The master bedroom with a King size bed is situated on the ground level, with a large master bathroom, heated shower, plenty of closet storage and a private entrance. The second bedroom with two Queen beds is on the middle floor, also with its private bathroom, large storage closet and a balcony with a view. The kitchen, dining and living room is located upstairs, along with a third bathroom, a large balcony with adequate seating and a breathtaking view! Truly the best spot for sunsets! Other things to note The road leading up to phase two in Pelican Eyes development is gravel, but does not require a 4x4 vehicle. Take caution when walking, as it can be steep.
