This is our third year staying at the Tessoro, and we really recommend it 100%.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very relaxing and calm exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Without a doubt would stay here again! Although the power went out and we weren’t able to get into our room, everyone tried their best effort to get us inside. That was the only bad part of our stay, cuz we slept on the pool beds for about 4hrs outside. The workers tried their best. The power outage was out of everyone’s control but again we wish there was a way for us to sleep in our room. We enjoyed the view of our stay. Every morning we would sit outside to catch the sunrise/sunset.

I would definitely go back to this beautiful home we absolutely loved how beautiful it was , pictures don’t do justice , we really enjoyed the beach and how peaceful it was not crowded at all loved the sunset on the balcony we had a great view, loved all the windows to look out ! We went a a family trip , I do have to say if you do a family trip this home has a bathroom in each room which is so convenient for large families once everyone wants to use the bathrooms ! I loved the concept of the decoration around the house ! As for going into town it wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be but honestly we left once or twice each day just to pick up food and come back we wanted to really enjoy the peace this home has and the beach ! Thankyou for allowing us to enjoy your home !

We had a truly wonderful stay. The condominium is in excellent condition—everything was very clean and well maintained. The views are simply beautiful and made the experience even more special. The service from the staff who welcomed us was excellent; they were always kind and attentive. In addition, the privacy of the condominium and the beach,which was very clean,allowed us to fully relax. Overall, it was an experience we truly enjoyed. We loved everything and will definitely be coming back very soon. Highly recommended! ✨

This out-of-the-way location was a real treat for our family holiday trip. The 10th floor wrap around porch gave amazing views of the Sea of Cortez day and night. Shopping was 20 minutes or less away so the kitchen was easy to keep stocked. Bobby (host) was super responsive and made the entire trip a success. Two thumbs up!

I loved it. I'll book again soon. Everything was clean, everything was in order. It's nicer in person than in photos. Only in the morning the power went out. That was the only drawback, but these are things that happen in nature.

The place was amazing, it had a beautiful view, 🤩 the kitchen had everything you needed to make any meal. I loved that they had extra blankets and too many towels available, mirrors in all the bathrooms of a very good size and in the master bedroom a full-length mirror that I had never seen in any other Airbnb and I think for a woman it is very important. 🤭 Everything in excellent condition. My family and I ended up very happy. In the pool area there is a food and beverage area and everything was very tasty.

My family had a great time here. We loved the area away from all the tourism. It’s about 20 minutes to everything. My only complaint is that the hot tub on the balcony doesn’t work and the listing doesn’t state that until you get a message a couple days before you check in. I did message Bobby and he said the price reflects that. Other than that everything was great and the security at the gate was super friendly. You basically have the beach to yourself which is super nice!

Bobby's place it's amazing! we had a lot of fun. The place is comfortable, private and has beautiful views; it is well stocked with all the furnishings needed to relax, be comfortable and cook there. Ricardo and Gaspar are very helpful, over-all staff in the complex are nice. Driving into town was about 15-20 minutes. We loved the privacy and the location, it felt safe. We will definitely book again next time we head to Peñasco!!

The place is very nice

We had an amazing time surrounded by a stunning desert landscape. The setup is perfect for families with children who love adventure and the outdoors. Our kids had a blast exploring the desert trails, and we felt completely at ease knowing the space was safe and family-friendly. The accommodations were comfortable, and the hosts thought of everything. The views were breathtaking, and the peacefulness of the desert was just what we needed to unwind. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience for our family. We can’t wait to come back for more adventures!

Truly!! I exceed our expectations by a lot, the condominium is beautiful, clean, the view super nice, the Super comfortable terrace, the cute pool area, Comfortable, nobody bothers you, it's super private, Nothing crowded, the beach is very nice and I also loved the privacy you have! I had problems connecting to the internet and marked and they went up right away and I Solucionaron, he Mr. Gaspar is very kind always attentive. It's far from convenience stores but No more than 20 min, if you bring your supplies the condominium has EVERYTHING to prepare your food. It's really worth it!! And we will definitely COME BACK 💕

Nice and comfortable place!!

