Great stay, great place. Juan Vicente was always available in minutes. The apartment was very nice and spacious, and the beach was very easy to access. We were very happy and hope to return very soon.

Los Veneros is beautiful, its facilities are impeccable, and the beach is the best part. Juan's property is amazing, comfortable, super clean, and has everything you need to spend some extraordinary days. We would definitely always like to come back. We had a great time, the service was 10/10, and in general everything was excellent.

Amazing place, very peaceful and relaxing week on Los Veneros beach. Travelled with my wife and 2 teenagers, we had a great time in the ocean and pools. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated with a great view.

Juan Vicente’s condo was a perfect place for my family of 4 to spend the holiday week. We had our college aged kids with us so the condo had enough space for all of us to spend time together but also provide privacy. The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and a short walk to the beach. The beach was one of the best we’ve visited in the entire region. Los Veneros is beautifully kept…a cross between a peaceful relaxation beach stay and the beautiful wild of the jungle. The only issue is that there was a water leak above that leaked into the balcony, however Juan Vicente was very responsive and maintenance took care of things very quickly. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

This was our 3rd year staying with Juan at Los Veneros and we hope to return every year. I travel with my 3 kids (now 8, 6 and 4) and the space is perfectly set up for our family with good bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The pools are a favorite part of our stay because they are large and the water is comfortable. The beach is beautiful and fun to play on. The staff at Los Veneros offered us goggles and sand toys which was so nice. We forgot salt but could buy it at the market along with other basics. We always go eat at the W Hotel next door and the meal is delicious.

Spacious accommodations, looked better than photos, beautiful/well maintained grounds and lovely pools. Plenty of cabanas and pool/beach chairs. Stock up at the market and use the well appointed kitchen or grill. Would absolutely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Juan was always available and helpful. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. I enjoyed my daily walks on the gorgeous beach, and watching the surfers. It was a very peaceful and relaxing holiday

Wonderful place! Steps to the beach. Cleaning daily or as often as you want. Juan can locate a chef for you to cook in the unit. Just perfect all around!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Los Veneros! The property is nestled in a tropical setting and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from our housekeeper Cameron. The living area was spacious, beautifully decorated and opened to the outdoor area with stunning views of the surrounding landscape, resort pool, and ocean. There was a market and cafe on the resort, just a short walk from the unit. And the beach was close by and easily accessible with lots of included beachside amenities. Our host and housekeeper really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering recommendations and arranging safe transportation to nearby attractions. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough to anyone looking for a magical tropical getaway in Mexico. It was an unforgettable experience, and we are already planning our return. Thank you for making our vacation truly spectacular!

This is a beautiful, serene and gracious place that was perfect for our family. Everything was lovely, well-maintained and designed to make our stay easy and elegant - in a non-fussy way. (For example, nice throws in the master bedroom for cozy naps.) The kitchen was well-equipped, the view off the terrace was fabulous, and we had a great time. Thank you, Juan Vicente! The accommodations and locations is more beautiful than what is described. We have been to Punta Mita numerous times and this was the best experience we have ever had. What made it more special was Juan Vicente. He was very responsive to all of our questions and even assisted us in finding a great chef. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful place. We loved it a lot! The beach was pretty empty so it felt like a private resort. We had an amazing massage on the beach by one of the local vendors. Carmen, our housekeeper, was very helpful & friendly. We are definitely coming back next year around this time of the year when weather is not too hot. Thank you Juan! Hasta pronto.

After 3 years coming to the area, my family finally found the place we plan to return to year after year! I came with my 3 kids (2,4,6yo) and everything was perfect. The place is even better than in photos and the house was stacked full of everything you could need. The rooms come with (nearly) blackout shades, which was super helpful for napping kids. The pools were warm and good for swimmers and non-swimmers too. My kids loved being at the pool close to the beach for the shallow part. A couple tips; you can order 20 liters of water from security for $2.50USD. We ate at the W Hotel Venazu restaurant and had the most incredible meal. It was $120 for the 5 of us and my kids had leftovers for lunch the next day (huge portions). We ate at Cotidiano- a little restaurant and market attached to Los Veneros- and the food was good the price was great. Between these restaurants no rental car is needed. The building got rowdy our last night but it was mostly quiet. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay Restaurant at Veneros was hard to find. W restaurant over priced. No menu in room but Veneros condos has great food and room service which we didn’t know. Security lady from next block to Buga said no access to those pools??

What a beautiful place! We stayed there for 4 nights and used it as our headquarter for the preparation for our son's wedding which was at the W Hotel, right next door. It worked perfectly, very spacious, beautiful decor with a big balcony overlooking the pool and the beach so you can watch very stunning sunset! It has a very nice gym and a very good restaurant next to it. Everything we had there were delicious! It's beyond expectation! Juan was very responsive to everything we needed. Carmen the housekeeper was so nice and delightful! One morning she cooked delicious breakfast for us (our request with extra fee). We really enjoyed her! We don't mind coming back here again! Highly recommended! Thank you very much for hosting us!

As a family of 5 we loved our stay in this condo. It was so spacious with all the amenities a family needs. The grounds and pools are absolutely beautiful. My kids were free (and safe) to roam anywhere they liked and they had a blast. The beach is definitely one of the nicest you will find this side of Mexico. Come prepared with groceries (as the hotel next door is definitely expensive) or otherwise get Amanda the lovely housekeeper to cook you fantastic Mexican meals (for a fee - that does add up $ but definitely worth it).

