We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself was very clean and exactly as pictured. Very spacious and felt very safe. The neighborhood was great and we discovered quite a few amazing restaurants, cafes, and bakeries within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great! Beautiful location, easy to get in and out and to leave bags with the doorman. I find that many places in Mexico City have issues with not having hot water — the water here was excellent and stayed hot for multiple people to shower! The beds were very comfortable. All around I would book again

Karla’s place was the perfect home base for our girls trip to CDMX! The space was pristine, comfortable, and spacious for five of us to spread out and feel at home. Karla was also able to accommodate our early check in time for a small fee - we really appreciated that! So much to see and do within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

the unit is modern chic, I felt secure due to the steel frame. looks like it earthquake safe. lots of windows and good air circulation. the stairs are dark, needs better lighting as well as the reception. I recommend this unit for peeps who like Roma Norte and Polanco

What an amazing apartment: beautiful, cool and spacious. The location is perfect: safe, quiet but with everything just a few minutes away. Two amazing parks nearby and, of couse, tons of amazing restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and highly functional. Plenty of room for the five adults we had in our stay. Great combination of private spaces, and gathering places. easy filtered water, full sized fridge and freezer, safe building (with doorman) and cozy, quiet block. An unbelievably fantastic location and stay.

Really beautiful apartment. Loved that they provided jugged water for us! a A nice surprise to find upon check in. Having a doorman who was able to hold our luggage after check out for a few hours was incredible because our car rental fell through so it was unclear for us what we would do between check out and our flight until Karla offered to hold all of it for us. Kid friendly as well since it is next to the park. We didn't experience any loud noises like other reviews. It is very toasty at night without AC but with the fans it's fine.Highly suggest staying here!

Karla’s flat was in a terrific location with 24 hr doorman. The unit was clean and well represented in the pictures. We contacted Karla and she was very responsive. Provided filtered water which was appreciated. Grocery store only 10 min walk. Highly recommend.

What a great stay in Condesa! It is a delightful place with a doorman. Karla and Brenda were super super responsive. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and near great restaurants and the kitchen was perfect for snacks and breakfast. Completely made our trip to CDMX! Would totally stay there in a hearbeat again.

Our host, Karla, was great at communicating. The apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood, and even though it was close to many restaurants and shops, it was still quiet. It was great to have a 24-hour doorman. There was a small gym in the building which we used by getting a key from the front desk. The apartment was great, spacious, and relatively quiet. A large 5 gallon water bottle was supplied as well for filtered water. The upstairs neighbors were slightly for brief periods of the day, but the outside noise was quiet. The hot water took a little while to get up to temperature. Overall, a great experience.

The apartment was well suited for our group of 3 older women. It was modern and well equipped. The doorman was very helpful and friendly and the owner responded immediately to questions. The neighborhood was quiet and clean with lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building has an interior atrium so you can hear noisy neighbors occasionally.

Wonderful stay in Condesa for our family of 5! Close to great restaurants, and park for our little one. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our teenagers to unwind after long days of sight seeing. There were was some inconvenience with noisy neighbours one night, which was slightly disruptive - but beyond our hosts’ control. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Lovely place. Great host

This was our first visit to Mexico City and I was a little nervous booking an Airbnb without knowing the area. I was very pleasantly surprised by the peaceful neighborhood centrally located to restaurants and parks. I felt very safe at all hours and was greeted by our building security guard at any hour. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable! The beds had nice linens and were extremely comfortable. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

A Walmart express a short walk away made it easy to pick up supplies/food. Plenty of space for 5 adults. We will definitely book Karla’s home again on our next trip to CDMX. Thanks Karla!!

My family very much enjoyed our stay here. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a nice round dining table where we even hosted a private chef for dinner one night. Very convenient location for walking around in La Condesa and Roma Norte.