This condominium has one of the best views in all of Puerto Peñasco, it is a very good place if you are looking for tranquility and privacy, Bobby answered immediately when I had a question. Definitely and highly recommended

Our stay was amazing and the views were breathtaking! First and foremost, you’ll LOVE the elevator allows you to walk straight into the home. As soon as you walk in you get to see how truly beautiful this place is. Then, you open up the windows and have a beautiful view of the ocean! Truly happy with our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook, seasonings galore and everything is so CLEAN! The rooms were clean and they had mini travel toiletries! Security is great and friendly. The beach is steps away and usually away from all of the other noise. So peace and again BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

My family of 18 really enjoyed our stay at Tessoro, we had a minor hiccup at Bobby's place with the A/C not working but we were accommodated in two condos but it 2turned out great!! Both places were clean gorgeous and had everything we needed. My family will stay here in the near future. Thank you for hosting our family to make lasting memories!

Perfect place and perfect host! It is true, Bobby is a Super host. The condo is nice and well mainteined. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need. Also there is a binder with very detailed information about the condo, restaurants, things to do, etc. It was a very helpful tool and something I'd never seen before in other Airbnb. Thank you Bobby! This is a perfect place with a private beach. I love it!

Great place to stay! The online pictures of the condo do not justice to just how pretty it really is. The views were amazing and my family and I truly enjoyed our stay!

We loved it. It is a very comfortable and quiet place for a large family, far from the noise. It is located on the 10th floor, you have an excellent view, the apartment is very nice and has everything you need. Around Tessoro there are beautiful esters for walking. Tessoro needs some maintenance but we were able to enjoy the hot tub as the pool is not heated and a few days before our trip Bobby let us know that the hot tub on our balcony was not working so we used the one in the building so we used the one in the building. At 7 kms there is a Six to buy basic things and the village of Peñasco is 10 kms. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Bobby

Excellent, the place is very beautiful and has everything necessary for the stay, also a spectacular view; only, I would like that you could make use of the laundry with fewer days of accommodation.

We come here every year with at least 8 ppl. Rocky start to our stay as for the first 3 hours, the power was knocked out in the Condo and we were without air and electricity in 95 degree weather. We left and went grocery shopping and bought food to eat right away as well. About 30 minutes after we got back, the lights were on and we were so happy! Private Beach, Infiniti pool, amenities for the pool in the room. Fully Stocked Kitchen. 180 degree Balcony. Big Table to dine in. Bathrooms in every room. Master bedroom is actually 2 twin size beds and they are memory foam (no spring). Very hard to get your "groove on" due to the memory foam and the bed being split down the middle, so perhaps use the Jacuzzi that's in the room. We love this place and if you have a large family it's perfect. Perfect location. About 15-20 out from most places which is fine. We will of course be back!!!

I loved this place! The condo was extremely clean and the view is INCREDIBLE. There is a binder inside the condo with all the info you need to have a great time. It has a description of each bedroom, how to use amenities, a list of restaurants and bars, a list of business cards with different services, etc.! Bobby was always available through message and was quick to respond. The jacuzzi and pool were never crowded and the beach was private. I will definitely be staying again!

Chk in was easy. Love that you enter condo with code versus having a key. Man at the entrance was very friendly and explained everything. Condo is very spacious and the view is amazing will stay here again five stars!!!!

Everything was excellent. The host and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The condominium was very clean and beautiful, with a spectacular view. It's just important to be prepared with whatever you need in terms of food or drinks, so you don't have to go out, because it's a bit remote. We loved it. It exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back every time we go to Rocky Point.

This place was amazing! Rooms were set up perfect for our family trip it was such a big spacious space with lots of beds. Communication with Bobby was great we had trouble with something and he immediately replied and set someone to fix it for us which was great. A very beautiful place with an amazing view.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! It's a tiny bit of a drive from town, but we appreciated the privacy and felt extremely safe and away from the crowds. The views are AMAZING!!! The condo had everything you could imagine in the kitchen, games, movies, etc. We loved the layout and our kids (all teenagers) were in heaven. It was very well decorated, with lots of nice touches!

