Carlos

Carlos is an excellent host. He was very attentive and his instructions were clear. He offered to help us with various issues related to our visit to Playa del Carmen. The Airbnb is in a prime location, steps from Plaza las Perlas (the starting point for various tours) and supermarkets. We walked to the beach and Quinta Avenida. The building, as described, has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and movie room, and all these amenities are appreciated for ending the days relaxed. We were 2 adults and 2 small children, and they were delighted with the rooms and especially with the Airbnb's private pool. The area is safe and the building's reception is very attentive. We thank Carlos, and for those traveling with children, this is an excellent option for your trip to Cancun.

Fantastic stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still very quiet and private. The space itself was even better than the photos and felt very comfortable and well kept. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

The City Condos is a secure, comfortable vacation home. Extremely central, with dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and grocery store across the street. Shady ground level pool and sunny rooftop pool. Shout out to our bartender Santiago! We spent 32 days there and enjoyed all of it! Carlos is very responsive and helpful and made our stay easy.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was great, and the private pool was definitely the highlight. The building amenities were excellent—the rooftop pool and bar were always fun. Having a grocery store right across the street was super convenient, and security made us feel very safe. Carlos was incredibly responsive to every request. We’d absolutely stay again. Super cozy!

Thank you Carlos for a wonderful stay! Carlos is an AMAZING host, so helpful, welcoming, and attentive. We appreciated him so much during our stay. The unit was a described, though it is a 2-level unit which we missed in the description, the bedrooms are on different floors which may not work for families with younger children. The condo’s amenities and location plus Carlos’ care made our trip 5 Stars. Any issues that came up were resolved proactively (Ie. one TV died during our 1 month stay and Carlos responded to repair/replace it immediately which was helpful for us!) The unit overall was clean, some wear and tear/very minor repairs are needed but this did not hinder our stay. Storage space is limited to the 2 bedroom closets but for short-term stays this should be a non-issue, laundry is also available (wash/dry) right across the street and is very affordable and convenient. The grocery store is also immediately across the street too, a big bonus for our stay. Would stay again!!!

We had a great week staying at Carlos’ place. Carlos was a great host. He sent us lots of recommendations in the neighbourhood and was very communicative. He checked in once or twice throughout the week to see if we needed anything. You could tell he wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we really appreciated. Both bedrooms were spacious and as described. The window in the second floor bedroom was beautiful! It really is as lush as in the pictures, despite being on the top floor. The pool on the balcony was a nice touch as well. It was bigger than we expected and very clean. The pool cleaner came twice throughout the week but it wasn’t disruptive. The best part about the condo is the roof top pool! Adults only, quiet, lots of sun all day, and only one floor away. We never had trouble getting lounge chairs and met some very nice neighbours. Overall we loved our week and I would recommend this condo to any traveler looking for a comfortable, conveniently located option.

I really recommend this beautiful apartment near la quinta avenida. Carlos is super friendly and I really love the place, it is vey comforting and cozy.

I had an incredible stay at Carlos' Airbnb! Carlos was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, making our experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The apartment itself was perfect in every way; the view was stunning, the ambiance cozy and inviting, and the location couldn't be better. It's within walking distance of everything you could need. If it were possible to give Carlos 10 stars, I definitely would! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a flawless getaway.

Three women::having a fantastic time in Playa del Carmen::embracing the fun. We loved walking around the surrounding blocks and getting to know the local restaurants , but we could walk towards the beach and be in the mix of the beach vibe. Carlos was a great host and helped us when we needed help and even recommended a driver from the airport, who was awesome Pool was chill and only steps away. Beds were comfortable and we felt right at home.

Carlos helped us with finding restaurants. His place was very nice and clean,any question that I had for him. He answered it immediately.

The house is very beautiful and large. Very well furnished. The spaces are well divided and each room has its own bathroom. The area is quiet and close to the main road and the sea.

Very good location, very clean and tidy everything, highly recommended!

Carlos’s place is awesome in a location close to Walmart and many dive shops. Carols provided a very detailed check in instruction with local recommendations, and was very responsive throughout our stay. On the last day, he also let us check out late without additional charges which really made things more convenient for us! Overall, great, big, nice place. Worth the 💰!❤️
