We had an incredible time. The staff was excellent and the food was spectacular. Lupita even showed us how to make her super hot salsa. We loved every minute. Most of us never even left the villa except to go down to the beach bar. We had a great time.

We had an amazing stay at Karla’s villa in Puerto Vallarta! The home was beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for our group. The staff on-site were incredible and really made the experience special, from the food to the overall hospitality. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and the space itself was even better than expected. The pictures are only the start - wait until you see this place in-person! It was also very helpful that the beach trail was a very short walk away, and we could be into town in about 15 minutes. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone traveling with a group and would love to stay here again.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa! It’s absolutely huge, breathtakingly beautiful, and filled with authentic Mexican culture in every detail. The views were absolutely stunning. Karla was always quick to respond to any questions, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The house crew went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and so helpful. Kevin made the best drinks, and was quick to help us with anything we needed. Fili, the house manager, was helpful throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend!

An Unforgettable Stay – Truly Beyond Expectations! This house was absolutely amazing—truly, the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s the perfect place for large groups, with more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible staff. Fili and Kevin were extraordinary—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. By the end of our trip, they felt like part of the family! And let’s talk about the chef—the food was hands down the best we had during our entire stay. We ventured into town for lunch one day, but honestly, nothing compared to the meals at the house. After that, we decided to enjoy all our meals there—and we were never disappointed. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend! We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We recently had our wedding at Casa La Villita and it was a wonderful place to host the wedding as well as having our family stay. The rooms were clean and each had their own air conditioning. Location was great as it is close to town via uber or taxi but just far enough away to be quiet. The onsite staff was amazing and was very helpful with our stay as well as preparing for the wedding.

We has a group of about 30 people for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party and this was the perfect place for it! The villa is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!

Loved the home and staff. Surprised we had to pay cash (no other payment choice) for food and beverage each day if not using the food and beverage package every day. Need options options other than cash. Tell guests upfront. Staff at home were wonderful

I honestly can't begin to describe how much we loved this place. We went with 25 guys for a bachelor party and it was perfect. Honestly the pictures do not do it justice, there were so many rooms and chillin areas, the pool area is bigger than it looks, multiple rooftops and balconies to choose from, really just above & beyond what the photos show. Another pleasant surprise was the staff, there is a house manager, a bartender, a chef, and a cleaner and they really made our trip. We ended up eating every meal at the house because we loved the food and it was a great price. Filly the house manager picked up groceries and drinks for us as we needed them and was able to help us out with everything else we needed. Karla was great to communicate with leading up to the trip and answered all our questions and helped set us up for a relaxing and great time! I could go on and on and on about this place but I cannot recommend this house enough and really hope I am able to come back some day!

This is house was amazing! This house met every expectations we had. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! They were able to help us with transportation and excursions. The food was excellent! I will be definitely booking with Casa La Villita again.

My group's trip stay here was great. Karla's communication was responsive and helpful. Fili and Kevin provided great service and were extremely helpful throughout our entire stay. The property had so much space that my group of 16 didn't even have enough chances to take advantage of it all. It is also located just far enough to be in a quieter neighborhood but close enough to where you would want to be. My group was very grateful for the number of bathrooms and to have AC in each room. The tacos we had at the villa for dinner were on par, if not better, than some of the ones we had eating out. The WIFI, however, was very spotty in many locations in the villa as it was hard for some of my group to get work done during the day on their computers.

We decided to use this location for a company off-site event and it turned out to be the perfect place for it. Fili and the team took great care of us, even going above and beyond by clearing out new space for us to get work done during the day. Karla was very communicative for the months leading up to the stay and thereafter. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Book with confidence on this one!

Hosted a birthday party for 30 people and all were very comfortable and taken care of, as each bedroom had its own bathroom and AC was working great. The host was responsive pre-trip, and during the trip we had a number of staff that were always ready and available to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is great as it is super close the airport, and transportation services arranged by the host were convenient. The AirBnB itself is conducive to a large group with plenty of privacy but also beautiful areas to gather.

I booked this Airbnb for a 19 person bachelor party, and I would absolutely book this again! Fili (concierge) and his gracious team accommodated our every need and made our trip a dream. Lupe cooked flavorful, delicious, authentic Mexican meals. You have to get the meal package for your entire stay. The house is so exquisite that you may never want to leave!

If you are looking for a large authentic Mexican villa to stay in with family and friends this property will not disappoint. The villa is very spacious and filled with lots of surprises. All the rooms are unique, the beds were comfortable and have their own bathrooms. However with such great views from the Sun deck and a fun pool you won’t be in your room much. The staff is unbelievable and makes sure each day you have what you need and they even clean for you. The meals we had were SO good we ended up canceling dinner reservations out and asking the staff to cook for us almost every night of our stay. Hands down best tacos our crew has ever had and the majority of us are from San Diego and we know tacos! The beach is a short walk and you can even walk into town from the house although I was perfectly content sitting up on the rooftop deck and watching the whales breach. The home felt safe and it was in a very convenient location. Thanks to the host and her amazing staff I had an amazing 40th Birthday trip with 16 of my friends and didn’t have to worry about a thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Had a family reunion with 22 guests. The house was perfect for our size crew. The staff is fantastic. Very helpful in every respect. We had breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner at the house 3 days and each time the food and experience were great. The home is in good shape. Lovely pool and short walk to a very quiet beach. About 3/4 of a mile to the large public beach. Fili and team did a great job.

Excellent venue and staff. The house has many rooms and indoor and outdoor areas - worked perfectly for a large friend get together (Friendsgiving). Staff was excellent and communicative and prepared delicious meals and snacks. Would work well for large family get togethers, small/medium weddings, etcetera.

Casa La Villita exceeded our expectations not only because of the venue's expansive space that allowed for large group gathering as well as privacy, when needed, but also because of the incredible staff that ensured our vacation was a huge success! Our group of 15 felt well taken care of by the staff who not only prepared meals for us, brought drinks and snacks, cleaned, etc., but also helped us coordinate excursions, transportation, and dinner reservations. The villa's location was also ideal with easy access to the beach and all of the attractions the Zona Romantica has to offer.

This house is very nice, large for a large group and too comfortable. FILI is the one in charge, he was there 24 hours a day taking care of us and helping us with absolutely everything. He was very helpful and the food at the house is delicious! Everything was very clean! 100 percent recommended

The house is beautiful, perfect for a large group. We enjoyed the ocean views and the swimming pool. The staff were incredible--we ate like kings for the entirety of our stay. Karla was easy to communicate with. All in all, this is a great place to stay. The only thing travelers should be aware of is that, when you book the place, you won't actually have access to all the rooms unless you pay more. This ended up not being a huge deal for us, but it's something large groups should keep in mind when budgeting for the trip.

Wonderful place!! I believe it is the best location in the city and a two minute walk to the beach. The host was very responsive. And the staff was absolutely wonderful I highly recommend using the chef Lupe. We will definitely be back.
