Overall this was a very nice place. This house is located in a safe and quiet gated community and we never felt unsafe. The place is spacious with plenty of room for a large group of people. There is a daily maid service who was low key and never got in the way of our stay. There is a nice pool in the back yard with fold out furniture to relax by. The host's communication was stellar and she was always available to help or provide guidance as needed. Drinking water and ice makers were provided which is nice. The only things which could have been improved slightly was: The place is located behind 2 gates and it is a bit of a journey to get through security (armbands are required to be worn at all times) and it will require a taxi service to get to downtown or further. The wifi did not work upstairs. Still these items were minor and we enjoyed our stay here.

I was very impressed with the security of this home's location. The host was SO helpful and available for any questions or concerns. We had a private chef service that was provided by the host at an additional cost, which was fabulous. The food was delicious and helped us by going to the grocery store for items needed. Every day a housekeeper came to clean up. The backyard was beautiful and one of our favorite places to hang out with our guests. The pool was the perfect temperature. If we ever go back to Playa Del Carmen, we will definitely stay at this property! Photos are identical to what you see in person. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay and the service we received for such a reasonable price. Maca the host outdid herself helping us plan for our trip with 10 girls. She coordinated airport transport, groceries, and decorations and made it so easy to plan from afar. The daily cleaning service was amazing and made our stay feel like a hotel. Finally chef Michelle cooked us two meals that was the real standout. She cooked from the heart and everyone raved about how fresh and delicious her food was. If you stay here you must request chef Michelle!

We loved the place, my group was happy with the place. The host Maca was amazing !! So helpful. The Chef Michelle served up 4 star incredible fresh and beautiful dinner. The maid was very quick and kept the house in order. She was super helpful in the kitchen too as there are many drawers and cabinets, ha! All in all the people that service and concierge the house were amazing. The house was very Italian and modern just as the description stated. There were two fridges with filtered bottled water attached so you could use the ice and water dispensers- brilliant! My favorite thoughtful thing! The stove is super cute a little hard to use at first it’s a gas stove that has a different but we learned quickly. The art pieces were funny and random. Which was a fun delight for the group. The faucets and toilets were quirky and some where needing a tune up but I’m sure that comes with time. The pool is missing a few tiles but totally swimmable and have pretty floral design in the pool.
