A very pleasant stay. We will definitely be back. The apartment offers total tranquility and a most incredible view. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and there is always hot water. Clean pools with zero cold water. Definitely a recommended place.

Pictures don’t do the justice at all. They need to take good pictures. This unit is beautiful with unobstructed ocean view with folding door. You are captured by the view as you walk it. Beautifully furnished. Every room has its own AC. lovely building with clean pools, bar and a restaurant with great food and drink at very reasonable price. We will definitely come back with no hesitation. Great service and responsiveness as well. Can’t complain at all. Thank you!!!

Arturo's place offers incredible views of the sea in Ixtapa, we love the tranquility of that area and we all enjoy the beautiful facilities. Definitely a 100% recommended place, Arturo's service is excellent and punctual!

This is the third time we have stayed with Arturo, and we always want to come back. The apartment is beautiful, much better than the photos, and we have always had great service from the host. We highly recommend it.

Everything is very comfortable, the people who work in the condominium are very attentive, in addition to the beach being very clean, and the pool is very enjoyable.

Dealt with Arturo and Miguel, both were prompt to respond, helpful, polite, and very pleasant to work with. This apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location within the building affording a magnificent view of the property and beach/ocean...even saw some whales from our balcony one day! An overall comfortable, safe and enjoyable stay that I freely recommend. Nitpicking however, minor items subtract from full enjoyment of the experience. Most glaring are weather damage to one patio/balcony furniture resulting in visible tears that distract from the aesthetics and utilization of the damaged portion, a broken barstool chair, small peeling in corners of some kitchen cabinet doors, and a functioning dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent...like I said, nitpicking. I was told that the owner was aware of the furniture issues and 'things were being budgeted.' Of course this leaves room for concern that despite the owner knowing about this, it remains uncorrected.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The only drawback we had was that the ad says that access is at 2 pm, however, even though we arrived at 2:20 pm and they allowed us access until 3:20 pm because they were cleaning the apartment. My family and I arrived tired of the trip and wanted to lie down to get some rest, but we had to wait. As for the comment from another user about the noise of the machines that are in the service area next to one of the rooms, it is resolved by turning off the air conditioning in the kitchen and that is not a problem because all the rooms have air conditioning and the one in the kitchen is more than enough at bedtime. The people who welcomed us and those in charge of cleaning and guarding the building are very friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you very much Arturo for allowing us to use your apartment in the same way I thank Darwin and Miguel for their kindness.

We enjoyed a quiet and very pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable, well equipped and clean. Arturo and Miguel's attention is excellent. I will come back without any hesitation.

Everything was perfect. We had read that you had problems with the air conditioning, when we arrived we asked and they informed us that they had already fixed it and indeed we had no problems. The perfect stay, super quiet and we enjoyed it to the fullest.

The apartment is amazing. It's as it appears in the photos. Everything is very clean, the furniture is comfortable and practical for family stays. Each room has independent air conditioning. Arturo and his team are super helpful. The view is beautiful. And the beach and the pool are super comfortable. Highly recommended.

The place is very spacious, clean and tidy. It has everything you need to cook, the reception is very good, they explain the rules of the place and the complex is very nice. Arturo and Miguel, the manager, were always attentive to our arrival and departure. I recommend it 100%

Arturo is an empathetic host who is receptive to needs and suggestions. The apartment is very large, so it was very comfortable. The condominium has a giant pool, and since it is rectangular and has a single depth (1.50 m) but with spaces for children, it is very nice for swimming. It opens very early and closes very late, from 8 to 10 pm, so if you really like the pool, you will be happy. And the beach balconies are huge. The sunsets look incredible both on the beach side and on the mountain side, since there is a terrace and balcony in both areas. It has all the supplies and they are very easy to use. The food at the restaurant is spectacular, especially the coconut shrimp and the Peruvian ceviche with sweet potato. We loved them and the mojitos. Everything was very well served and the prices were very affordable. I really liked the experience and my family did too, and we plan to come back :D

I stay with my family for 4 nights, I want to highlight the cleanliness of the apartment and the facilities in general, an apartment with practically everything you could need, fully equipped kitchen, excellent view on both balconies, huge pools, clean and with very few people, the noise level is very careful respecting the other guests, excellent place to rest as a family.

Thank you Arturo y Miguel for hosting our familia on an amazing vacation! The condo has so many amenities, and we took advantage of them all. The condo and grounds are meticulously maintained. The food at the Peninsula restaurant is five star, and the service and friendliness of Alberto, Xochitl, Daniel, Leticia, Jesus and the rest of the team is like nothing we’ve experienced. We will definitely be returning to this paradise!

The place in a dream come true, the building is new, some apartments are still under construction, but you don't notice it. The pools are amazing, huge, clean and warm. For the kids, they were the best! The beach was extremely clean, and we always had lounge chairs and shade available. Excellent service at the pool. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, even better. It has everything you need to have a great time. The huge terrace with a living room and also 2 beds in case you want to rest there or sunbathe without going down to the pool or beach, the unbeatable view (it is on the 11th floor, from the dining room you see the entire sea without problem). If you're going to Ixtapa, this is definitely your best option. Arturo was always attentive to our needs. Thank you so much for everything! We'll definitely be back!

Great place, great views, quiet, well kept grounds, nice staff, awesome pool and beach location. Close walk to other sites via beach or street. Short cab ride anywhere. Brand new property with some construction but nothing to worry about like previous posts on trip advisor.
