We had a business mastermind here and it was incredible. Prashant was awesome to work. The villa was incredible Amazing views and the actual home is bigger then in the pictures

This was a beautiful property and our group of 22 had a wonderful time. The bedrooms are spacious and every room has their own bathroom. Compared to the pictures/description, in-person the home felt like a slightly older luxury property that could use some minor repairs but for the price, it was perfect. We didn’t realize before booking (although not a deal breaker) that there’s a public trail to the beach that runs directly behind the pool area (a security guard does patrol this path at night) but during the day, a lot of people walked by when we were outside. The property manager and maintenance people also dropped by a few times during our stay. Sharon (host) and Dauly (property manager) were very helpful/responsive and went out of their way to make our stay seamless. Originally, we did work with Prashant (co-host) to set up add ons and activities, but we ended up booking on our own because we found that to be significantly cheaper/easier to do ourselves. Would def stay here again.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Villa Concha. We do try very hard to keep on top of all needed repairs for the home but sometimes things do crop up. For example immediately prior to your stay high winds knocked off sections of the palm coverings on the rancho. Those are being replaced this week after your check out as we didn't want to impact your stay. You are correct that there is public access to the beach through the neighboring green zone but this also attracts much wildlife to the property which we view as a plus. Other beachfront properties don't attract wildlife like Villa Concha and provide special viewing of monkeys in particular from the property grounds. It's important to note that all beaches are public in Costa Rica so beachfront properties such as ours can never restrict the public walking along or towards the beach in front of properties. But we have good security to ensure everyone's stay is secure. We do ask our local staff to make sure everything is good during your stay and apologize if you viewed their presence as disruptive at all. We have our cleaners and maintenance crew try and keep the house spotless inside and out. I do appreciate your positive comments about our responsiveness. We would love to host you again!

Sharon’s place was the perfect spot for our retreat! The home is built for a large group and was well equipped. The backyard was fantastic with the pool overlooking the beach and a few different places to congregate. The location is ideal, quiet and peaceful but walkable to the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. Dauly the house manager was awesome and helpful. He should be the one doing all the communication with guests from the start. I would suggest booking all transfers (Costa Rica Ground Transfers), golf carts (Pacific Coast Golf Carts), and chef (Belly Fedbetter) on your own. Also ask the transfer to stop at a grocery store before getting into town as it’s much cheaper. Overall a great stay!

Villa Concha was an amazing base for our group of 8 in Tamarindo. The house is amazing with privacy yet still close to the action. We recommend getting a golf cart so you can easily get into town and back. All bedrooms were great, each with their own bathroom. Our hosts responded quickly to every request along the way.

This place is amazing! There was 21 of us ( 5 small kids) and we had plenty of space. The house is very well furnished... comfortable beds and linens, beautiful furniture. The sunsets were gorgeous! We got to watch the family of monkeys in the back for about an hour. Prashant, Dauly, Paola and Alexandra were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Our family loved staying in this villa and would do so again without hesitation.

We had a large group of 13 people and had more then enough room. Everything was clean and kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed. Could have used some more dish towels and a dish rack as we had some issues with the dishwasher. The grounds were beautiful, lots of monkeys and iguanas. Prashant and Dauly were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Beach was close by but not really usable for swimming. Which didn’t matter because we were so close to town beach and shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and the house was beautiful. Thank you Dauly for being so awesome!

Sharon and Prashant's villa in Tamarindo was amazing! It was able to accommodate our large group with no issues and had everything we needed. Dauly, Paula and the rest of the team on the property were very helpful with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

This villa is paradise! We booked for our family during our wedding and it was perfect. Each room is special and everyone has the perfect amount of privacy, while also able to enjoy the common areas. Being right on the beach is a dream! There are a couple good restaurants nearby, and more about a 20 min walk into town. The house manager Dauly is very responsive and quick to help out at any time. Loves every minute here!

Villa Concha is a beautiful, well kept property in a perfect location. Strongly recommend getting the daily maid service as it truly made this a stress free vacation for our family of 13. Prashant and Dauly we great to work with and very friendly but not intrusive. When we experienced a medical emergency that caused a cancellation on activities they were very helpful. Dauly was extremely gracious and offered us assistance. Overall we loved Costa Rica and staying at Casa Villa!

Location of this property is amazing, beautiful views. Close enough for just a 2 minute golf cart ride to restaurants and shops, but far enough for a little bit of privacy. Dauly the property manager is super helpful with any questions.

Hosted a retreat in this beautiful villa. It was perfect for what I needed. The pictures matched the reality. Location is unbeatable. Outdoor area gorgeous. Although the luxury was on the bohemian side it had so much charm. Dauly the house keeper was responsive and friendly. There were a few issues with the freezer but he had an engineer come and fix right away. Only other issue was the wifi being very week but keep in mind its probably the area. Added bonus- There is a family of monkeys living in the back yard trees. If youre looking for a piece of paradise in Tamarindo, look no further.

This is a big home in a great area. We celebrated out 50th wedding anniversary here with our 7 children and their spouses and had plenty of room. It is in a great location! We had golf carts which made going into Tamarindo very easy but you could walk easily on the street or even on the beach to get into town. The beach right in front is not a good area to swim but going a short way in either direction gave us beaches to swim or surf. Very easy to find surf lessons or horseback riding on the beach. The house is advertized as "Luxury and Excuisite" but I only gave it 4 stars because it could use some TLC. The outside living space is beautiful. Our large group had dinner and breakfast every day in an outdoor covered area with a huge table, it was wonderful. We had rain during out stay but it didn't keep us inside. The pool was nice. We arranged for massages 2 different times and had them in another covered area on the property. There are lots of spaces to lounge and visit. We used the concierge services for food and tours but I would not do this again. It caused us some frustration and it would be easy to do on your own. It was great to have the concierge arrange for pickup and drop-off at the airport. Golf carts are easy to find on your own. If you have someone who speaks Spanish it makes everything easy when trying to work with the locals. The people are so nice and friendly. If you have a large group and want to be together under one roof this is a great place to stay.
