Casa Moana has a privileged location that provides privacy. The house is fully equipped, and there's a large BBQ in the pool area, which is undoubtedly the best part of the property, with spectacular views of the ocean and its sunsets. Pat & Guli are always attentive to any need. We would go back!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and in three years, we haven't seen any improvements in maintenance. For example, the living room should have air conditioning, the beds were sinking (they weren't comfortable), and the pool was rough in some places—I don't know if the tiles had fallen off. In the end, we asked if we could stay until noon or later, since we didn't see any improvements. We made a reservation, and the local person who was supposed to assist us never responded to our calls or messages.

A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The place was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and Pat & Guli were attentive and very friendly hosts. Communication was smooth, and they were always available to answer any questions. The space is comfortable, well equipped, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The views and the infinity pool are the best part of the house. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with a very good layout for 12 people. Very efficient attention and service. We had an issue upon arrival, and it was resolved promptly. The house needs some touch-ups; you can tell it's old, for example, from the kitchen furniture, which is a bit shabby. Overall, the house met our expectations, but they should do a bit more maintenance.

The stay at this villa was simply fantastic! Check-in was super straightforward and we felt immediately welcome. The villa is clean, well maintained and luxuriously furnished – you can immediately see that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. We were particularly impressed by the stunning views and made the stay unforgettable. We were a group of 10 people and, thanks to the generous layout and amenities, always had enough space to relax or spend time together. The hosts were always available, helpful and very friendly – this gave us an all-round relaxed feeling. Check-out was also quick and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful experience that we all enjoyed very much. We can fully recommend this villa and would come back anytime!

Great place, refrigerator still has issues. The road is kind of difficult for compact cars or sedans, also for 4x2 if it’s raining.

Beautiful view of the the ocean! the house was very nice. the only downside to our visit was the lack of support equipment. The refrigerator did not work very well. the oven was a challenge to operate. That is, there were a couple burners that didn't work and the oven had no instructions on how to operate it. The second sink in the kitchen did not drain. Basically, the kitchen utinsils were very sparse. The sink spikit by the hammocks was broken. And lastly, there were remotes for TV's and AC's that the batteries were dead. All of these things are minor. However, I believe the beautiful house deserves these minor things so as not to take away from the overall experience.

The house is absolutely spectacular, the views are wonderful, I would say that the house needs a little maintenance in the green areas, the refrigerator below hardly cools and of the amenities offered, the gas grill was missing. However, none of this prevented us from having an excellent stay and also the communication with Max was very friendly at all times.

Excellent location, the house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice because the place is even more beautiful, the house is beautiful and the location is amazing. Good communication with the owners!
