The house is beautiful! Very good location, with an amazing view and very quiet (perfect for resting). It is also close to the small town of Avandaro, so it is good for going out to the supermarket or going out to eat. Everything was clean, and tidy. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own bathroom. The spacious and beautiful living and dining room, has a very nice TV room with a fireplace ideal for the cold nights of Valle de Bravo. The cleaning and cooking ladies are very friendly. And Mr. Jesus, who received us, was kind. We had a problem with the water not reaching the upstairs bedroom well, but he helped us fix it. I would definitely love to stay at this house again. We had a great time!

The house is very nice as is the view. It has a very good location just 6 minutes from the fresco of Avandaro. Erika and the staff were very friendly and willing. The daily cleanliness was notorious. All in the house works fine. The hot tub was hot every time. Linens and towels were practically like new.

The location is perfect and the view of the lake is gorgeous. It is very unique to have a lawn where kids can run around, and the hot tub / pool was lovely. A great place for kids in the day and for adults in the night to look at the stars. Everything was very clean and Erika and the staff at the house were very helpful and responsive. A wonderful stay!

This is better than the pictures!! I actually didnt realize how spacious it was until we got there. Erika was very communicative and proactive, and the staff was fantastic. The backyard was also a huge plus. It was perfect to lay out in the daytime and the pool was nice to relax in at night. 10/10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Erika!

Erika's house is comfortable, functional, generous in its spaces (with a spectacular view), it has everything needed - and in very good condition - and is ideal to have a great weekend of rest or, I imagine, longer seasons. The rooms are spacious, very bright and with their furniture, closets and "whites" (sheets, towels, etc.) in very good condition. The spaces to rest or live together as a family (the living room, dining room, TV room and above all garden) are very comfortable and pleasant. The kitchen comes with everything you need and is very tasteful, to cook the most sophisticated dish or a simple botana. But the best thing about the house is the staff: Vero, Ana and Jesús make a team to have guests always happy and mix their efficiency and talent, with a smile. A special mention deserves Erika, the owner of the house, with whom there was always direct, frank and cordial communication. We highly recommend staying at this real “gem” in Valle de Bravo!

Casa Muma is great! Will definitely be coming back, staff was great and friendly. House is just like in pictures, amenities and everything necessary for the stay, very comfortable for families, most rooms are on ground floor close to garden and jacuzzi which makes it great for kids. The house also has a great view making it really nice for relaxing or having a BBQ. Erika was available and answered within a short period of time, anything else necessary the staff would help solve on the spot. Thanks!

Our experience at Erika's accommodation in Valle de Bravo was simply exceptional. Erika and her staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, always willing to answer our questions and needs. The house is lovely and spacious, with multiple spacious rooms that fit our needs. It has a stunning view of the lake. The location is excellent, which made our stay a very comfortable experience. Beautiful house. A spectacular view and very well located near Avandaro. Only the 2 main rooms would lack lights and night tables to make them more welcoming. Everything else was perfect.

The pictures don’t do the property and the view justice. The location is great, everything is within 10 minute drive. Jesús set is up with a boat for the day and paragliding (which I absolutely recommend) for our group of 6. Vero is a great cook and very attentive to anything and everything we needed through our stay. Definitely recommend staying at this property, Phenomenal stay!

This house is incredible. Amazing communication from the owner Erika. She went above and beyond for us. The house is incredible and the views are breathtaking. Having the wood fireplaces in the evening was really cozy and such a treat. There are 3 staff that work at the home and they were kind enough to prepare us breakfast and snacks for long days out exploring. Having the warm jacuzzi overlooking the water and the large backyard area was also something we really enjoyed. We would return in a heartbeat, don’t hesitate on booking this home.

Beautiful house and great location!

Great home to get away for a few days or a couple of weeks. Everything was spotless clean, great beds, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. The garden is really nice and the view from it and the upstairs balcolny are amazing. The large jacuzzi is wonderful, with a temperature to suit any taste and a size adequate for 8-10 people easily. The rooms are ample and the bathrooms clean and spacious. Common areas are also spacious and very confortable with great decor. I worked the full week and Wifi worked very well (better than at home). Service by Fabiola and Verónica was great, they are good cooks and very nice persons. Jesús, who welcomes you and takes care of the open air area, was also great. We will return soon with no doubt!
