Overall this was a very nice place. This house is located in a safe and quiet gated community and we never felt unsafe. The place is spacious with plenty of room for a large group of people. There is a daily maid service who was low key and never got in the way of our stay. There is a nice pool in the back yard with fold out furniture to relax by. The host's communication was stellar and she was always available to help or provide guidance as needed. Drinking water and ice makers were provided which is nice. The only things which could have been improved slightly was: The place is located behind 2 gates and it is a bit of a journey to get through security (armbands are required to be worn at all times) and it will require a taxi service to get to downtown or further. The wifi did not work upstairs. Still these items were minor and we enjoyed our stay here.

This was the perfect place to stay with my family. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, private, we loved it! The host was awesome, kind and always checking if there was a way to help us or something to recommend. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything

I was very impressed with the security of this home's location. The host was SO helpful and available for any questions or concerns. We had a private chef service that was provided by the host at an additional cost, which was fabulous. The food was delicious and helped us by going to the grocery store for items needed. Every day a housekeeper came to clean up. The backyard was beautiful and one of our favorite places to hang out with our guests. The pool was the perfect temperature. If we ever go back to Playa Del Carmen, we will definitely stay at this property! Photos are identical to what you see in person. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Loved this Villa! We got it to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was amazing Maca was super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend staying here. Very safe location

We can’t say enough good things about our stay and the service we received for such a reasonable price. Maca the host outdid herself helping us plan for our trip with 10 girls. She coordinated airport transport, groceries, and decorations and made it so easy to plan from afar. The daily cleaning service was amazing and made our stay feel like a hotel. Finally chef Michelle cooked us two meals that was the real standout. She cooked from the heart and everyone raved about how fresh and delicious her food was. If you stay here you must request chef Michelle!

Great spot!! The host helped coordinated shuttles for everything! It was a great experience! We had Michelle cook our last night and it was amazing!

Had a wonderful time in this place. The villa is very comfortable for 11 people. The amenities are good and the host went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.

Thank you for an amazing 50th birthday week with my friends and family! The house was just as it looked in the photos and was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and never feel crowded. The area was very safe and we walked to many places or took taxis but never felt like anything was too far away. Maca was wonderful with pre-planning. We had groceries and drinks waiting for us when we arrived and she gave us restaurant and excursion recommendations. The best was having Michelle the chef cook breakfast everyday as well as a few dinners and a lunch. Michelle’s food was literally better than any restaurant we went to and she was the nicest person ever!! The food was so delicious and creative! She made me the most wonderful birthday cake!!! Yum!! 5 stars for Michelle- she is worth every penny!! Thank you Maca and Michelle for truly the best week, better than I could have imagined! We will be back!

Great place. Spacious. Great location. We were able to comfortably accommodate a large family. Had a great time. There was a leak of water from the cable inlet into one of the bedrooms that occurred after there was a lot of rain and it continued for a few hours while it was raining The temperature of the pool water was too cold for swimming The cleaning crew showed at 7 am the day of checkout even though checkout time was 11.
