1- breath taking views 2- MUCH BETTER than photos in Airbnb listing. Usually other way around 3- AC WiFi hot water everything works 4- very helpful & friendly & responsive host 5- kitchen is fully equipped. We found everything we need 6- security man on site 24 hours a day. When we had to go airport @3am he even woke up and unlocked steel gates for us . 7- beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE, I can say HIGHEST QUALITY BEDS IN NICARAGUA 🇳🇮. We slept like babies 🤣🤣🤣

Maria’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation with small children. Charming, quiet and short walk to the restaurants and bars! The pool was also incredible and a big hit with the kids. It was a little tricky to find but the host was communicative and helped us find it.

My family and I loved Maria’s place!The views were unbeatable and she was very helpful with anything we needed! The place was stocked with basically everything you may need for your stay! It was a nice walk down to the beach very close and we walked to the downtown which was about 15 ish minutes so not bad at all!

SJ's Best Airbnb would definitely come back, Maria and Esther were very kind and my family loved the view and tranquility, this space is ideal for those who value La Paz and family time:)

María’s place was perfect for us. Although it was a little above our budget, we loved the location, privacy, the cleanliness and friendliness of cleaning and security staff. We spent much time in the pool and walking to the beach, and made much use of the fully stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was available. Thanks Maria!

This place, location and view are fantastic! We absolutely loved this getaway. Close to the beach, which is what you want - but it felt private and a great getaway. Maria was incredibly proactive in her messages and helpful, as was Esther who showed us around. Everything was spotless and beautiful. If you were wanting to work remotely, the place is very hot in January - and although there is great aircon there is a cap on usage, so being mindful of your usage to not go over the limit is important.

Marias place was beautiful. The views were amazing., the apartment is even better in person than the pictures she let us check in early , the apartment was really spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. I will definitely recommend this please. The pool was really nice 2 ! Thank u !

We had a lovely stay in SJDS at Maria's place! beautiful view of the bay from the large balcony, and the pool was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the caretaker of the building, along with the other permanent residence, were very nice and welcoming. A nice quiet spot away from the main town (but only a 15min walk along the beach) recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Maria was very responsive and helpful. The place is comfortable and in a great location with a lovely (!) view. The condo building is well-cared for and the neighbors were friendly. Both kids and adults loved the pool.
