What an amazing stay we had at Ana's place. The home was right in town, with so many delicious restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! The beach was also a quick 10 minute walk away. The space itself was beautiful, peaceful and super spacious - we could have easily fit a group of 6. The kitchen was chock full of any appliace one could need (toaster oven, coffee maker, french press, etc.), although we did no cooking during our stay (no need to with the amount of amazing food options in town). It was a nice addition to have a cleaner come by twice during our week long stay to freshen the place up. It was also super easy to find, check in, and felt extremely secure and safe! I couldn't recommend this place more! Thanks for an amazing stay in San Pancho!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home—it’s even more beautiful in person and can't want to come back! The only thing I’d suggest is to give guests a heads-up about the cleaners and maintenance folk who come by every few days as they we're a bit of a surprise.

Very spacious and beautifully designed space. Walking distance to all amenities and beach. A nice retreat to come back to at the end of the day.

Host is a fantastic communicator. The place is well decorated, walkable to beach and town and also secluded for quiet in the evening.

Walkable to the beach and all the restaurants in San Pancho! The home was equipped with everything and more. We would absolutely love to stay here again :) thank you!

Ana's place was great for our group of 5! The house is located at the end of a street so it feels quiet but still so close to everything in San Pancho. The location is awesome and an easy walk to anywhere in town, including the beach. We definitely used the beach umbrellas and chairs almost every day and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a big brunch every day! Definitely recommend driving over to Lo de Marcos for a quieter beach vibe if that's more to your taste.

Loved our stay here! The place was beautiful, and also a very private space for our group of friends to come back to after a day out. The whole place was surprisingly really big. Could have spent every day of our vacation hanging out by the pool and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. There were tons of freshly cleaned blankets and towels which was super convenient. Would absolutely stay again!

Had a fantastic stay in San Pancho, and Ana’s place was a huge part of that!! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was perfect for our family trip, offering a serene place to refresh and relax during our trip.

The place is really pretty and well kept, the decoration is simple and beautiful. It has everything you need to be comfortable. It’s great for a family trip or a couples’ getaway (in our case 3 couples).

Casita Azul was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. Ana and Hector were responsive and proactive. We easily walked to restaurants and the beach daily. We hope to visit Casita Azul again soon.

A super cute house perfect for the holidays.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, clean, and functional. Private and quiet with a lot of space. The beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked great, and we slept very well the whole trip. Internet worked well. The location is very central to town, just a few blocks walk from all of the needs we had (food, coffee, atm, yoga). Do note that it's on a dark and unpaved side street, it feels totally safe but not ideal for people with low mobility.

My family, (my two sons and granddaughters ) had a great time at Ana's . The kids loved the pool. There was a lot of space and the kitchen was equipped well. Plenty of towels and blankets. Although we never meet Ana or Hector they were very responsive by email to any questions or concerns we had. They also recommended a driver to pick us up at the airport. All in all we had a great week in San Pancho and can't wait to return next year.

The space is huge, clean and has everything you need for a comfy stay. The pool is the perfect size and so necessary to cool off in the insane heat us Canadians with littles wouldn't have been able to handle it without!! Thanks for a lovely home away from home.

Loved our stay, the house was perfect and had everything we needed! The open design and natural lighting was so pretty & spending time in the pool in the evenings was the perfect way to enjoy the courtyard. We loved our time in San Pancho! Would def go back and recommend :)

A house with plenty of space and very clean. Good communication between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Ana’s place was great. It’s set off from the main road enough that it feels private but close enough to everything that you can walk anywhere. (The more prevalent mapping app that I’m apparently not allowed to name will tell you it’s halfway down the street on the right, but it’s actually all the way at the end of the street behind the black gate. I missed this in the description but Ana responded right away when I asked.) The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. We never had a bad meal (and Dough Joe’s breakfast is incredible, and only three-or-four-minute walk). Our 5yo daughter loved the pool. Having a housekeeper come every two or three days was perfect for our eight-day trip. San Pancho is magical. Go there—not Sayulita!

The house is beautiful. We had a very good time. It's in a very accessible area. Many thanks to Ana and Héctor for letting us stay there.

We loved our stay at Ana's. It was decorated beautifully. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great and taken care of. Internet was great and we could log into the smart TV to watch Netflix. She was very responsive. The extra apartment was really cool. About a 1/2 mile down to the beach, which was perfect because we could pick up supplies, fresh fruit and homemade bread on the way back. Love San Pancho and its vibe. The sunsets were absolutely stunning.

A very sweet and beautiful space with easy beach access and close to town :-) It was perfect for all of my friends!

Ana’s place was perfect for our family, close to town with private grounds and great interior design. High ceilings with large windows brought in lots of natural light. We kept cool with the fans and felt like we were in the jungle by the beach rather than just blasting the AC.

This place is perfect! It is about a ten minute walk to the beach but off the beaten path just enough to be a peaceful retreat. Hosts did such a great job with paying attention to all details. They were also quick to respond to any questions we had. Having access to the beach umbrella was key, as well as the laundry machine. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy and the pool was a lovely oasis after a long hot day at the beach.

Lovely spot that has everything you need for a beach getaway. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry facilities were nice to have, beds were comfortable and the space is big, open and bright. We enjoyed many mornings drinking coffee in the courtyard and felt right at home. The location is excellent being a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a lovely quiet oasis and the home and furnishing's were so calming and beautiful. The pool was perfect and although we didn't use it the Casita was a great option.