What we loved the most is that the residences have access to a 5 star hotel next door so you dont have to cook if you dont feel like - food is amazing and there are several options to choose from. This unit was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean. Juan was very prompt answering any questions or recommendations I needed. Carmen, our house keeper couldn’t do enough and was very gracious. I’m already planning my next trip!!

An excellent place, the apartment is very nice and spacious, and the beach area and pools are excellent.

Five of us in three generations stayed in Juan Vicente's apartment in Los Veneros to attend a May wedding held at a villa in a nearby gated community. The location (roughly a 40-minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta airport) was perfect for us. So was the apartment's layout, with one very spacious master suite for the older folks and two functional but not fancy bedrooms for the younger ones. The view is superb from the outdoor porch where we ate most meals: swimming pools, lovely gardens, and the Pacific. You stroll across the property to the beach in a couple of minutes. The firm sand is great for walking, and the rolling waves of Banderas Bay never take a day off. Carmen, the apartment's housekeeper, doesn't seem to either. She comes in for a few hours to clean up, make the beds, launder the towels, and she will cook for a fee. Very friendly and helpful; if your Spanish is lacking, she's ready with Google Translate. Juan Vicente is responsive by text to any problems Carmen can't handle. Things to know: there's a restaurant and tiny convenience store at the building next door, as well as pricier options steps away at the W hotel. If you plan to do much cooking or have a continental breakfast in the apartment, you'll want to stop at a supermarket on the way from the airport. La Comer in Bucerias is a good one. A rental car is very handy for this location. Los Veneros is not walking distance to any town. The apartment has a parking spot in the indoor garage. We did see people using taxis. Los Veneros security is good. You pass through two security gatehouses to reach the complex; anyone who works in the resort is searched on their way out. We were there in the offseason between Easter Week and summer. During the week, we almost had the place (and the beach) to ourselves; some apartment owners showed up for the weekend. If you're looking to socialize and drink, there's a beach bar next door at the W. We ventured out for one very good meal at Casa Tradicional Cocina Mexicana, which is a few kilometers up the highway toward Punta de Mita. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of Los Veneros, the pools, and the ocean. All in all, we highly recommend Juan Vicente's apartment as long as the location suits you.

My family and I had the greatest time at Juan Vicente’s. We loved that Carmen came everyday to tidy up the place and We hired Chef Adriana as his recommendation. I’ve stayed at the W across and St Regis in Punta Mita and this place has been my favorite. The beach access is amazing, there are 4 pools you can access (kid friendly) and there is a restaurant/bar on site that offers service to the pool. Additionally, the place has 24hr security, maintenance team and the community staff is outstanding. I will definitely coming back here whenever we travel back to Punta Mita!

What a view!! Very spacious condo and an awesome lush view all the way down to the ocean. Cleaning every day was nice and the grounds were amazing. Juan was quick to respond every time we had a question. The beach and pools had plenty of lounge chairs and it was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a gem. We wanted to avoid the crowds due to covid and this was exactly what we had hoped for. The W hotel is next door if you want a fancy expensive drink or to take sunset photos on the mosaic pier. Saturday night there wad a wedding at the W. The noise didn't bother us. It was only 1 night for a few hours, in fact we walked over to check it out and arrived just in time for the fireworks show. The pool was amazing as was the beach. The complex has a decent restaurant and staff patrol the pool and beach to take your order. We were 7 adults and 2 kids. Juan's place was spacious, clean, and the views were amazing. Carmen cooked us delicious meals and our unit was cleaned regularly. If the opportunity presented itself, we would definately stay here again. Juan is happy to answer any questions before and during your trip. We took our PCR test in Sayulita a couple of days before our flight and took the opportunity to see the town.

This is a place where you can enjoy memorable holidays. It is a fully equipped unit with all you need for cooking. You will love it. Reality is above and beyond that the pictures.

We traveled as a family, 7 adults... The place is very quiet, everything as we expected. The social area and terrace are quite spacious, the pools were almost always without people, we enjoyed them very much. The sea with some swell, but so much fun! Carmen gave us excellent service and was always available. Adriana the cook, she really made our trip very special, excellent food, very good service, and very attentive. Juan Vicente, he was always within reach and attentive to us... We will definitely be back!

This was our second visit to this stretch of beach. On our first trip, we stayed at the W Punta Mita, which was amazing, but small for a full week stay for our family. We had seen Los Veneros and decided we would stay there next time. It did not disappoint! The complex is beautiful, the grounds and pools are fantastic and the beach is the same great beach on Bahia Banderas. This unit is in the third building from the ocean, but it’s location on the second floor in the middle of the building makes the views spectacular. And, there is a heated pool right below the unit that felt like a private pool most of the week. Juan Vicente was a great host - super responsive and accommodating. The unit itself was spacious, clean and well done. We loved the doors that opened all the way to the patio and provided indoor/outdoor living. Even the daily housekeeper was always smiling and happy to help. We will definitely be back again!

Best place inside the Riviera de Nayarit

Vicente was always available and promptly addressed and responded to our messages; Carmelita's housekeeping service was excellent! Always very willing to help. The unit is very spacious and comfortable, and the condominium's location and amenities are excellent. Highly recommended.

This is one of the most amazing places my family has ever stayed! The grounds are beautiful and kept up daily. The pools were exquisite, super warm and not crowded. The condo itself is large open and airy. Our housekeeper Carmen was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kitchen and rooms are well appointed and the showers are super powerful which feels great after a day in the ocean/pool! The only things to be aware of. The beds are Very firm. For a condo this nice, I would expect a much more comfortable bed. Also, I was surprised to find no stereo. Other than that, incredible! We would love to come back to Veneros!!!!
