Spacious house for large families, good location. Everything was nearby. We had a comfortable stay and the house was just like the pictures.

Great stay. Lorena is attentive and helpful. My whole family stayed. The space was comfortable and spacious, close to the sea and the supermarket.

Everything was very good, comfortable, easy access, all the rooms were spacious, the pool was great—it's not very warm, but it's not cold either. Honestly, everything was very good.

We loved the house, its layout and the bedrooms are very large. We were a large group of 24 people (adults and children) and we fit perfectly. The kitchen is super well-equipped with its large bar and giant dining room. The beach is a short walk away. The pool is very comfortable, the only detail would be to have more light in the pool area to be able to keep an eye on the children, but other than that everything was excellent and I loved the retractable clotheslines in the showers, very useful. If another trip is organized with many people, we will definitely return

The house was just like the photos, it was clean, each room had a bathroom which was very practical and comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, the pool was heated, in general everything was very good, plus it was very close to the beach!

Everything is very good

Great for large groups. We had 13 people stay here and it was incredibly comfortable with a party that size. The kitchen was perfect and allowed us to have meals all together. The manager of the house was available to help source us a chef for some wonderful meals. The pool is perfect and great for iguana watching. The location is very close to a large resort. The resort has a nightly show between 10-11:30pm that can get quite loud if you are sitting on the patio but the noise does not travel indoors. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so the living arrangements are very comfortable. The bedrooms are HUGE! The beds are on the hard side but comfortable nonetheless. Location was great and only a few minute walk to the beach. A member of our party is in a wheelchair and the layout of this space was very accomodating for their needs with two bedrooms on the main floor. Would definitely book this again in the future. Thank you to Lore who took great care of the casa.

An excellent option for vacationing, everything matched the published photos, nothing was missing, the kitchen was excellent, the kitchen utensils were super good. Comfortable, clean beds, each room with air conditioning. Excellent location 5 minutes from the beach. We would definitely come back.

The house is very comfortable. It has an amazing bar so food preparation on the bar is great. The pool is clean and everything is well organized. This house is special for large groups, you can really enjoy the social areas. Everything was working perfectly, the chedraui is a couple of streets away so you have everything at hand.

Everything was very good, we were very well taken care of by Lorena, we hired the food service because we were a large group and it was the best decision, it made the stay more comfortable and we ate delicious food every day we were in her airbnb

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

great people, easy to deal with

Stayed for 8 nights with 16 people, 8 adults and 8 kids. Great location, walkable to the beach and many great restaurants. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful. The pool was great for lounging and playing for kids. Outdoor patio was also a great place to hang out. Note that the location is right next to a big stage for a resort so you can hear the music very clearly in the evenings but it stops by 10/10:30pm. The plumbing could use some maintenance and kitchen pans and knives are also well-loved. We brought our own pan which helped us not have to eat teflon for breakfast. All in all a great place to stay. We would go back!

Excelente atención

Everything is excellent and as described, in an excellent location 2 blocks from the sea.

In general, our stay was good, the house is as shown in the images, the pool if you go with children is incredible, before arrival the attention from the host was not the one I expected, but then it improved and met all our needs. Another detail that I would highlight is that the grass around the pool was a little grown up and there was a bit of iguanas dirt around the house, but it was reported and attended to. Lastly, the kitchen pans may need to be renovated.

The house is very nice, as in the photos; the cleanliness, quite well; excellent that it had air conditioning and bathroom in ALL rooms; the beach is close, like two blocks, although through the closed streets, you have to walk like four in reality. One detail: of the two steaks I mentioned they have, there is only one, the wood-burning one and it was really small. If you don't plan to use them, it doesn't affect you at all, but we made sarandeado fish and we did battle it. As a suggestion, and since there are no umbrellas available on the beach, it would be a huge plus that umbrellas and chairs were available to take to the beach. In general, we had a very comfortable time, the place is extremely nice, very convenient and spacious and clean, well preserved, the people we deal with were very friendly and helpful. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Easy to get to, self-service shops nearby, close to access to the beach, the excellent house, bath sheets and an excellent house in general, always with electricity, water and good pressure services, hot water in all the bathrooms, the pool very well, excellent location, quiet place, the whole family was surprised at how well the house was. Note: Please advise how many pets they carry.