Ana’s house was a little oasis of tranquility! And Ana was a very responsive and helpful host. The house was modern and spacious. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with great neighbors. It is so close to amazing restaurants and very cute shops. There is even an organic health food store within very short walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We absolutely loved it. There were a couple of things , however, that would be good to know . On a few of the mornings that we were there someone was burning trash and the smell was intense…we had to close the windows and couldn’t be outside by the pool while it was happening. It usually only lasted an hour or so. The separate bedroom/kitchen is perfect for a single or couple but be aware that you must climb a very narrow and steep ladder to get to the loft bed. Not easy for everyone. The key to enter the whole place was a bit tricky to figure out but once we got the hang of it, after 3 days, it was easy.

Me and five friends had a wonderful stay at Anas! It was super spacious, clean, private and conveniently close to everything but away from much noise. Pool was such a much needed treat. Would definitely return for another peaceful vacation. Thank you for having us!

Fabulous stay at Ana and Hectors place! The space is massive!! Fully equipped kitchen, lovely quiet street with kind neighbours. Wifi is top notch. Truly the perfect stay!

Ana and Hector’s place is great. We spent 5 fantastic days with our 9 months old baby. The location is great and very quiet, yet close to all the restaurants and shops of the village. The house is large and very well equipped, beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool is very convenient to cool down when the sun hits hard or coming back from the beach. Ana and Hector have been very helpful before the arrival and during the stay, very nice and reactive each time we needed them. Can only recommend the place

Very stylish beautiful house. Quiet street but still close to everything. The hosts were amazing they even brought a crib for our baby on short notice. We loved everything about our stay here.

Incredible home with modern features, incredible skylights, comfortable seating & bedding, modern amenities, and amazing pool/outdoor space. The home in every aspect feels incredibly private, with an amazing outdoor shower and everything you need to never leave. But if you DO decide to leave, it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the bars & restaurants you’ll need during your stay. Ana & Hector were very communicative throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

Would stay here again. This place was perfect for our 5 adult and 1 kid group. We utilized each single space of the house. Location is perfect, off the Main Street and far enough of the town noises at night. I have no complaints. Met our expectations. Thanks Hector and Ana!

Great visit

The house is very nice and functional. We had a great time there.

Impeccable architecture meets style and comfort, this airbnb was an absolute dream. No need to think on this one just book straight away and I promise you will not regret it. Hosts were also incredibly lovely, great and quick communicators, and flexible. The house is situated at the end of a street off the main road so it's quiet and extremely safe but very close to the beach and all the action (if that's what you're looking for). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ana's home is exactly as pictured. It is very spacious and modern. We loved all the natural elements and the modern decor. We slept very well. We didn't use the guest suite as we didn't need to. The main home was plenty big for the four of us - 2 adults, 2 children. It was very hot when we were there but we did get relief from the AC units and fans. We loved that you could walk everywhere from her home. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I’ve spent 5 days with a group of fiends in Ana and Hectors’s hose and everything was just perfect. Is even better than in picture! I look forward to stay there soon. Super recommended.

Ana's place is wonderful. I have stayed in many Airbnbs, often they are generic and obviously owned by a property company with dozens of other units. This was not the case with Ana's wonderful home in Nayarit. You can tell it is a lovingly created vacation home and there are nice touches throughout. The build quality and quality of materials in the house are very, very high. One of my favorite Airbnb stays in nearly 10 years on the platform, I will definitely stay here again.

Ana's home was the perfect stay in San Pancho. The location was great, just a short walk to the main street and ocean, but located on a quiet street which allowed for deep sleeps and quiet mornings. The home is incredibly spacious, with all the comforts and a great kitchen. Would stay here again!

Excellent place! The pictures perfectly describe the house. An ideal location for visiting the area. Ana answered all my questions quickly. And I felt super comfortable at his house.

Amazing house! Very modern and spacious!! We had a group of 6 and it worked well for us. The pool was perfect for cooling off and having a communal hang out space. There are two double beds in the downstairs living area space - great for kids. Location is nice, short walk to town and beach. End of a sweet residential street. The cement floors can be very slippery when wet!!

The house is very spacious and very nice, as seen in the photos, it is close to the beach and the center of San Pancho, it has many useful objects to use there and on the beach and in general it is quite comfortable. Ana and Hector were always friendly and responded quickly. And not to mention the workers, very attentive. Excellent experience.

What is not to love about Ana + Hectors casa! It had everything we needed and was in a great location within walking distance to anything we needed. The design was beautiful and spacious, they also had a great office space and wifi, so working remotely wasn’t an issue at all. Thanks again for having us and we hope to be back soon! :)

We really enjoyed the design of this home, even more spacious then we had thought. The property is surrounded by a wall making it feel both private and safe. Very close walk to the town and beach, great location. We loved the pool, perfect size to hang out in during the heat of the day and our toddler had a blast! Monica the cleaner was very kind and thorough! I’d recommended bringing an eye mask if you are sensitive to morning light as the room darkening shades didn’t help much but the skylights and massive windows made for the amazing natural light!

Ana and Hector's house is incredible. It is so much larger than the photos suggest and it is absolutely stunning inside and out. We felt so lucky to have this house over Christmas and Ana and Hector were so lovely and very responsive. This house is a gem in a lovely town -- San Pancho is magical. We will be back again!

We had a great stay at Hector and Ana’s place. It is big and roomy but has plenty of nooks to get comfy in. Having the extra studio was super fun for the girls to hang out in and play. The pool was so refreshing, San Pancho was hot and sweaty during this time of the year. Communication was excellent, our messages were answered quickly and they had all the answers. Thank you! ✌️