I was traveling with a couple of friends, and we had a great stay. The place look exactly like the photos, was clean and tidy, it had all the basic amenities, and it was easy to find (uber) and check in. Karla was very welcoming once we booked and was responsive once we arrived. There were a couple of issues that were resolved quickly. We are excited to visit Mexico City again and we’ll be happy to stay here again.

This place was perfect! It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. There was a 24 hour doorman and we never once felt unsafe. The apartment amenities were great, we really appreciated the high speed WiFi, the in-house laundry, and the Nespresso machine with coffee pods. It was located to so many restaurants and cafes and also close to the parks and museums. Just be ready to gain a few pounds from all the delicious foods you will not be able to resist! Karla was the best host. It was unseasonably chilly when we arrived and we didn’t pack enough warm clothing. She was by within the hour to deliver extra blankets and a space heater. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or host!

Wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located, very walkable to all the great restaurants, cates, and landmarks in Condesa. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was so kind and accommodating, even helping us with a few last-minute requests/details during our trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back next time we're in Mexico City!

We had such an amazing time! The location was on a quiet street, tree lined with so much to see and do all around. The condo itself was immaculate, beds were so comfortable and the showers were hot with great water pressure. The kitchen was spotless and very well stocked if you chose to cook. Our only thing was that we do love morning coffee right from bed before leaving for the day and the Nespresso machine was great but it would get jammed and it leaks. Also, we prefer a french press. We ended up using so many pods. But, opening the windows first thing in the morning to the cool morning breeze was our favorite way to start the day. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Karla’s apartment. The place is well decorated and very clean. It’s centrally located in a safe neighborhood with beautiful parks and great restaurants nearby. The apartment is in the first floor and the building has a small gym. We highly recommend Maizaho, if you like tacos, Anecdotal and café toscano for breakfast. Bendita paleta has great ice cream .

Karla was a wonderful host with great communication and even arranged for us to check in early. The apartment was perfect for our family of five, with a shared space to gather and separate rooms for downtime. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed—fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and even tupperware. There was also a coffee maker with tea and coffee, plus a purified water dispenser, which was very helpful. The building has a 24-hour doorman, and we always felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The location is ideal, close to many cafes, restaurants, and top attractions like the Museo Nacional de Antropología, Castillo de Chapultepec, Jardín Botánico, and the zoo. We highly recommend stopping by Panadería Rosetta for pan dulce and taking an evening walk to Parque México. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is huge, the layout gives a lot of privacy. Everything was very clean, super tidy. The location is perfect. He let me check in early. Communication was very fast. I highly recommend the accommodation.

Karla’s place was great! Such a stunning apartment that is exactly as pictured. The only downside was that the upstairs neighbors were quite loud at times and the walls were thin so you can hear a lot. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

The location is on a quiet street right off of Parque España, super walkable to everything but out of the hustle and bustle to the north and the east. The doormen were always super nice and helpful. Really great place. Beautiful apartment and close to several parks and restaurants. Only ran into one issue in that the upstairs neighbor was extremely loud one night turning their apartment to a night club. However Karla did what she could and got it stopped promptly. Would highly recommend

Amazing location in a modern doorman building. This was a great home base for a long girls’ weekend in Mexico City. Walkable to sights in Chapultepec and bars / restaurants in Roma Norte. Only area to improve on is a door to the terrace that was broken and would not lock. Hopefully that will be resolved by the next booking!

Karla's place was not only beautiful, but also comfortable. The terraces are stunning and the living room provided a great space for our group to play games and have some wine. The beds were very comfortable and the fans in each room helped us stay cool in the evenings. The neighborhood also has many great restaurants, coffee shops, and parks within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough kind words.

