Gorgeous place. The place was clean, tidy and well designed. My favorite part was the view from the bedroom and the extremely easy access to the beautiful beach from the back patio. Will be booking with Elizabeth again in the future, she was always available to answer questions and help with anything.

Elizabeth was super responsive. We ran into a snag with the AC units but she was quick to respond and get it fixed. The location was perfect and made for a very relaxing time. We have never been to this area before but felt safe and easily found our way around. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Beautiful place! She had snacks and cold drinking water available upon arrival ! The king bed was super comfortable and the bed linens were perfect. Extra Serta pillows, extra towels and blankets… We drank our coffee on the beachside patio each morning

It's on pretty beach not on turtles, it smells a little damp. But it was very clean

We loved the place! There was four of us so it was a tiny bit small but we were out exploring most of the time anyways. The location was close to the ferry and it was easy to get a taxi or hop on the bus. Elizabeth was a great host, quick to respond and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Hard to believe but exactly like the photos. Ferry to isla mujeres 100m away is pretty neat also.

the unit was as advertised! great beachfront location on a semi private beach! nice patio with steps right onto the beach! the unit was newly renovated and modern with beautiful linens and decor! will definitely be back! Elizabeth was a great host and very attentive and proactive! She arranged for someone to meet us when we got there! that made it very easy!

I cannot express how amazing it is to walk out to this beautiful beach! Amazing responsive host, secure perimeters at all times, clean and comfortable airbnb all around! Our family of four had an amazing time here and we would definitely stay again!! Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous time at Elizabeth’s condo! It absolutely lived up to the pictures and we could literally walk out on to the beach and into the ocean in 30 seconds. My friend has issues with her knees but the beach and walk into the ocean were super accessible and safe so she was in the water all the time. We felt very safe in this location and it was honestly lovely. Elizabeth was very responsive. There were some restaurants ( we did the more casual ones) nearby and easy ride to Walmart. Although cabs are parked at the end of the street, we realized Uber was now in Cancun and was significantly less expensive and picked you up outside the gate so easy access to travel to shops/restaurants. You could also take the local bus if you chose. We would absolutely stay there again. We had an amazing time and Elizabeth was an excellent host.

We just finished a great 9 night stay. There were 2 couples and while it was smallish, we spent most of our days on the beach and our evenings on the balcony with the sliding doors open, so we didn't really mind. This place was perfect! My favorite parts were being able to open the sliding doors in the living room to the balcony allowing for the warm breeze to come in and the easy access to the (pretty private) beach. We always had the use of the palapa right outside our steps and the lounge chairs. There were always people on the beach, but it was still pretty private to us. Honestly, I think this is the best condo at the Bellamar because of its location, outside space and instant access to the beach. We did find some really good places to eat within walking distance, and also fixed some meals from some groceries we bought at Costco. Elizabeth was great and responded to all questions quickly. She even set up airport pick up and return which was very appreciated!

The condo is well appointed and we loved that we could walk right out to the beach. The condo is small (we had 4 adults, and although there are 2 bedrooms it would work better for 2). We never felt unsafe -- the rear entrance is secured with gate and security guard and the beach area was patrolled. The patio is a nice spot for coffee and the pool was rarely occupied. The grounds and beach were well kept. We could walk to several inexpensive restaurants - Sirenas Raw Bar is the closest, but we also walked to Carnitas Michoacan and Mar de Miel (breakfast/lunch) and Cocos and Grill. It was a $10 taxi ride to Costco We enjoyed watching the boats from our patio - the noise from the pirate ships didn't bother us. We did an all inclusive catamaran/snorkeling trip to Isla Mujeres through Golden Caribbean (taxi ride or 30 minute walk) and had a great time. The beach is nice but very calm and it is not the magical blue of the southern hotel zone. Would be good for young children.

I stayed here with my 3 girls. We loved the condo! It is immaculate with all new fixtures and every room has its own AC and fan! The beds were very comfortable. There were beach towels, extra water, snacks, sodas, shampoo/cond, blow dryer, all of that was appreciated. The 4 of us were very comfortable. Loved direct access to beach, the big tri fold doors to patio and the massive open windows in the master bedroom! The beach itself is soft sand, with lots of chairs, and private. We didn't get in the pool because it was too cold for us, but beautiful! The water is ok. Most of the hotels/condos on this side rake the grass in front so you can dip in. Walk 2 minutes to catch the Isla Mujeres ferry! Fantastic running trail up at the road. Not a lot of food options, but all of them across the street were amazing! We felt safe and secure. Everyone was kind and communication was great! Really appreciated holding our luggage before check in! Thank you!