Bobby your place is amazing. The only thing we had a bad comment was on the dish washer. Dish washer smelled like fish when it opened it but we still used it as a drying rack. 🙃. The kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The photos do not do this place justice! We will definitely be visiting again.

Highly recommend! Bobby is an awesome host and his condo is absolutely stunning. Communication was great and the host was able to accommodate our needs on a very short notice. The staff at Tessoro are all helpful and kind. We will definitely be booking with Bobby again in the future. Oh and how could I forget the MILLION DOLLAR VIEW! This condo has the most amazing view and it almost feels like you are on a cruise ship with the panoramic view of the ocean. Book it, you won't regret staying here!

We’ve had good Airbnb stays. We’ve had great Airbnb stays. But this one is AWESOME!!! This place knocked our socks off ~ straight out of a magazine. We will be back. Bobby is wonderful responding very quickly to all questions. The staff is great (ask Ricardo about getting shrimp cerviche delivered to your door).

Bobby's condo is a perfect location for a peaceful private getaway! We were practicallyall alone at the pool and on the private beach. The condo is so much bigger with two sitting areas overlooking the beach. The views are expectacular from each room in the condo. The Master suite has the most comfortable, individually controlled therapeutic reclining bed. We had everything we needed. Since the beach is crowd free and private, I suggest taking your own folding chairs and setup for some relaxation at the beach. Keep in mind this is away from Malecon area, restaurants and vendors. I look forward to going back to enjoy the peaceful place since the family we were with wanted to go to the Public beach.The staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions.

We just love Tessoro, and this is one of the better units we have stayed in at this property. You can’t beat the huge wrap around patio…it’s just amazing. If you are looking for relaxation and beauty away from the crowds, book this place!

The condo is excellent, the view from the 10th floor is breathtakingly beautiful, the entire condo has windows all around to enjoy the view. Bobby is a great host, always answers messages, he has the condo very well equipped, nothing is needed, the beds seem like a resort, especially the master bedroom . It is a place where you really rest and have fun !!!!

The unit is great! Really spacious and great view to the ocean throughout the unit. It is a great option if you are looking for something away from the main resort area, but it is still close enough to the center of peñasco.

The place is so beautiful and has amazing ocean views ! Pros : Super Clean , Has all amenities you might need, Awesome Pool, Very Spacious condo and it’s better than the pictures! Nice fresh air conditioner, Spacious rooms with own full bathroom , Well equipped kitchen, they sell tacos and drinks by the Pool area but they run out fast. You can talk to the guys working there they can help you contacting the right people to rent motorcycles, jetskis, horses etc. Cons: Distance from city could be a bit of a let down for some if you’re not comfortable leaving the condo to go get food , there is a gas station and pizzeria right in the corner exiting Camino las conchas , we didn’t have a problem driving back and forth but it Is maybe 15 minutes of all sandy road so if you have a small car it might be a problem we did see a small car get stuck on the way up so keep that in mind . The jacuzzi on the balcony the Jets weren’t working we told Gaspar one of the guys in charge there , I don’t know if they did fix it because we didn’t have time to use it again. I would recommend to buy enough groceries before getting there the kitchen has everything you need to make nice meals to stay and enjoy the beach and Pool. But if you do decide to go out there’s this little place where you will get amazing breakfast not too far out in the city it’s called Tortas Siria they have amazing chilaquiles , tacos dorados , mollete de chorizo and pancakes ! Overall AWESOME TRIP WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!

Our stay was excellent, very comfortable condominiums with cleanliness and a lot of quality. The pool and the beach were excellent. We loved it, and if we return..... the staff is very attentive to what we need and always very respectful.

This condo is amazing! Breathtaking views with everything you would ever need for a week away. The beds were the best! We slept like babies all week. Bobby and all the Tessoro staff were great to work with! Very helpful and if we ever had a question we got a response very quickly! We definitely will be renting this condo again!

I really recommend this place. It was very well maintained and high quality. Everything was so elegant and welcoming. The views were very impressive and we felt very safe having our kids and grand children. Bobby is an amazing host who was always quick to answering all of our questions and helping us. If I had to give a grade, I would give a 100%. We had a blast.
