We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. The house was beautiful, very well maintained, and perfect for our group. The property is even more impressive in person, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend. Alejandra was a wonderful host. She was responsive, helpful, and gave great recommendations leading up to our trip. We booked a private chef she recommended for one of the nights, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the weekend. A special thank you to Luz, the house manager, who was amazing throughout our stay. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Valle de Bravo. Highly recommend this property for larger groups looking for a beautiful and well-run stay!

The house is beautiful! Ale helped us at all times. He arranged transportation for us to go to a wedding and in-home massages. The house has everything to enjoy a few days with the family. I definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful house, very well equipped and tidy. Alejandra is an excellent host, always attentive, very kind, and friendly. The service staff, Ms. Luz, cooks divinely, and she is a responsible and attentive person, just like Gonzalo, the waiter. We had a great time; it was a family trip, and this place met all our expectations.

The listing doesn't do it justice. The rooms, with their bedding, are very comfortable for resting; the pool with warm water is greatly appreciated.

Ale is an excellent host, she was always attentive and all her information was always clear and super detailed, Luz cooks very well and along with all the staff who attend the house they are very friendly and always willing to help, we spent a very pleasant few days as a family and the house has all the amenities mentioned and is close to any activity.

Just completed a night stay here with my wife and two kids for my wife to visit her family that lives in the surrounding area. Our experience was absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do. The location on the lake has a magical feel to it. The game room and pool were perfect to keeps kids entertained. Last but not least, Luth the assistant and her husband made us feel like family and did a fine job keeping the place looking great. We will definitely stay here again the next time my wife wants to visit.

This house was simply beautiful! Every year we host a work weekend getaway and everyone had a fantastic time and was really impressed with how beautiful the house is and the amazing views. 100% recommend! Alejandra, the host, was super helpful, she shared recommendations and organized an in-house cook for the duration of the stay, which was extremely helpful! The house is very clean, nicely decorated and it has mind blowing views and right by the lake. Thank you for everything!

This was a gathering with a lot of family we hadn't seen in a few years and the house was an excellent place with enough space and room for everyone and privacy for each family. I especially want to thank Alejandra for her hospitality and flexibility in making our stay excellent. On the other hand, the service and attention from Luz, Rodrigo and Beatriz was unsurpassed. From the food they prepared, to the table setting, it was excellent. They were very kind, pleasant and we were very pleased to meet them. They were excellent!!!

We mainly chose this place as a holiday spot because of the amenities mentioned, location, the lake access, the number of people that could be accomodated, and the privacy. It was huge and had a ton of amenities to try out, and it was beautifully furnitured as well. Our favorite spot was definitely the BBQ area though. Alejandra was very responsive and she was attentive to our needs, she also had a lot of recommendation for must-travel spots and restaurants and sports; and Luz was extremely helpful as we weren't very familiar with the local area when we wanted to look for certain things we needed. They accomodated us as much as they could and made us feel at home and we were able to enjoy our short holiday to the fullest. If we come by to Valle de Bravo again, we will most probably prefer to book with Alejandra again.

The house is very comfortable and beautiful, it has an incredible view of the lake. Alejandra always on the slope and gave us the best recommendations, her staff also super attentive and Luz cucina delicious! No doubt on our next trip to Valle de Bravo we will be back here.

The excellent service and the very good house

Alejandra’s home is beautiful. We didn’t know much about the neighborhood or area but we were pleasantly surprised. The views are incredible and they were only beaten by Luz and Gonzalo’s hospitality - we truly felt at home with the ability to have homemade meals and even be driven around town to see the sights. Would definitely recommend for a big group as the home is spacious with lots of bedrooms and sitting areas.

Alejandra was an amazing host. She was always reachable and had excellent recommendations. The house was amazing and super super clean in an excellent location.

First of all, the view of this house is amazing. Many of the rooms have an espectacular view and it's very relaxing. The check in process was easy and Luz upon arrival was very welcoming. She made sure we were ok and everything was set up and ready for us to use. Overall, everything was great, I will definitely be bringing back my family to stay in this home.

The house is very nice and has different activities to have a good time; as shown in the photos. Located in a nice and safe street. The boiler service in the pool is already included in the price and I recommend that you request to adjust the temperature to your liking. We touch hot water like jacuzzi upon arrival and for me it is pleasant but I understand that for others it may not be. Everything by car is practically 5 min away (exaggerating) and walking can be uncomfortable because the sidewalks are small and there are some construction works in which the masons make the girls uncomfortable.

The service was excellent from start to finish. They were attentive to our needs the whole time and were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and activities. The house is super well maintained, with spacious rooms and many amenities for visiting with friends or family. It has many areas in case you want to have a work meeting away from the rest of the guests. They have good internet so you can have work conferences or watch something on TV. They have a large game room with a pool table, an air hockey table, a living room, a bar with a refrigerator and a separate bar, and a poker table. Most of the rooms are spacious with comfortable, good-sized beds. They have nice interiors. We went in the spring, so the weather was warm during the day and cool at night. Several rooms have a lake view. The garden is spacious and has a comfortable covered area for dining by the pool with a super nice view of the lake. Thank you very much!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb in Valle de Bravo and I must say it was an incredible experience. The space was perfect for our group of 10 people as it provided private rooms for each of us. This ensured that everyone had their own personal space and privacy. One of the highlights of the Airbnb was the beautiful pool with a stunning view of the lake. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings. We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the sunshine and the peaceful ambiance. Another major benefit of this Airbnb was the convenience of having cooking and cleaning services provided daily. This made our stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. We didn't have to worry about preparing meals or cleaning up after ourselves, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb in Valle de Bravo. The private rooms, beautiful pool with a view of the lake, and the added convenience of cleaning service.

Excellent host, very attentive and making recommendations from the first contact, the people who work with her to provide excellent service, already know the logistics that and how to coordinate food and availability are also very well. The house is very nice with the best view and access to the lake, the pool is a wonderful garden and the barbecue area. The beds are clean, small beds at night and very comfortable, with a very good capacity for 17 people or even a little more (for the sofa beds) the main room is a dream if you go with a couple. For large groups, it's a great option. Parking with capacity for 4 cars and if it is more the street is very safe, it is closed and only the premises pass. Overall very good It would reinforce fumigation and cleaning

Incredible stay at Alejandra’s home. We felt right at home and Luz hospitality and cooking was out of this world.

Alejandra was always attentive to what we needed and was quite flexible. The people who helped us cook were always very good at attitude and were attentive to anything. The house is spectacular and has everything to have a great time. I highly recommend spending a weekend here as we had memorable moments and had a lot of fun.

Highly recommended! The house is gigantic and much better than the photos. The privacy, the view, the decor... the best! We were 19 guests and had a great time with all the amenities in the house. But the best thing about the place was the service, Luz and her family treated us amazing, helpful, helpful, and cook delicious.
