Very nice house, everything is very clean, the jacuzzi works with a solar heater, so the water wasn't very hot, and it looks bigger than it is in the photos. Very nice area, super close to downtown San Miguel. I'd stay here again

The house is very beautiful, ideal for resting, and best of all, it is in a private area but very close to downtown, so we went out to explore the place at any time, since everything is at most 10 minutes away.

Everything was excellent. I think it would be helpful to have air conditioning in the living room area, since it's the social area. Everything else was excellent, and the fans help with ventilation.

Wonderful stay at Juan’s place. Perfect for the 5 day gathering of our family of 11. The House is magnificent, well appointed with a modern design. The backyard is splendid and private. Many a morning breakfast and early evenings cocktails overlooking the beautiful landscape. Excellent communication from Juan. Reina, the daily housekeeper a sweet addition. Place was extremely beautiful felt so comfortable and safe . Juan was very informative and communicated back immediately when I called or texted. Would highly recommend when in San Miguel Agende to call Juan or look for his property .

The house is very nice and comfortable; the furniture is a bit worn. Because there was a construction project on the property next door, there was a lot of dust, and the housekeeping service didn't clean unless we asked them to. Overall, everything was fine, and Juan was always attentive and helpful.

The house is amazing, very spacious and as shown in the photos. It has everything you need for an excellent stay. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, although in our case we did not use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly cannot say enough great things about this place! Jaun was amazing, responsive, helpful, and kind. His house easily fit my entire family with space to spare. The pool/hot tub was a comfortable temp to just lounge in, while the toddler had enough space to “swim”. But the real deal that made this place such an amazing time was Ms. Reyna and her wonderful breakfasts. It was so nice to not have to worry about food in the morning. She is a SAINT!!! We chose to be out of the city center on purpose, but it does limit your food options. We ate multiple times at the clubhouse and were not disappointed. Juan made it easy to get Ubers past the gates so we went into town everyday, sometimes multiple times. Only advice I would give my fellow American travelers is to get a VPN service as I didn’t realize I couldn’t stream using my regular apps in Mexico. We didn’t watch much tv so didn’t diminish our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Juan!!

We spent 2 nights at Juan's house, and everything was excellent The house is very spacious, and beautifully decorated, you can see the taste for art... The house is about 8 or 10 minutes from downtown, in a very nice and safe private area with a golf course... I would definitely stay there again

The house and the location are outstanding. Nice weekend or holiday home for families. Great spaces indoor and outdoor. Rooms are big enough, the pool is good enough. Backyard with a great view of the golf course. 5 minutes from San Miguel de Allende downtown. We enjoyed it a lot.

Everything was just like the photos and the house was very nice and comfortable, only the access with the subdivision guards was somewhat complicated since we went in 3 different cars and they only wanted to let 1 car pass but then they agreed. I have nothing bad to say about the house, since everything was a 10

We had an excellent stay at Juan’s property. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Juan was extremely responsive and attentive whenever we had any questions. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our experience even more enjoyable. We had a great time at La Casa de los Baúles and were always well taken care of by Juan. The house is very comfortable to travel as a family. It is located inside the Las Ventanas golf course, which is an impressive place. The whole house is full of decorative details and very well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely go back to this house.

We went to visit San Miguel with friends, incredible place to go with family or friends, Juan answered us and resolved a topic with the jacuzzi (we didn't know how to pick it up) and resolved it quickly. There was also transportation support that made it very easy for us to go downtown :) the airbnb itself is super comfortable, spacious, very nice rooms, super nice view on the golf course 10/10 we will go again

Juan’s place was excellent, it’s a very nice designed garden house with great views. The roof provides huge Jacuzzi with nice view of the gulf club. We enjoyed every second. Spontaneous experience, highly recommended!!!

A very nice house, with many rooms and bathrooms, the terrace with the very pleasant jacuzzi and the common areas very nice. Juan is an excellent host, always communicative, he answers you immediately and helps you with everything, I recommend the place 100%, we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is very cozy and spacious. The cleaning service was very helpful and good. I recommend renting it for the weekend or more days to be able to make the house well. We would like to stay again.
