We are happy to help in any possible way! The space This is a spectacular ocean view Villa for a perfect secluded and memorable vacation. The house is very private, and comfortable and has the convenience of being only 1.5kms from the center of town. Situated on a private hilltop where the incredible views stretch out all along the Pacific coastline and back through the jungle at the rear of the house, making this 360-degree view the best in Mal Pais. The house's interior spans over five hundred sq feet and it can accommodate up to 12 guests. Designed to capitalize on the cross breeze that flows through the valley behind the house and out to the ocean in front, which keeps the house cool year-round. Beautiful natural stone floors run through the house and continue outside around the house's centerpiece, the breathtaking infinity pool, and the outdoor patio. The fully equipped Kitchen with everything you need. The open floor plan of the living area includes a bar, dining area, and a large lounge area with satellite TV and Wifi. There is also a utility room and a safe box for storing valuables. The six ocean-view bedrooms all come with AC, a ceiling fan, a writing desk, and a private balcony. The master bedroom is a large breezy room with king size bed, beautiful wooden floors, a chaise lounge, TV, AC, and Wi-Fi. The master bathroom has two walk-in showers, two sinks, a two-person Jacuzzi, and a walk-in closet. Three of the other bedrooms also have king-size beds, while two rooms come with two single beds. Upstairs is a second patio area for sunbathing and an open rancho-style lounge with seats and hammocks where you can laze out and enjoy the sunset or the stars at night. Outside, on the patio and garden, there is a 6-person breakfast table, an infinity pool, loungers, and an enclosed garden with a kids' swing. There is also a car park that can accommodate up to four cars, and the house features a private entrance. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house and garden. This isn’t a city — it’s something better. But it comes with a few quirks. Here’s what you need to know: ⚡ Power & Water Power outages happen from time to time. No electricity = no water (it’s pumped), no WiFi, and no hot showers (they’re electric). It usually comes back in 10 minutes to 2 hours. During storms, it can take longer. Light a candle, go for a walk, and relax. ❄️ A/C Please turn off the A/C when you’re not home. Power here is precious. Overuse leads to overheating and power cuts. 🔒 Lock Up Always lock all doors and windows when you leave. If there’s a safe, we recommend using it for valuables. 🔥 Cooking with Gas Costa Rica has no gas pipelines — only propane tanks. They last a long time but can run out without warning. Don’t worry! We have spares and will help you switch them. 💡 Hot water runs on electricity, not gas. 🐜 Ants & Food Leaving food out = ants party on your snacks. Store everything inside the fridge or sealed containers. (No rush — they don’t show up instantly 😄) 🚽 Toilets Don’t flush toilet paper 🚫 There’s no drainage system in town.
