This place was great. We were able to walk to most places within 10 minutes. The space was large and set up well with easy access to the pool. We also felt safe on property as well as the surrounding area. Our host was very responsive and had great recommendations for tours and shuttle services. We would gladly come back and stay here again.

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Luca’s place. The garden and pool area was even more beautiful than we expected and we were thrilled with our little side courtyard and hammock. The house was nice inside and adequate for our needs. The walk to the beach is easy for fit adults and older kids, but a little challenging for younger children. Consider renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. We appreciated how we were close to groceries stores, coffee shops and restaurants and yet slightly removed from the nightlife noise. We would absolutely stay again if we get a chance to come back!

Luca's place was a fantastic location. Luca is VERY responsive. we had an issue with the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms and it was attended too immediately. The only issues were the toilet on the main floor was not secure to the floor. The cleanliness (ceiling fans, floors, inside cupboards and bathrooms). The place is very dated and needs maintenance. The single beds are not comfortable for adults. If maintenance and some elbow grease was given to this place, it would get a 5* rating all around in my books.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous voulions. Soleil, plage, restaurants, activités, etc... puis la maison était très confortable, sauf peut-être le sofa en gros bois pour regarder un film en fin de soirée. Je vous recommande cet endroit sans hésiter !

I really enjoyed the traditional deco and location was about a 10-15 min walk from the shops and beach. We had abit of a plumbing issue but Luca was extremely responsive in resolving it. Overall was a pleasant experience and would recommend.

Luca was great. He had a security guard wait for us to arrive. The house was beautiful they took great care of us and was very responsive when we had issues and questions. I would definitely stay here again next time!

Super séjour chez Lucas! Toutefois à notre arrivé, il avait un problème avec l'eau. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau environ le premier 36heures. Lucas me répondait rapidement et il a fait tout en sont possible pour régler la situation. Une fois que nous avions l'eau tout a bien été. 10-15 min à pied de la plage et 5 à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville (restaurant, magasin, épicerie). Nous avons séjourner 14 jours et avons appréciés l'endroit.
