Everything is excellent! The photos don't do the house justice (it's much prettier in person). Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. Daniela was super friendly.

Tepoztlán is magical, and the house fits this concept perfectly. Daniela helped me a lot with requests to have access to activities that made our stay more pleasant, quickly and efficiently.

The stay exceeded my expectations and those of the other 12 guests. In other places, they charge you for heating the water; here, as soon as we arrived, a child wanted to get into the pool, and it was already at the perfect temperature. The location is good for a house of that size; you have total privacy and space for several couples/families. The assistant who welcomed us was very friendly and available in case we needed anything, but without intruding on the privacy you are looking for on your vacation. I recommend this house, 10 out of 10.

The house is very nice, and the mountain views are spectacular. We were 16 adults and 5 children, and we were all very comfortable during our stay. A big plus was that they allowed us to bring dogs, and they were also quite flexible with check-in and check-out times. Daniela was always available for everything we needed, which made the experience even better. The extra cleaning staff and the cook were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a place I highly recommend for its excellent value for money. The only thing that could be improved is that the front façade could benefit from a bit of maintenance, but other than that, everything was great.

Great place!

The views of the surrounding mountains from the Villa are awesome. It was very nice to wake up and have a coffee outside with these views. The house was very comfortable and well appointed for the large family gathering we had. Daniella was very responsive to our questions. All in all a great stay.

My friends and I stayed at Daniela's house for a wedding, we all agreed that it is an INCREDIBLE house!! We really loved it, it is a house that you never want to leave because of everything and how beautiful it is, everything is really incredible, Daniela's attention was incredible, always attentive before, during and after the stay, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay in that house again

Daniella’s house is beautiful. The view of Tepozteco mountains is stunning. Great pool to chill. Had space for 6 cars in internal parking lot, super use-full. Super recomennded for big or small groups.

Daniella’s place was incredible! A separate host reached to me and was available 24/7 for anything we needed. They offered cleaning and cooking services, groceries and even make up if we needed since we were going to a wedding. Thank you for everything!

We spent a weekend in this accommodation which has a wonderful view, the house is large, has many rooms, the decor is very good, the garden, the plants and the trees were super well cared for, the house was very clean and tidy, we had a great time, Daniella was in communication with us she gave us the very clear arrival instructions and Melany's support during the weekend was very good. We definitely highly recommend this home.

The stay was amazing. Dany helped us with a video and photos for check-in (which we appreciated), and she helped us with breakfast, which for us was the best part, because you don't waste time thinking about what you'll do on your days off. We couldn't turn on the TVs, but that worked out great for us because we had even more family time together, and honestly, we didn't have time to do it between the pool, the garden, the board games, etc. Very nice weekend!

The view is beautiful and the inside and outside spaces very well laid out and invite you to hang out with family or friends. Beautiful home, we all love it!! She is extremely comfortable and private, the owner and caretakers of the house are always very friendly. The pool is warm the whole time, which we were able to get in without a problem. We took our puppies and they were happy too 🫶🏻 Highly recommended house (:

A very spacious house, perfect for large groups, and very friendly service.

Everything was great, we traveled for a wedding and several groups stayed at the house. They supported us in coordinating the arrival and made it easy for everyone. The person in the house is very attentive and respectful. The impeccable rooms and the sofa beds are actually futons, it was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds, good internet signal, huge garden where the dog could run and enjoy all day. They provide everything you need to make your stay unparalleled. Thank you all! We'll definitely be back soon!

Beautiful place and surroundings, very nice décor, and a comfortable house for a large group. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the location of the Airbnb to avoid confusion, but our stay was perfect! We would have loved to stay longer and make the most of the Airbnb.

An amazing place, a very spacious and comfortable house with spectacular scenery. There were 17 of us and several dogs and we didn't even feel it. Very good communication with Daniella and the people who helped us with the cleaning and cooking service, always very friendly. We couldn't enjoy the pool as much because it was cold for the season. For the night it would have been ideal to have a fireplace outside, since it is very nice to be there. Some large pots are missing for large groups, but overall, it is a highly recommended house. We had a great time!

The house is very nice and spacious, perfect for sharing because each bedroom has its own bathroom. I don't recommend going in cold months because the pool water is icy, the panels are not enough to heat them. There is no flexibility in check-in and check-out times. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and having fun with the children.

A truly incredible place to stay in Tepoztlan. It's even better and more spacious than the pictures if you can imagine. Natasha/Daniella were very responsive and helpful in coordinating all of the travel plans for myself and my guests. The staff on site were kind and wonderful to work with. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Natasha and her team were incredible. As the gate opened and we walked onto the property, we got teary-eyed. The home and the view of the mountains was just stunning. Pure magic. The home was clean and beautifully designed, the communication with Natasha was wonderful, the on-site team was kind and helpful, and the pool/backyard were ideal. We couldn’t have chosen a better space. Having a bathroom attached to each room was a real plus for our group too! Highly recommended and hope to return!

Beautiful, beautiful home. This home was very large and perfect for our family gathering. Natasha the owner is great to work with, everything was perfect. The kithen has absolutely everything you need, the dining table was large enough for all of us, the living room areas were cozy and there is enough seating for all the family to visit. The kids loved the pool and the yard. An extremely beautiful home, beautiful mountian views, the perfect AirBnB.

The house is very nice and quite spacious. It has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends. Mr. Miguel and his wife were very kind and were always attentive. Communication with Natasha and Daniella was very attentive and efficient. We had no trouble locating the house. The view is amazing and the area is very safe. Housekeeping and waiter service are available, but it is additional. The only drawback was that there was no hot water in one of the bungalows in the house :( but overall everything was excellent. I recommend the place at 100. We hope to return very soon :)