It's a good place to be with the family, a quiet place. The people who welcomed us were very attentive and helpful. Until the last day of our stay, the cleaning staff and the manager were very friendly. They made us feel confident. Extremely honest people.

Everything is very good, the house is very comfortable, large and with everything you need for your stay, I would actually wash it again. The water in the hot pool, as we had a couple of girls, was super. The host was very helpful and friendly. Super recommended the house, a couple of streets from the sea, shopping center and many other shops, you don't have to travel much to get what you need.

We had such a great time during our stay. Being 1 block from the beach was great. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everyone was so responsive and accommodating. This house was perfect for our large group! We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

The house is just as shown in the pictures, including amenities, beach access, etc. Something that isn't added in the descriptions is that there are health services and hospitals nearby. Highly recommended especially for large groups. No doubt you have to go back.

We had a great time, the house met the fiancé, an unforgettable family vacation! A detail with the pool that they attended since we were going to arrive, unfortunately it took 2 days to resolve, at all times very waiting to resolve the issue. We definitely plan to return.

Mr. Jorge, Eloy's trusted person, was very helpful. There were two issues that he himself anticipated and he quickly resolved them. The pool does not have a heater, but it doesn't need it. The water is super pleasant. Everything is clean. The space and layout of the house are excellent for a large family. We will definitely return to the place. Thank you, Eloy.

Eloy and Jorge were always very attentive during our stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to have a great vacation. Good location. You can go to the beach without any problem. My family and I really loved the place. My family felt comfortable walking outside because of the safe neighborhood. We had plenty of room and the convenience store just down the street.

Very good place, several rooms, very clean

The house is super spacious, comfortable, and well located. There were 15 of us and we were all very comfortable. The children had a great time in the pool. Thanks to the design of the spaces, the family time was very pleasant. The sea is one block away, so going for a walk along it in the morning was a pleasant activity, and in the afternoon, going to watch the sunset and build sandcastles. The host's recommendations for restaurants and food were very good. Overall, the place is very nice, the neighbors are very respectful, and the house is spectacular.

This house was perfect for our family gathering: plenty of bedrooms, each with their own bath, a swimming pool where our grandchildren played, and a large kitchen/dining area where all of us could sit and eat together. The house was absolutely clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and we could walk to the beach in 4-5 minutes. The beach was uncrowded and pristine. The hosts, Eloy and Jorge, provided lots of drinking water in large jugs. Jorge was wonderful. The main reason we will choose this house again if we go back to that area is that he was so helpful. He responded quickly by phone or in person whenever we had a question or concern. I highly recommend this house and these hosts.

Great place, highly recommended. Eloy and Jorge treated us very well, were always attentive and quick to respond, and were very flexible in helping us with any issues. The house was very clean and in an excellent location, 1 block from the beach. The pool was even bigger than we expected. The only minor issue is that after 11:00 PM, the neighbors start complaining about the noise. We went into the house, locked everything up, and that was it. But it was impossible to be outside on the terrace after 10:00 p.m. We're happy to come back.

This house is fantastic! We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space! Having a bathroom in each room was perfect, too! The kitchen has everything you need and the pool was amazing for the kids (ages 8-16). The location is just outside of the main town and noise. An easy 20 minute walk to town, or 3 minutes to the beach! The hosts are super responsive. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know, and hope to stay again!

This is a great property for a large group, lots of space and it’s nice that every bedroom had a private bathroom. The location was awesome, we always felt extremely safe and we highly recommend the sports bar at the end of the street. The wifi could of been better, if you have anything important to do we recommend going to the pub at the end of the street to use their Wi-Fi. The beds were pretty hard but if you prefer a hard mattress then great, we all got used to the beds by the end of the stay. Jorge was a gem to work with, always responded right away We would definitely stay here again!

Though the picture is an older one ( when the house was new), the grounds were nice, but could have been cleaned up a bit more. Jorge was very kind and helpful throughout .
