All the rooms are very comfortable, the spaces are very spacious, such as the kitchen, living rooms and dining room. Likewise, the pool and barbecue area are perfect for spending a great day. Victor and his wife Jessica's service was the best, always attentive in case we needed anything. Really a great option for a medium-large group of people who want to be comfortable and feel at home. It is very well located, easily accessible and has many options around to buy food as well as Oxxo and pharmacy.

The stay was very pleasant and the service of Jésica, Víctor and his family was impeccable, we will surely return and I highly recommend them, Ana's service as a host is also first class. The house matches what it offers and overall it was a very good experience, even when traveling in a group you can have privacy in the accommodation space.

We were all the family and were very comfortable in the house... we would definitely come back. It has a total of 8 rooms available (each with shower inside and with shared excusado). Overall they are comfortable, all with closet, burós, lamparitas... some mattresses are already old. The pool has a solar heater, this week it was half cloudy it was not very hot, but we still enjoy it. The attention of the staff (Victor, Jess and family) very good! They helped us with the cleaning and cooking and were always attentive.

Everything is very good, the pool doesn't get so hot but it's in an acceptable temperature.

We really loved it. The pool is always warm, whatever the time, the house is huge for several guests. Each had their own room and having an ice maker and 2 refrisions made a lot of difference. We were delighted.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ana's house. The attentions of Victor and his family made it very easy for us to vacation and in general everything was fine. The rooms are austere, although always clean and comfortable enough.

The stay was a very comfortable one, the cooking service was excellent, highly recommended if they don't want to cook, which I would ask for maybe as a plus are the check-in and check-out times of the house, the pool was always clean, and the stay was very pleasant for my guests which allows me to rent back later on.

We were very happy at Ana's home. Everything is arranged to enjoy as a family. Victor and Jessica, the people who took care of the house and supported us with food are exceptional. Ana and Victor, who were the ones who took care of us, are incredible people who were very kind when taking care of us. The photos don't do the house justice. It's beautiful and very spacious for more than 16 people. The only thing I would point out is that the rooms are poorly ventilated due to the small windows, but nothing that the desire to have fun doesn't make you forget. It should be noted that there is an extra cost for bringing more than 16 people to the house. It's not too much, but it would be worth mentioning in the description. I would definitely come back to celebrate or spend a weekend with family and friends.

Lots of rooms and bed choices for the price. Very large parking area inside property gate. We used this area also to play volleyball and badminton. Very well supplied of utensils in kitchen. We got particularly good use of pool and fire pit. Victor is friendly and courteous, always willing to help. He did several water and ice supply runs for us and took very punctual care of covering/uncovering the pool and set up the sun shades. He also promptly removed trash as needed. It was very handy to have him stay right next door. Ana was very cordial and responsive of our needs. Her instructions to get to the property were spot on.

It is a very quiet and beautiful house, good maintenance, the rooms are spacious and secluded from the main house so if you are tired you can go to rest without so much noise, the parking is spacious and the street is very quiet and safe.

Ana is a girl who cares about the guest's stay being very comfortable. as soon as you report a situation to them, I will immediately resolve it in favor of the guest. at no time do you lose communication with the guest.
