This place was nice, great view, just a bit Hard to walk up the hill but overall amazing spot.

This was my first visit to San Juan del Sur and I loved my experience! Rakel is extremely responsive and helpful. Not only is the home beautiful, but the ocean/sunset view is 100% worth it! Obviously it’s at the top of the hill so the walk back up at the end of the night is an experience but the fact that it’s walkable into the town, if that’s your thing, it’s amazing. We loved Sabores de mi Patio for dinner and Tuani’s Restó Bar for lunch. Driveable to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to- Playa Hermosa. We loved our stay and our visit to San Juan del Sur!

This place is beautiful , very quiet, comfortable and has all the amenities you need for your vacations!

Please be mindful of the stairs required to get to this place. Otherwise it is beautiful and absolutely worth it!

Beautiful view from the house had everything we needed and was extremely close to everywhere we wanted to go! The pools were amazing and felt amazing loved the stay would definitely come back.

We’ve toured over five cities and stayed at five separate homes during our trip. This was our favorite location. The views are incredible, it’s so peaceful and quiet. We felt safe and secure at this location. I recommend Rakel and her place to everyone visiting Nicaragua, this will make you come back and leave a memorable vacation for your family.

Amazing home. Worth every penny

This place had breathtaking views, it was in a very secure, private neighborhood. IT was close enough to the city, but far enough away to not hear any of the past life. The house was beautiful and clean. The host very friendly and helpful. We loved everything about this place.

We loved our stay so much that we decided to stay an extra day! The place is clean, the directions to get there were clear, and it's just a short walk to the city. It's a very nice place that's well worth it!

Beautiful apartment on the heights of SJDS. Beautiful pools (shared with the other houses in the area) with a very beautiful view. Small bar and restaurant (expensive) nearby. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Some cats on the balcony. Nice smart TV if you want to watch a movie in the evening. A few minor comments: the Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, and access to the city on foot takes 15 minutes, with sections on an unpaved and unlit road.

The accommodation was nice and stylish. It's just very difficult there in a hot environment without a car… The city is about a 10-15 minute walk, 5 minutes by car. The pools are a 5-minute walk away on the premises. We were surprised that the restaurant and pool bar are only open on weekends. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms; it was hard to endure in the living room and kitchen during the day.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. Perfect place to stay when visiting San Juan del Sur!
