Wonderful place!

Absolutely amazing house in an even more amazing location - it looks even better than on the pictures! Malinalco is easily walkable with great restaurants and lots of things to do (but you may not want to even leave the house because it is so nice there). Great communication with the owner and a very helpful person that comes ever day to clean. Highly recommended!

It is an incredibly beautiful house in a very special place. The cove is beautiful, and I personally find the style and details of the house to be in excellent taste. Also, it's super comfortable, quiet, and communication with the owner and the housekeeper is excellent. A magical place that exceeds what you see in the pictures.

The house is very nice, the garden overlooks a cliff and is super nice. It has all the amenities, you just have to consider bringing shampoo. The rooms are comfortable and have space to hang / accommodate things, the beds are a little hard, everything was super clean and each room has its own full bathroom. They have board games and a large space to watch TV. The super well equipped kitchen. Perfect to spend a few quiet days with family or friends, very nice. The center is close by on foot (about 10-15 min) and the area is quiet. Regina was very effective in answering questions and always friendly. We recommend it and hope to return soon!

The house is very functional for a family weekend. The mountain views and the mountain wall in the house's garden make this accommodation a unique place in Malinalco.

Beautiful stay, the house is beautiful and the location seemed unique to me. A plus is that domestic help is included in the rent from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The house is on one floor with just a couple of small esalones between each bedroom, making it suitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs (on a second floor is a TV room that also serves as an office). We couldn't use the pool the day we arrived as it was very dirty and had to be left all night so it could be cleaned, but the next morning it was ready to use. Our experience was positive, we felt comfortable and had a great rest.

The nicest Airbnb we've ever been to, beautiful location and the house in general is super tidy, nice and super pleasant. My only observation would be to improve the entrance ramp, the car struggled a bit to go up.

Peaceful and lovely

A wonderful house. The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house. I had a cloudy and rainy day and the show of the rock as a natural fountain is spectacular. The sunrises are amazing. The garden is very nice and spacious. Everything to enjoy, whether it's a rainy or sunny day. The best vacation with my 94-year-old grandmother.

We spent four days with some friends in this nice house, which has a privileged location (close to the center walking) next to the rock, and with a spectacular view. Regina is super nice and gave us a lot of tips. I would definitely come back/we will come back :)

The house is spectacular, it's all you'd expect from a rest house out of town and more! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very well taken care of, in addition Regina has very good taste to make them shine. The common areas are also what you see in the photos, our two dogs ran and they really enjoyed it in a totally green and close closed grass. The kitchen, living room and dining room are impeccable, with very good taste and cleanliness. In the kitchen I would suggest some girl kitchen sticks, like for flipping food in a small frying pan. The sticks and the absence of keelex's (disposable handkerchiefs) is the only thing I suggest in my "perfectionism" and just for trying to leave something as an area of opportunity, because Regina's house is 100% worth it. Of the houses I rented in the app... Regina's is the only one that genuinely left me wanting to return!! What a beautiful home!! Thanks Regina!!

We had a great time, the house is super nice, comfortable and quiet, it has everything you need and Olga's support is excellent. It is close enough to the center to walk and at the same time away from the noise and hustle and bustle to enjoy in peace, it was a few days of rest that we really enjoyed.

We loved the house (simple, pure, divine), the location (10 minutes from the center) and the communication with Regina (easy, precise and responsive). The only thing you need to know is that the girl only cleans and doesn't want to help much by chopping things to cook.

Regina's house is really beautiful! The view is magical and it is very well located. We were able to walk downtown and at the same time it is very quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub! Sergio was very attentive. Olguita supported us super well with the kitchen and cleaning the house. The only thing is that we felt the beds were a little hard, but that's a matter of taste. Super cool, super clean. It's 30000% worth it. You don't even have to go out. Just enjoy the house. They're super friendly and the pool is wonderful. Don't hesitate. Rent it without a doubt!!!

The house is beautiful. It's amazing to have the rock next door. As for the location, check-in is super easy with the map they provide. I recommend hiring the heating so that the pool temperature is perfect. I really enjoyed my stay, so much so that I plan to return soon.

The house is great and very comfortable! A great place to relax and disconnect. It's a cold area, but if you go prepared you have a great time. We used the jacuzzi and it was really worth it. I would definitely spend a few days there again.

The house is very well located, you can walk to the center without any problem. On these dates (November) it's a little cool in the afternoons and evenings, but in summer I suppose the temperature in the house must be perfect. Everything in the house (bathrooms, showers, kitchen, television) works perfectly. The gardens are very well maintained and the Peña is spectacular!

The house has stays that can be enjoyed indoors and outdoors with unbeatable scenery!!! Rooms each with their private bathroom, The hosts give the best of deals and attention, they gave them recommendations to do and where to go, a complete guide and even walks we could do, second time we are in this house and in Malinalco we will always look to stay there, the pool and jacuzzi are super enjoyable, we were people of age from 3 to 77 years old, the place is for all ages

A super cute house with great design of the spaces. A wonderful place with a fairly large garden next to the peña. In summer the ideal temperature during the day and sometimes it refreshed a little in the afternoons. We went with my two daughters and they really enjoyed the garden and pool. Ideal for a few days to relax in the middle of mountains.

Beautiful and perfect place for a quiet and fun stay as a family. The house is very comfortable and perfectly equipped. Very comfortable beds and the garden is spacious and very well kept. Regina and Sergio are excellent amphritions,taking care of the details of our arrival and attentive to the needs of our stay. At the time, in the evenings and nights it was some cold, but nothing that a jacket can't fix. Fully recommended.

The pool, the decor, and the rooms are truly impeccable. Being next to the rock gives you the feeling of really living and being part of that beautiful Eden. Regina’s place is thought out to enjoy every aspects of Malinalco and its location. From an open house facing a beautiful garden and magnificent natural stone wall, to a garden with a view of the mountains or an open kitchen concept to the dining room and the pool our family has an relaxing and happy time. Consensus was/is we would like to return. Lastly, we walked everywhere from there, with the detailed instructions given by Sergio.

Regina and Sergio have been the best hosts I've had on Airbnb, they are super helpful and friendly. Her home is beautiful, you can see that they have built it with dedication. All the details in the house are so beautiful, it has a lot of essence and design. It is also close to downtown, we were able to go to eat at a place that they recommended (El jardín de las delicias) very good, and we were able to buy things at the stalls that are set up on Sunday. Olguita is very nice and does a very good job cleaning, plus we asked her for firewood and she left it for us at a good price. I highly recommend the hot tub, it warms up quickly and is delicious. The house is better than what you see in the photos, surrounded by a paradise that you will never want to leave.

The house is fabulous and very private. The common spaces are open and connected to the garden and pool area. The garden is super cared for and the spaces to relax very well thought out. It is also 5 minutes away from downtown but in the house you feel isolated and relaxed. Regina and Sergio's attention was perfect, as was Olga's. We loved it and we plan to repeat.