This was our second stay in Elizabeth's apartment. We were there year ago, and we were so happy that we decided to come back. The experience was again magnificent in all aspects 😊 The residential complex is stunning, with impeccable interior design and exceptional taste. It is fully equipped with all necessary amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The most outstanding is the direct access to the private beach of the complex. Having ocean views from the room and the possibility of getting out on the sand from the living room makes the stay a dream come true. Elizabeth is exceptional as a host. She was always willing to help and answered our questions in minutes. Thank you for everything Elizabeth! We hope to come back again soon!

It is very well located, in the Hotel Zone, close to restaurants and tours of the area. The host has taken the time to make this Airbnb a real place to rest, with a beautiful set decoration, the entire apartment was very clean, definitely an overly cozy atmosphere and apart from the host left us gifts in the kitchen 😍 Feel free to visit this beautiful place. They won't regret it !!

We had a wonderful stay, couldn’t have been better. Elizabeth was super helpful/responsive and even helped us book transportation to/from the airport. The place itself is great—very clean and nicely decorated, and a highlight was the quiet and peaceful private beach. We’d definitely go back! Go to Deli Barlovento for food—right across the street and delicious. Thanks again!

Fantastic view (CANNOT beat it!), accurate description of accommodations, & ease of check-in. Thoughtful decor while maximizing space & amenities provided excellent. A few snags-a clogged bathroom sink wasn't addressed for a few days, so we ended up using the kitchen sink to brush in the a.m. Host apologized for not addressing it immediately. We also had issues with the shower & the water pressure, which I was told would be handled but wasn't. It wouldn't matter much if I didn't have so much hair, but it was tough trying to wet/wash. The shower door opens into the shower, so it gets a bit cumbersome. Of note: you are a $25 cab ride from the hotel zone & restaurants. Space is perfect for quiet time away if you're cooking in and aren't looking for nightlife. The beach area is rather small, and on my first day, I moved my beach chair closer to the shoreline and was immediately told to move back bc that's federal? IMO, It is great for families w/small kids. I would go back w/fam.

Elizabeth's beachfront condo is all you imagine, soft white sand, palm trees with shaded lounge chairs. The postcard beach views from the master bedroom and the livingroom are perfect. The condo is clean, modern and very attractive. All the linen and amenities are quality offerings. The bed is quite comfortable and the furnished private patio with direct access to the beach is great for morning coffee. My husband wants to make sure I mention how wonderful it was to find coffee provided. Thank you, it all came together at that point.

We loved every moment at Elizabeth’s home! It was more than we could’ve hoped for when booking on a short notice. Elizabeth was quick to respond, flexible, and there to answer any questions we had. Her team was kind and helpful as well! The location is perfect - walk right out to the beautiful beach, dine on the patio overlooking the water, and watch the wild life! The amenities and extras are great too! The king bed is very comfy (we didn’t use the other) and ACs keep it cool when you’re indoors. The place has been beautifully updated with quality touches and we enjoyed having smart TVs! Water is provided and we loved cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. I will note that being on the tip of the hotel zone, you do get a bit of party noise from the clubs and pirate ships, but the windows/doors buffer quite a bit and we slept soundly every night! We made the most of our stay with Elizabeth’s help and have found our home away from home in Cancun!

The apartment was so nicely designed. It was very comfortable for us during our stay. You can open the back sliding door and walk directly out to the beach, which was pretty magical. Elizabeth was very fast to respond to anything we needed. It was super quiet and peaceful. The beach is beautiful and seaweed cleared daily. Two things to consider for the stay. The large bed was quite firm, so we ended up sleeping in the guest bedroom double bed. Also, the neighborhood of the apartment doesn't have too many restaurants nearby (there are a few!), so we recommend buying groceries or planning for taxis.

Wow! Elizabeth’s place was truly amazing! She was quick to respond, kind and extremely helpful with any questions. It was safely gated and security staff is always present. The condo was wonderful just as the picture showed. The kitchen was well equipped and a large jug of water was provided. The beachfront access was just steps away to a beautiful oasis to relax and rejuvenate under a palapa or swim in the sea.

Eli's apartment is as pictured. It is a small , cozy apartment with everything you need for your stay . The details of the apartment are beautiful and stylish , you can see the care in each of them . The Uber to go to the hotel zone charged us around 150-200 MXN pesos depending on the time . There is a select Chedraui nearby where you can do the super very complete. There is an Oxxo , Savings Pharmacies and Starbucks nearby (walking , no need to take a taxi) You literally walk out the back and out onto the sand from the sea . There are palapitas, lounge chairs . You have the beach in front from your windows . The sea in this area doesn't have much current , zero waves and there are bubbles nearby . If you want to get into the sea, it's like a hot tub . My family and I like to get into the sea with more current and we walk to another beach. The ferry that leaves to Isla Mujeres is a 3 minute walk . My family and I took it a day and it was amazing .
