I was very comfortable throughout the stay. Maria was always available, and the house was very clean and pleasant. Alicia was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed, and we had a very pleasant weekend as a family. Thank you very much!!

There are houses that are rented… and there are houses that are lived in. This is one of the second ones. We spent 4 days as a family, and, literally, our plan was to stay indoors: swimming pool, garden, and areas that you can enjoy all day. We had a blast 😅 The air-conditioned rooms are a big plus and make all the difference for a good night's sleep. Everything is very convenient, with options for grocery and food delivery, making your stay even more comfortable. María, the host, was always available and attentive, and she really enhanced the experience. We left wanting to stay longer. We would definitely come back.

Great location, a little further south of downtown Cuernavaca. Warmer weather with no noise or pollution. A place to enjoy peace, privacy, and plenty of space.

A house with a garden, very large and beautiful! Plus, of course, the Jacuzzi and the Pool. Although we had to leave early on the day of checkout... maybe Maria was the only Host who allows you to leave very late so you can continue to enjoy her home!

We had a great stay. Communication with the host was very good from the beginning, always attentive and available. The house is very well cared for, it is comfortable and as shown in the photos. We had a really great time. The pool was excellent, always at a very good temperature, which made the experience even better. There was only one small detail with one of the bathrooms, but it did not significantly affect our experience. Overall, we highly recommend the place and would definitely come back.

We had a phenomenal stay :) We all left the house delighted (even our dogs), the garden is huge. We brought dogs and they were able to run and play without any worries We loved the pool and jacuzzi We requested massage service a few days and it was phenomenal. Super recommended. The accommodation was unsurpassed to enjoy the weekend of our wedding, we stayed there as a family which allowed us to have a lot of comfort; we certainly had a fantastic experience that we will remember all our lives. The residential development is extremely safe and quiet, offering a lot of privacy. Communication with Maria was very effective and open to answering our previous questions. One day, the property gardener received workers who made a repair to the exterior floor, however, it was not uncomfortable. Accepting Alicia's help was a great decision since she kept the areas comfortable so that we could continue to enjoy them. Highly recommended

Everything was spectacular! The house is very nice, comfortable with beautiful gardens. There were 12 of us (4 families) and the layout of the house worked for us! Everything works perfectly. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Internet connection in all rooms. We used the 10 grill! The pool!! Clean, warm!! Air conditioning in all rooms. They were always attentive, applause for Alicia and David who help at home. Maria has taken care of every detail to make us a perfect weekend!

We had an amazing experience during our stay at the house this weekend. From the first moment, the service was exceptional. Maria was always attentive to us, very helpful and willing to help us with everything we needed, which made us feel very welcome and cared for. One point that really made a difference was the food. Alicia, the cook, surprised us with each dish: everything delicious, prepared with great affection and always with a great disposition. Their attention and kindness were the best. The house was spotless, very comfortable and perfectly equipped to enjoy a few days of rest. The spaces are spacious, pleasant and designed for relaxing and socializing. It's definitely a place we'd love to go back to. Thank you for everything!

The house is beautiful and huge, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning helps a lot, the house is just like in the photos, the pool and the hot tub are warm, the garden is very nice, well kept and large, we went with two dogs and we all enjoyed it a lot, the host responds quickly although we didn't really have to call her, there was no need, I highly recommend Alicia's service in the kitchen, very kind and attentive just like David, I highly recommend Maria's house.

Maria's house is beautiful, it has the warmth of home and much more than you need to spend incredible days. What I liked the most: Pool at a perfect temperature Very hot tub Super-equipped kitchen Super comfy beds Showers and bathrooms in perfect condition Wi-Fi with repeaters, which provides a signal throughout the house. A huge garden, with beautiful trees where my dogs were super happy. Alice and the house team were super helpful. The terrace perfectly connects the kitchen with the garden and pool. Air conditioning and fans are a plus that many houses in Morelos do not have and at this time it is very useful. Maria's attention as a host is immediate, flexible, kind and a pleasure to deal with, she even gave us the extra by providing some extra umbrellas. I've been to several Airbnbs and this one is in my Top list to return to very soon. Thank you so much for everything Maria.

Our time at this place went by very quickly. Excellent service. Great host.

It's an excellent house, a very safe subdivision. The common areas (terrace, pool, gardens) are very spacious and larger than what you see in the photographs. Be careful with the room that is on the upper floor, it is preferable for young people, the staircase is a bit difficult and since it has no bathroom upstairs you usually have to go up and down several times. The people who took care of us are very friendly and helpful. It's important to bring repellent, although they fumigate frequently, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

It was an excellent stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was impeccable. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and Maria was always available and in contact with us. We'll definitely be back!!!

Maria was always approachable and very clear with the description. “La Patrona” is a quiet, beautiful place and perfect for resting. If you're planning a family trip, this is the place for you. It offers an alternative massage and is VERY WORTH IT. We'll be back soon!

The house is located in a closed suburb and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was very easy to get to and upon our arrival everything was ready and even welcomed us with some amenities. Very comfortable beds and very cool rooms since they all have air conditioning, we really appreciated it since it was very hot during our stay. The land is very spacious with a beautiful garden, we had beautiful sunsets and unmissable views. We were a group of 10 people and we were very comfortable since the house is very spacious and with very careful and beautiful decor. The people who take care of the house are a great plus since they help you at all times with any questions or additional support with the pool, cleaning and orientation about the house. We would definitely come back for a weekend with family and friends :)

In short, it was the best choice, a very nice house but above all in excellent condition, you can see the care in taking care of every detail, Maria was very attentive to me, Alicia and David was always attentive to our needs and with a great attitude. We'll be back soon and definitely recommend.

It was an incredible experience, the house, the patios, the super comfortable rooms, everything for incredible selfies, the excellent grill for family coexistence, a smart home with all the amenities. The service staff is always attentive to support us, Without thinking I would return.

The house is very nice, it has a large garden, very large heated pool, the bedrooms of good size, it has everything you need to not worry about anything, the attention of Alicia who takes care of the place, helps you in everything, there are two other people who support you in what you need, Maria is always on the lookout and worried that everything is in order, the decoration of the house is magnificent, I definitely recommend it, I hope to return soon.

Our stay at the house was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated and has a prime location within the residential development, which gives it a great view of the valley and the opportunity to watch beautiful sunsets. The condominium is very safe and has great surveillance. The facilities are very nice, comfortable, spacious and very clean. A good-sized open kitchen with equipment beyond what is expected and common for a place for rent. Beautiful gardens and trees on the property. Pool and Jacuzzi with temperature to the guest's liking. We didn't have to pay any extra costs for the use of the air conditioning, pool heating or service. Excellent option to spend a few quiet days and relax! María was very attentive at all times, from before our arrival, as well as the support staff at the house. The service girl was very helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back whenever we can. We highly recommend it!!!
