As always, our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Very nice host. Great place. Comfortable and private. The kids loved the pool. There is a grill and washer/dryer. We loved our stay.

This would be our family's 3rd stay at Enrique's home. We felt right at home. The pool is fantastic (make sure that when you visit in Summer time, the pool will not be heated, not a big deal since it gets pretty hot in Bucerias) He is super responsive. The house is very comfortable. Has A.C basically in every corner of the house, a BIG PLUS. Family friendly home. Its very close to the beach if you drive. The house is located on a steep hill, so I do not recommend walking anywhere unless you are into that. Visit Toscana Mia, its literally 3 minute drive. Best Italian food in town. The house has all the amenities a family will need. Good size fridge, Stove. Dishes, utensils. Visit this home, the drive to the beaches is worth it. Most other properties have shared pools and common areas, this is fully private. Thank you Enrique! We had a great comfortable time!

We had high hopes for this stay, but it wasn’t the right fit for us. The location is great, close to restaurants, but the area is extremely loud—roosters crowing all night, and heavy traffic made sleep impossible. The house had several maintenance issues: doors that wouldn’t lock, lights that didn’t work or wouldn’t turn off, and broken door handles that locked our friends out of their room. We tried to make it work, but after a sleepless night, staying for 10 days wasn’t an option. When we decided to leave early, the owner (who was initially great) became agitated and told us, “If you wanted a 5-star hotel, you should’ve booked one!” That wasn’t necessary—we weren’t expecting luxury, just a functional, peaceful stay. The last thing we wanted was to relocate mid-trip and spend more money, but we had no choice. This place may work for deep sleepers who don’t mind maintenance issues, but it wasn’t right for us. Moving was inconvenient, but in the end, it was the best decision.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable and safe stay, the well equipped kitchen, the refrigerator practically new the garage for two cars also with another refrigerator, the very nice heated pool, the spacious bedrooms even with wardrobe and dressing room, only the one on the ground floor with a very old and uncomfortable mattress. We were only 2 nights and I think we lack time, in the future I will return to this beautiful house, thank you

Absolutely beautiful home. Pictures do not do it justice, it's amazing! Pool and hot tub were an incredible amenity. Washer and dryer ensured we always had dry towels. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. No spices or anything at the time of arrival so we left our spices behind for future guests. Bedrooms were huge and air conditioners all worked well. The marble spiral staircase was beautiful, but really slippery. We put a towel at the bottom of the stairs, so really, be cautious going down them. Very close to the town center and the beach, maybe 3 blocks. The hills going back up to the house are a little brutal, but our group felt like we burned off the tacos we ate on our walks home. At times we took a taxi back to the house, only cost 60 pesos. Well worth it if you're carrying a lot of items. Neighbors were very kind. Host was extremely responsive and we all can't wait to book this home again.

The house is beautiful, spacious, cool, and the main room has a nice ocean view. There are air conditioners in every area of the house and they work perfectly. The tidiness and cleanliness is a highlight. The pool is perfect, deeper than usual, has hot water and a jacuzzi, in addition to the waterfall that makes it very relaxing. The kitchen is clean and very well equipped. They provide bath towels and for the pool, it's 4 blocks from the beach. Unfortunately there was a problem with the electricity on the first night we arrived and we had to move to another listing the next day as they could not guarantee that the service would be restored, the host was aware that the situation was not manageable and had no inconvenience in refunding us. Too bad we weren't able to stay there, I hope the CFE resolves the light issue in the background so I can come back later.

