Very nice house, cozy, I would definitely come back again

We loved staying at Karen's House! Everything was as described. The house was clean, beautiful, and the location was perfect. Access to the house and to the beach was easy. The kids loved the pool! Karen's staff is great. Erik and his wife were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which is a big plus! The only thing I would keep in mind is that the town itself is not San Juan Del Sur nor Hacienda Iguana. Which means that your options for things like restaurants and nightlife are limited, but we knew that beforehand. However, if you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly place to stay on the beach within a 1.5-hour drive of Managua, then look no further! This place is great!

We absolutely loved staying at Karen's place. Everything was impeccable; the house is much nicer than what the photos show. The house is superbly furnished; we loved that there was hot water in the bathrooms, and the décor is really nice. We really enjoyed the pool, pool table, and ping-pong. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Erick was extremely kind in providing us with whatever we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Karen 😀

This location is a perfect getaway that combines modern amenities with a tranquil environment with amazing views, and her caretaker was amazing, helpful and responsive. The ocean was beautiful and clean. The beaches were nice, and the sunsets were amazing We absolutely loved our stay there.

My family and had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful specially loved the outdoor garden and ramadas full of beautiful trees and flowers. Also the pool was a big plus not to mention the view. The couple taking care of the house were friendly and responsive to any concerns questions we had about the house and town. Some members of my family were not happy that we had leave 🤣.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautifully decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. All the listed amenities were provided, and everything was spotless. The beach was lovely and just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible experience staying at Karen’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging during the day. Plus, having easy access to the beach made the stay even more special. The caretakers, Erick & Jessica were phenomenal…very attentive, polite, and helpful. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in seamless. We were pleasantly surprised and entertained by her the three macaws that live on property. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool or enjoy the sand and waves, this place is perfect. I highly recommend it and would love to return!
