Luca

This place was great. We were able to walk to most places within 10 minutes. The space was large and set up well with easy access to the pool. We also felt safe on property as well as the surrounding area. Our host was very responsive and had great recommendations for tours and shuttle services. We would gladly come back and stay here again.

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Luca’s place. The garden and pool area was even more beautiful than we expected and we were thrilled with our little side courtyard and hammock. The house was nice inside and adequate for our needs. The walk to the beach is easy for fit adults and older kids, but a little challenging for younger children. Consider renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. We appreciated how we were close to groceries stores, coffee shops and restaurants and yet slightly removed from the nightlife noise. We would absolutely stay again if we get a chance to come back!

We had a great time. We found everything we wanted there. Sun, beach, restaurants, activities, etc... then the house was very cozy, except maybe the big wooden couch to watch a movie at the end of the evening. I recommend this place without hesitation!

Luca was great. He had a security guard wait for us to arrive. The house was beautiful they took great care of us and was very responsive when we had issues and questions. I would definitely stay here again next time!

We had a great stay! Loved the location, quiet but walkable to restaurants.

Great stay at Lucas's! However, when we arrived, he had a problem with the water. We didn't get water about the first 36 hours. Lucas was quick to respond and did everything possible to resolve the situation. Once we had the water everything went well. 10-15 min walk to the beach and 5 to 10 min walk to the city center (restaurant, shop, grocery store). We stayed for 14 days and enjoyed the place.

Luca’s place is great and amazingly located

The photos in the listing don't do this place justice. It is so beautiful and very spacious - ample room for my family of four (including two adult children). The complex that the house is in is also gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside and swimming in the pool. Everything in the town is within a 10-minute walk. Thank you so much, Luca!

Great stay. No problems.

My family stayed at Luca's place for 2 weeks while my kids attended a spanish/surf camp and my wife and I worked remotely. With three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it was the perfect setup for the five of us. The location was great, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and main strip of Tamarindo but quiet enough to hear the birds at night. I really appreciated having amenities such as a full size washer and dryer, nice kitchen appliances, easy parking, fast wi-fi, and strong a/c. The pool was just outside the front door and the complex has 24 hour security, though the neighborhood was very safe and people are friendly. The apartment itself is large and was spotlessly clean. Luca was a great host and in regular communication with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend Luca's house, especially if traveling with children. Pure vida!

Luca’s place is clean; comfortable; well equipped; close to beach, shopping and city center. Tamarindo is the best beach in beautiful Costa Rica and Luca’s place is a walking distance from all fun activities.