Enrique’s listing exceeded our expectations, and our pre-trip expectations were already high! Easy, reliable and punctual communication for check-in. All rooms and areas were spotless. The pool was clean and was subsequently cleaned every other day. A big, big thank you to the cleaning crew! We were very appreciative of the privacy that the listing provided, and yet within a few minutes walk, we were able to get most of what we needed from local neighborhood convenient stores, including authentic restaurants. Basically within equal walking distance were the touristic beach areas, markets and restaurants. All that being said, the listing’s location was ideal to experience both the local and tourist areas. There was also wildlife to observe, even from the pool area including birds feeding on tree fruit, and the occasional iguana on the perimeter. In the neighborhood you’ll find dogs, cats, and chickens. They’re all very friendly and street savvy! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Every place has its pros and cons. The pros: - rare 4 large master bedrooms with en suite baths - a beautiful hot tub/heated pool combo with a waterfall - 3 blocks from the center of Bucerias and the beach - a one-car garage - a/c - someone was available via text and checked on the pool and provided drinking water Cons: - neighborhood was lively, sometimes with loud music and a vocal rooster - you have to cross a very busy street to get to Bucerias center; there's a steep incline for part of the way (maybe like climbing 3 or 4 flights of stairs) - the bedroom over the garage had several issues: toilet did not flush, a/c unit spits water and ice onto the bed, lights over the toilet and shower didn't work, balcony door didn't latch, and the interior bedroom doors would lock you out if you turned the handle the wrong way - we couldn't get the door to the main balcony to open - the low stove hood caused a few injuries - door to pool did not latch - toilet was never fixed despite texts.

Enrique and his beautiful home was a great stay. All rooms had great space, AC, bathrooms. The pool is heated and was where we spent most of the time. It is close to many great places to eat and pool (by car). The house is uphill so I would only recommend walking to the beach if you're in the mood for a hike. Communication was great. He is super fast to respond and has someone available at all times. There is a little grocery store across the street, super useful.

Great pool area ! We spent most of our time there. The house is very spacious. We only had 4 people, 2 couples…would’ve held twice that! Charcoal bbq. We didn’t use as we didn’t want to buy a 10 lb bag if charcoal for one bbq. Kitchen pans need an upgrade. No kitchen towels which made drying dishes a bit difficult. We used the bathroom towels from the 2 empty rooms. It sits in a rather poor neighborhood but the people were very friendly to us. Overall, it was a nice oasis.

Love this property pool was amazing. I can't wait to came back

What a fabulous property! Four king suites each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, television and private bathroom. Backyard pool with waterfall and entertaining space. It has the most completely furnished kitchen of any Airbnb property I have rented. The location is atop a steep hill, but within easy walking distance to downtown Bucerias. There is a small convenience store across the street, a fish market and rotisserie chicken shop 2-3 blocks away. Great location! Enrique is a great host and Lazaro was always there for us. This is a 5 Star Airbnb property.

Host Response

Thanks Bob for being my guests, and I want for you to know that you are more than welcome back if you ever want to visit Bucerías again, take care Bob

Awesome vacation house. 5 people stayed here for one week in April 2018. We spent nearly all of our time in and around the pool, water is the perfect temperature! Cooked many great meals in the very well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and air conditioning. Walk down 2 blocks to Highway 200 and catch a cab for 50-60 pesos to the Chedraui supermarket where you will find ANYTHING you need for food and drink. Cross the highway, and you'll find many great restaurants and a few little tacos stands and coffee shops as you head to the beach. Enrique takes communication with his guests seriously, I never waited more than a couple minutes for a response. Check-in / out was easy with Brenda (helpful if you know a little Spanish). Bucerias in a beautiful little jewel in Mexico's crown, the people are unbelievably friendly, the food is amazing, and thank you again Enrique for the wonderful accommodations!

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, THE HOUSE WAS VERY NICE, WE WERE VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The house is super nice, very large and in good condition. The pool is clean and large, kitchen with everything you need It has air conditioning throughout the house. Perfect condition, we love the house. The only downside is that the owner and who delivers the house wants to charge you outside the application for cleaning and apart they kept calling me on the day afterwards telling me to deposit money to pay for a towel and cleaning the house. The perfect house but if you rent, talk well with the owner, that he specifies that he is charging you and that he is not!

Host Response

Good morning Bety, you are right to say that I must include the cleaning costs in the application so that everything is included, and so if they leave the house dirty, since the cleaning is already paid