You can walk to everything in Condesa as well as Roma and Chapultepec Park. The apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. The doorman was an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay in Karla's place! The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants, parks and coffee shops nearby. We loved being on a quieter street with incredible greenery right outside the windows. The hosts were extremely responsive; when we needed a new lightbulb in the laundry room, they fixed it that day. This Airbnb was a great find, and we would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

I've traveled a lot and would say this is in my top 5 best places I've ever stayed. From the moment I booked the stay, everything was so easy. Check-in was a breeze, super responsive host. Fantastic location close to the parks, everything walkable and Ubers super easy. Karla was great on responding to anything. 24/7 security, and we were able to store our bags as we had a later day flight out. Highly recommended!

I was with two other women friends and we had a lovely time at Karlas place. The space is lovely and on a tree lined, quiet street. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance and Karla provided suggestions. The linens were very nice. There is a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a water dispenser for fresh water. There was a Nespresso with pods and Karla was quick to refill them when we needed additional. Lovely stay and great host!

Space worked well and kitchen & bathrooms well stocked. Karla was responsive, including to some loud music from another apartment. Door man was friendly face to return to.

Perfect condo on perfect street. Having a doorman always there and a keypad lock made coming and going totally easy! The apartment has so many separate spaces to be AND beautiful common space to gather. Having a filtered water cooler and washer and dryer and spotless kitchen was wonderful! Beds were really comfortable, bathrooms so clean- everything was intuitive! The only addition I would ask for would be space heaters for the cooler nights!! The street is quiet and central to all food/fun without being in a noisy zone. I had never been to the Condesa neighborhood before and had toggled between being in Roma Norte and Condesa. This street, this condo, and Condesa TOTAL WIN. We will stay in this condo again!!

This place has a gorgeous views of trees and sky which is rare. It’s on a quiet street yet close by to restaurants and the park etc. Each room has a patio view which is lovely. It’s set up as a short term rental so no extra blankets or space heaters but there are fans. It’s has a beautiful design. Enjoy!

We were a group of 3 girl friends staying at this place - we absolutely loved it and plan to stay again in the future. It was very luxurious and very comfortable, wonderful neighborhood, and we loved the privacy. The host was also very responsive and helpful - she even recommended a travel agent who helped us get reservations to Casa Ortega and Casa Giraldi, which are very hard to get!

Karla’s apartment was a dream. She is a very responsive host with flawless English and communicated often and clearly. The space is gorgeous, very clean and exactly like the photos. We three adults enjoyed our own rooms and privacy, and the tree lined balcony was lovely. Doormen were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We (five adults) had a lovely time in Karla’s beautiful apartment. The furnishings were quite comfortable and the location was perfect. We were in CDMX for Dia de los Muertos and it was a very convenient location for walking to the parade route. The neighborhood was lovely with many, many restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and Karla was very responsive to our needs. Twice we had to contact her about maintenance issues and she immediately addressed both of them. The doormen were very polite and they were always there when we needed them. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting CDMX.

The apartment was perfect for our group to stay in, everything was clean and spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Locations of the apartment was great and near all the things we wanted to do in Condesa but the apartment itself is on a quieter street which is nice because there wasn’t any noise. Overall the place exceeded our expectations and was better than the photos, having a small gym 2 treadmills, a bench and some weights) in the building was also a big plus.

Karla's place in Condesa was amazing!! Exactly as pictured and so nice! It was super clean, included a water cooler, 3 balconies, tvs and fans in bedrooms. Easy door code access to apartment. Doorman for outside door access. It's technically on the 3rd level, there is an elevator. Neighborhood is the perfect base for exploring the city. It's quiet with coffee shops and a nice park within 1 block. Tons of restaurants and boutique shops within 10 min walk. Karla was always responsive to my questions. Great host! Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment, clean and spacious with nice decorations. Plenty of kitchen and cooking necessities, cleaning supplies and good quality toiletries and bed linens. The interior courtyard is a pleasure to use and the dining table next to the balcony with sliding doors that completely open is great to eat comfortably al fresco. Fast 300Mbps internet with desk to work from is ideal for remote working. Great and peaceful location with excellent communication from Karla. Would stay again and highly recommend for a great stay!
