We loved staying at Karen's House! Everything was as described. The house was clean, beautiful, and the location was perfect. Access to the house and to the beach was easy. The kids loved the pool! Karen's staff is great. Erik and his wife were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which is a big plus! The only thing I would keep in mind is that the town itself is not San Juan Del Sur nor Hacienda Iguana. Which means that your options for things like restaurants and nightlife are limited, but we knew that beforehand. However, if you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly place to stay on the beach within a 1.5-hour drive of Managua, then look no further! This place is great!

Nos encantó hospedarnos en casa de Karen. Todo estuvo impecable, la casa es mucho más linda de lo que muestran las fotos. La casa está super equipada; nos encantó que en los baños hubiera agua caliente, la decoración es super bonita. Disfrutamos mucho la piscina, el billar y ping pong. La playa es bonita y tranquila. Erick fue sumamente amable en apoyarnos en lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente volveremos! Muchas gracias Karen 😀

La casa es genial tiene diferentes ambientes para pasar un rato agradable, está muy accesible a restaurantes farmacias etc. Eric y Jessica fueron muy serviciales. Las instalaciones de la casa están impecables. Fue una muy buena experiencia

This location is a perfect getaway that combines modern amenities with a tranquil environment with amazing views, and her caretaker was amazing, helpful and responsive. The ocean was beautiful and clean. The beaches were nice, and the sunsets were amazing We absolutely loved our stay there.

My family and had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful specially loved the outdoor garden and ramadas full of beautiful trees and flowers. Also the pool was a big plus not to mention the view. The couple taking care of the house were friendly and responsive to any concerns questions we had about the house and town. Some members of my family were not happy that we had leave 🤣.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautifully decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. All the listed amenities were provided, and everything was spotless. The beach was lovely and just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
